My boyfriend and I went here for my boyfriends birthday while we were on vacation. Everything was fantastic including the drinks. We decided to not do a tasting and picked what we wanted. We got the chiccurron, a couple ounces of Kobe beef, a Wagyu angus steak, potato sticks, and mushrooms. Literally best meal I have had in a long time.

The overall experience was great. Our server could have made our experience more extraordinary. She didn't give us great feedback on what items to order. It would be nice if the online menu noted that the steaks must be ordered 2lbs or more. We would have invited an additional couple to join us so we could experience those meats. It also could have been nice to know about the table side Japanese steaks as an option. I had to google reviews to choose our final steak. Ultimately, an exceptional experience and great staff and I will visit again!

We were lucky enough to have Paola guide us on our meat experience, and when I say experience, I mean it. This was unlike anything we had ever experienced before and everything lived up to the hype. Genuinely the best overall food experience I’ve ever had for my dad’s 65th birthday. We have dined all over the world and this took the cake. First class experience unlike anything else. We will definitely be returning back and dreaming of the food.

I had a very disappointing steak that cost $220 that I had 4 bites of. They offered a minor discount after taking away the full steak that wasn’t up to the standard. Was very chewy and came out rare when ordered medium rare. I would not recommend wasting your money. They offered me two drinks and two appies on my next visit which I couldn’t justify even returning for that.

Hello, My friends & I have been taking each other out to nice places for our birthdays for many years. We are all locals for over 30 years & were very excited to come to your restaurant with high expectations for the 1st time. We had heard great things about your place & were very disappointed when we left. Based on the food quality & value you got for your money, this was not worth it at all. The only thing that was good was our server BJ & everything else was not up to par with any of us. They had said they were taking some items off the bill & our bill was still just under $600.00 without tip for 3 of us(We all had 3 drinks each & everything else was food). We have been at other high-end steakhouses in Las Vegas that had much better-quality pieces of meat for less money that we all thoroughly enjoyed much better. As locals we all like to recommend restaurants for people to try & this will not be on our list. The manager even came by to talk with us but didn't really seem to care about our opinion.

Literally one of the most exciting fine dining experiences I've had! From the decor choices, and layout with the open view and separation of the kitchens-- so cool! We did the ultimate tasting, as we had not been there before, and it was more than worth it. Everything was delicious. But it is more than just that. The team on the floor, is a team!! My husband and I both come from a long line of restaurant experience, and we notice the inner working between staff in a place like bazaar. Their energy and positivity carried over. Our server was fun, and also incredibly knowledgeable. Every server who came by to make sure we were enjoying the courses as they were intended to be, or clear plates, or check drinks-- every single one-- was courteous and did their job so well that half the time they were unnoticed. Which I'll add, I think is so on point for the environment. Overall it was our most enjoyable and most memorable dining experience in Vegas.

Edgar Sanchez the general manager was extremely gracious Arnold our server could not have been more attentive. He took wonderful care of us. The sommelier whose name I cannot recall made a fantastic recommendation for a California Pinot noir that we all enjoyed very much. As always Jose Andres’ menu even the old classics (cotton candy foie gras old world and new world olives mini Caprese) still seemed like fresh ideas and tasted wonderful. We did the tasting menus for the table and everything was memorable in the best way.

Third time there and it wasn’t a charm. Food was extremely salty and the meat was tough. Wasn’t nowhere as good as it was last visit. Service was great and the manager made it right. Won’t be going back though. Large group across from us was very loud and obnoxious which ruined the atmosphere.

Food was very good. Service was good at the beginning but once ordered, they deserted us. Had the feeling we were just a number and they needed the table for next seatings. Felt very rushed and never once the server came back to ask if we wanted something. No coffee or disgestif was offered at the end of dinner. We had to wait and find a server to order a second drink.
