I'm not certain Bazaar Meats is for everyone but if you understand it is a tapas menu with some unusual but VERY delicious offerings, Bazaar Meats is a fabulous place to dine. The waiters thoroughly explain the extensive menu and the tasting menus. We will return for dinner very soon. Our waiter, Can, was wonderful and service was perfect! Thanks Jose Andres...you're a genius
I always enjoy my visits to Bazaar Meat. When you go I recommend having the waiter recommend a sampling. I typically go do not use the standard sampling menus. Be prepared to spend $200+ per person, and the wines are very expensive.
Pork Cheek was great, Vaca Vieja was definitely special as the meat flavor was so intense. However the steak was a little overcooked on the edge. There's wasn't too many veggie sidedish option and they were a bit overpriced in my opinion.
Solid staff (other than awful hostesses), but the chef is a fraud. Poorly designed dishes throughout. A waste of quality meat. If this is the best place in Vegas I'll stick to Taco Bell Cantina, which was pretty decent.
Great evening, superb food and super service. I recommend to everyone
Ordered one of the tasting menus $185 (per person) .I like my meat medium with little pink. Seeing the huge thick steaks in the display counter I asked the waiter if asking for on a thick steak medium would be more like medium rare. He suggested medium well.
I did not know the steak was thin so it was a bit overcooked.
The cotton candy foie gras , smoked mussels , salmon roe, and dessert cakes were good . The olives and jamon were disappointing
It’s LV so way overpriced
Great food. Great service. It gots the MEATS!!!
Insane. best steak in vegas.
Was so good the 1st time we went. We HAD to go back a second time during the same trip. It’s ridiculously good.
Excelente lugar, sus cortes de carne son excelentes, aunque la relación precio y sabor no están acorde, pero en si vale la pena ir.
The food was good, and the quality of ingredients was apparent. Service was average, ambiance was not anything special. It would have been nice to have some bread with the meal. I inquired about some, but none was available.
The octopus I had was ridiculously salty. I ate it all as I was drastically hungry. However when I shared my experience with the a bartender (had dinner at the bar), she waved it from my bill. The bartender it was a really nice girl and seem to be really cared. Overall the food is nothing to compare with the place in Los Angeles.
You read the reviews, and you see the pictures. Let me tell you. It blew any of my expectations completely out of the water. Do yourself a favor. Make the reservation and enjoy one of the best meals of your life. Cheers!
Luv this place
Excellent food, great environment
We started off in the bar, and I strongly recommend taking advantage of the happy hour specials just to get a bit of variety of the offerings they have here. Afterwards we sat in the restaraunt and they were quick to bring appetizers and drinks. They do warn you that if you get a large steak, it may take an hour to cook, but if you get an appetizer it helps pass the time. The food was awesome (especially if you're looking for unusual items) and the service was really good. Be prepared to pay for the experience though. Look at their menu online first and it might help with any sticker shock.
Fantastic meal from start to finish as usual! Will always make a stop here when in Vegas or LA!
Every single thing is amazing about Bazaar. Everything.
We went with the tasting menu. Everything was good and interesting until the steak came. After spitting out my forth mouthful of gristle we quit trying to eat it.
Amazing food and truly a memorable experience.
The very best as always.
Probably one of my best experiences here. 😍
Best dinner I’ve ever had!
We did the wonderful tasting menu with wine pairing recommendations from the knowledgeable sommelier. Our family feast to start New Year’s Eve was a gourmet delight! The service provided by the entire staff throughout the evening was superb!
Our experience at Bazaar Meats was wonderful. They have missed no details. We celebrated a birthday there and had a very special evening. Abu took excellent care of us and guided us through our meal. Lou made sure we had the perfect wines to go along. We went expecting to have a great steak, we left having one of the best culinary experiences ever. The girls talked about the night all weekend. We can't wait to go back.
Truly outstanding restaurant on every level. Don’t miss it!
So amazing! Food and service. Worth every penny!
The food was incredible, but we didn’t get everything we ordered. We never got our hanger steak, or part of our potato bravas order. They were both in the bill at the end of the night. The server did adjust off the steak but not the potatoes and didn’t explain why they were not brought out. Sommelier was extremely helpful.
Great restaurant. Service was very attentive and energetic. The food was amazing and the whole family got to try something new!
Excelente servicio del personal y la comida tiene un concepto magnifico
If Bazzar means expensive and boring.
Spend your money somewhere else. Time consuming for mediocre food that costs double. We booked our reservation a month in advance, we arrive and we confirmed with the hostess that it was my wife's birthday. They tell us they are behind and we can wait at the bar. The bartender was rude to say the least. Asked to see our ID's which I don't expect if I am going to spend $300 on a meal, and my wife said she wasn't drinking but he insisted on seeing her ID as well? (We are close to 30 btw)
Then they insist we must pay for the drink at the bar before they will seat us. Why can't they just add the drink to our table? Already didn't feel like a classy place. We took our time to order, luckily our server was actually nice but we found ourselves not having napkins and water throughout the meal, and he didn't really answer our questions, mainly just trying to up sale us. The waffle appetizer was good but there was too much honey on top. The oysters were very tasty, $4 each but worth it. The washugyu was ok tasting with an odd mustard sauce, but the cost wasn't worth it. I cook wagu at home and this was mediocre and took an hour and a half to be served. But what got me was at the end when I reminded them again it was my wife's birthday and they did nothing before bringing us the check? Why did you even ask if it was for a special event? Would not recommend or return.
Everything was amazing, service was second to none, food was incredible!! Love this place!!
Service was 5 star
What a culinary experience, this will change your take on food!
We went for our 25th anniversary and had the tasting menu. It was a wonderful dining experience. I’d happily come back and do it all again. Service and food were beyond expectations!
Simply put, just amazing. We enjoyed the Tasting Menu so we were able to feast on approximately 13 items. When we finally got around to the Wagyu Ribeye, the star of it all, it was indeed a Wow Factor. As I reminiscence, my taste buds are doing a happy dance. Each and every visit to Las Vegas will include a wonderful dining experience at Bazaar Meat! It broke the bank but well worth every hundred spent on the two of us!
Great place for meat.
Everything we ate was amazing. Sometimes it gets smoky in there, but in a good, delicious way
We had the tasting menu. The food was perfect and the service both impeccable and friendly.
Meats (we had a rib eye and the A5 Kobe) both cooked properly and top notch - appetizers were also very good. Service was inattentive at best - and both the potato sides were way too salty ( and I love salt) Limited wine/beer selection. I know this is supposed to be "an experience" but I'm sorry 3 hours is way too long to sit for dinner - and we didn't even want to order dessert because it would have been so much longer.........all in all I would not go back.
We heard about how wonderful Bazaar Meats is from a lot of our friends. We were excited to try it. The start was great! Server took drink and appetizer orders. We waited 20 minutes for the drinks and over 40 minutes for one of the appetizers and another 10 for the other appetizer. Which were very small for the price. The server came back a half hour later to take our food order. He went through the menu very thoroughly. We gave our orders. We saw him over an hour later with a portion of our order. The rest came about 20 minutes later. I only had water at the start, but through dinner, he never offered me a cocktail. I had to flag him down to order. The water server paid more attention to us than our waiter did, except for the time when my water glass sat empty for over 10 minutes. For as much as we were pumped up for Bazaar Meats, we were VERY let down.
