Bazaar Meat by José Andrés Ratings and Reviews
The steak was supra. I never thought a piece of steak can give an entire different experience of having steak. I mean it's just a piece of beef meat, how many times a person have a piece of steak in their life that seems utterly different from the rest? I had that piece of steak last night. The price may not be cheap but its worth it for the experience. I left the place feeling satisfied in my spirit and in my stomach
This was my fourth experience with Bazaar Meat. The restaurant is managed extremely well and all the staff are attentive and responsive to your needs and desires. The manager remembered our names and the Sommelier, Adrian, was professional and informative about my wine choice. The entire staff are unified in ensuring that your dining experience is superb and I saw this effort displayed to all the guests present. I will good back because this is truly a very thorough and great dining experience.
We ate from the tasting menu. The food was to die for. Textures and tastes that were unexpected. The service and stories with the service were amazing. The presentation was top notch. While this was a very expensive meal, I didn't feel like it was wasted money. This was a once in a lifetime experience and I'm glad I had it.
Omg eat here! Everything is amazing! Insider tip grab a drink at the bar order the pig sandwich! It’s only available at the bar. The wine was perfect all the food we ordered was perfect. The Kobe beef was amazing! The sever Chris was amazing he helped us get the right amount of food for us. All the meat was delish. Everything is worth while I will be back!!
Without question Bazaar Meats is the best spot in Vegas. The menu is the perfect balance of playful molecular gastronomy prices that are equally beautiful as they are delicious mixed with some of the best cuts of meat. Staff goes above and beyond, Pano - the manager
I am lucky enough to have been able to travel the world and savor the best cuisines from all four corners of the globe.
My experience in Bazaar Meat was one of the most exquisite experiences that I ever had by far.
Everything from Decor to Preparation to Presentation and most of all to TASTE was Superb.
I ordered the José set menu, substituted the oysters for another candy floss foie gras (my Personel preference) and everything on that list was perfect.
However none of this would have been the same if it wasn’t for the impeccable service and generosity of Misty Landsverk, our Captain for the night, who took the experience from Five Stars to Seven...
I highly recommend this place for any occasion, it cannot disappoint.
Wonderful meal, great service. Very happy to have done the tasting menu to get a good idea of all that was offered. Really nice server who gifted us the cotton candy foie grad which was not to be missed. I am always over the moon at an Andreas restaurant and this was no different. Keep up the spectacular standards and experience, thank you!
Your restaurant was recommened by my daughter after she read about it with reviews online. Upon arriving and being presented with the winelist and menu we were a bit overwhelmed, and not sure of what we might order. Our waiter apparently sensed this and offered to take control of our dining experience, to which we agreed. We did offer the fact that we enjoy filet of beef and asparagus and he included those in the offerings. We were delighted that he started with the cotton candy! What a surprise as we were in awe of it being served at he next table. Several small tastings followed, then the main course of Chateaubriand. Everything was excellent! A great addition to our business trip! Thank You
Lamb chops and ribeye were cooked to perfection. The croquetas de jamon are the best things I’ve ever put in my mouth. The Vanilla Ice Cream Experience was fun and fascinating. Service was impeccable. We never wanted for anything and our waiter seemed genuinely excited that we were having such a great time. Everyone was friendly and helpful. It was fancy, but approachable without any pretentiousness. A perfect and fun night.
I enjoy coming to this restaurant. This will have been my 4th time dining here. While you do have to wait a while for your entree to be prepared, it is worth the wait. I love the eccentric tastes of the chef, from his decor to the menus. It is a great dining experience.
This was my second visit and somewhat of a let down. Poor service, our party of 6 was seated in an oversized table that felt awkward. Grissini was fabulous, quite possibly the best items on the menu. Waiter really tried to 'sell' our table two orders of S'mores, we stuck with one and sent
that back, foie gras on S'mores didn't cut it with us. Pork was good, moist and full of flavor; steak was certainly not even close to my top 10.
I’ve always enjoyed Jose Andres’ restaurants in DC and was excited to check this out in Vegas. After some luck on the tables, we decided to go for the tasting menu. It was amazing! Great items (especially loved the bison carpaccio, the mini reubens, the rib eye, and the desserts) and fun presentation (one course came in a lucite shoe). Server was accommodating to the fact that I dont eat pork and shellfish, but others in group did. Also did the wine flights, which were wonderful and well selected. It wasn’t a cheap evening and I’m not sure I’d do the tasting menu again for that reason, but I would definitely go back for a meal!
Let me start with the positive. The waitress was excellent. She was very knowledgeable. The restaurant was beautiful.
My Husband and I went expecting a very nice steak restaurant. The menu was overwhelming and somewhat confusing. It was a tapas style. We went with the José Way menu. It was a sampling of the chefs favorites. My husband was not at all a fan. We should have just ordered steak and sides. The steak was excellent. The price for the two of us was the hardest part to swallow. We knew price of the menu sampling we ordered but it did not seem at all worth the price. I can say I went and won’t go again.
Tried one of the tasting menus. Servers were very good but spacing of the courses was erratic. Long waits and then two or three coming too fast.
We were a party of two and stuck at a poor table. Just because we are not a party of 10 doesn't mean you should get a table placed like an after thought. I mean we spent $800....I expected more.
