   this was truly an incredible experience, we chose the ultimate tasting menu and had such a lovely evening. paola and devin were top notch, providing a service like no other. it was a perfect night!

   The experience overall was phenomenal. The food was delicious. Everything about this place was top notch. A little loud for such a sexy, sophisticated restaurant, but it was only a bit surprising- definitely didn’t ruin the experience.

   Wow! Definitely an experience. Can’t recommend the Philly cheesesteaks enough. Service was wonderful and the food was amazing. Definitely will be back next time in Vegas

   The restaurant was a fantastic experience. Throughout the dining room, there are multiple alligator figures decorated with Mardi Gras beads — a fun and personal touch inspired by the chef’s love of Mardi Gras. The seating was comfortable, and the service was attentive and helpful throughout our meal. We started with the cotton candy appetizer, and it was absolutely worth trying. It’s a unique and playful dish, unlike anything I’ve had before, and surprisingly delicious. For our main course, we shared the Texas-sourced Wagyu steak. It was incredibly tender and packed with flavor. We also ordered the Brussels sprouts and the potato purée as sides. The potatoes were rich, smooth, and absolutely delicious — a perfect complement to the steak. The Brussels sprouts were a lighter, more refreshing twist, made with grapes, apricot, and lemon. While they were interesting and bright, the flavor profile seemed to clash slightly with the heavier steak. Overall, it was a memorable meal with unique touches and bold flavors, and we would definitely recommend it to others looking for a creative dining experience.

   Great menu and excellent steaks. The menu is a bit confusing bc they are large format entrees and steaks so it’s difficult to figure how to order for a large group. While service was extremely nice we thought they didn’t do the best job helping us figure how to order. Some items that should have been served together came out randomly, and we felt a little hurry up and wait between courses and check. Nbd but could have e been a little better given the price.

   Fantastic experience! We had such a fun night at Bazaar Meat. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. We loved the beef carpaccio and the oysters. The potato puree was excellent too. Great wine selection. I have only good things to say about this Jose Andres restaurant. Highly recommend!

    Service was impeccable! without being stuffy! Server even sent a complimentary appetizer and dessert to our table, very unexpected, super nice touch! Cotton Candy Foie Gras - Get It! The steak was unlike any we've ever had, and it was perfectly acceptable to pick up and eat the bone! Mashed potatoes, holy butter!! sooo smooth! Pricey, yes, but anyone making reservations here should know that. Totally worth the splurge!
