My 3rd time at this restaurant and it never disappoints.... the service, food and experience is 5 star even during this most recent visit during COVID where things must be done a bit differently to keep us all safe.
Best meal on a long time
Outstanding atmosphere, wait staff and most importantly food. Must-go, while in Vegas.
Always our favorite place to eat anytime we visit vegas.
Everything was spectacular. We love eating here and are happy they continue to provide one of the best experiences in Las Vegas.
Food was unbelievable. Outstanding. Our server, Eric, was super helpful and made us feel very comfortable in such a high scale place.
One of the best meals I’ve ever had. Could not recommend this restaurant enough
The chef's tasting menu is outstanding, from the very first foie gras cotton candy lollipop to the caramel creme tart.
So amazing the food was fantastic and the experience was phenomenal! Our server Tony was perfection! And the entire staff was attentive! Will be back!
Third time enjoying a fantastic dinner! Delicious food and amazing staff.
I ordered the octopus and it made me sick 2 hours later. The waiter came drop off the food and did not come back until he delivered the check. I was highly disappointed.
The New Year's Eve tasting menu was exquisite, especially the cotton candy foie gras. The service was impeccable and each plate came to the table seamlessly. I would love to go back to try the wagyu beef!
Amazing food from this Spanish Steakhouse
Wonderful food, great ambiance, great service.
The food was exquisite and the service formidable
Dinner was lovely. Décor is a little outdated. Vaca vieja was an interesting option, much beefier and gamier than a regular ribeye. Definitely worth a try. The butter with potatoes is heaven. Gazpacho was some of the best I've ever had! Rueben airbread was fun and tasty. All in all, it's a nice and enjoyable dinner.
My husband and I always go out for dinner on Christmas Eve and this year we were happy to secure a reservation at Bazaar. The tasting menu was fantastic, and they took special care to avoid dairy for me in consideration of an allergy even though it was extra work. Every dish was delicious. Great experience, made our holiday!
Wonderful service and food Felt safe regarding Covid
Amazing food, atmosphere, and service. I use to work at the Sahara and always wanted to go. I would tell ppl that's it's amazing food but bring an extra wallet. They're pricey. But well worth it!
Unique food and plating, makes dinner fun. Must try tasting menu.
Great experience! Highly recommend to all who are looking for an engaging and classy evening out.
This experience was amazing, incredible food, great service. my husband and I will be visiting again. Our waitress was very nice, had very good recommendations about the menu her name was Stephany she made our first time experience in this restaurant unforgettable.
Absolutely breathtaking experience as usually. I’ve been here a few times. Has never disappointed!
Had the tasting menu of classics. Server made some substitutions for my shellfish allergies. Appetizers were tiny single bite tastes of creative items, but none blew me away. Added the waygu eye of rib, which was a good portion for the price. Should go with extra oz of additional meat offerings whenever possible! Disappointing asparagus, enjoyed the mushrooms much more.
This was a special meal in all sense of the word-the staff and the food were excellent and we could not of asked for more.
This is an expensive meal but worth it
With all due respect to José Andrés, I don't think the experience we had is the one he intended. To be honest, the $140 steak we ordered at the server's recommendation was solidly 1/2 just fat and inedible, and the other 1/2 was solidly mediocre. It was probably the most disappointing steak I've had in recent memory, and the nerve of charging $140 for the privilege of throwing 1/2 of it out, seemed insulting. The puréed potato side dish was truly fantastic. The fois gras cotton candy appetizer didn't disappoint. Overall, this is probably the 3rd time I've eaten at Bazaar Meat lately that I've told myself I just won't do this again. Shame on me for returning each time, but I just keep thinking that José Andrés wants me to have a better experience.
This was an adventure to say the least. There are a plethora of food choices. Our server was excellent. If you get the opportunity of a handful of family members dining together, order a variety and share. There is also a preset meal that looked great and in reality might be a relative bargain, but you really need to bring an appetite for that portion. If you are in Las Vegas and a meal is in your plans, I do highly recommend Jose’s.
Loved the ambiance, excellent waitstaff, awesome dining experience!
The best meal I have ever had.
Just the best steak I’ve ever had. Reverse sear method with smoking the meat was incredible.
Servers know what they're talking about and are very approachable. They went beyond in ensuring my partner and I had a memorable evening, from their tableside manner and using my name while talking to me, to also offering complementary champagne and desserts for our anniversary.
Food, needless to say, was also impeccable. Do not miss the chance to try kobe beef here.
Great food and service
Our table was in the far back room, lacked ambience, and was rickety, kid you not, side to side shaking all dinner.
One app came without plates, the other without rolls for it.
Server felt rushed, and we didnt see him much when he was there.
The food though! This is simply the best meat in town, and Ill be back. Just hope it doesnt feel like discount Bazaar next time
Awesome! Wish it was in a different casino, but other than that, it was fabulous!
Great service and tasting menu. Nice presentation, aroma and flavor with the smoke & ice oysters. Delicious tartare and chateaubriand.
I’ve been here 4 times and it’s amazing. Unfortunately this last time the steak we got was not that good. The marbling was not there and the steak was not as juicy as delicious as it was in my previous trips. This place is worth the experience. Just wish I would have sent the steak back. Just didn’t want to make a fuss and wait another hour.
A fantastic place to eat with an incredible ambience
Good food, a bit pricy for the quality. Service fair. if you are a meat lover you will enjoy.
We have turned Bazaar into our "neighborhood eatery"! It's relatively accessible if you use the Paradise entrance to the Sahara & we dine in the bar area where it is comfortable & casual. Stacey @ the bar does a great job getting the items out to us & has a good handle on the menu. We've introduced 2 different sets of friends to the restaurant with great results! Bazaar Meat is a can't miss choice!
One of the best meals I've ever eaten. It was a great experience all the way through. Stephanie and Edgar were exceptional hosts to our dining experience
