Great food, from the appetizer to desert.
Excellent Som helped us pick a great wine that paired well with the steak.
Almost overwhelming selection of food, but the staff is patient and you are encouraged to take your time at the place.
Bravo José Andrés!!
Amazing and decadent. I was in heaven. Our server Bryan was top notch.
Our 28th anniversary, first time in Vegas this experience was phenomenal!! Design by Philippe Starck, menu by José Andrés, but the service was what brought it all to culmination. Elias made this evening spectacular!!! His recommendations were spot on. Thank you so much
The food was amazing. We tried numerous dishes since it's tapas style.
Appetizers: Started with the cotton candy fois gras. The portion is small, but packed with flavor if you take your time. Oysters were as you'd want them. I'm not a caviar person, but the sampler came with bread pockets and the extras (onions, paste, etc.) made this a dish I will try again. My party was slow and we had a deadline so we missed out on the bone marrow dish. Will try next time.
Main dishes: I'm a rib eye fan and the flavor and fat was perfect. Medium-rare was on the rarer side, but it satisfied the rare lover and the medium lover, so it worked out perfectly. It's perfect for 3 hungry people or 4 less hungry people.
The chicken skin and tenderness were also flavorful and perfect. But it is a whole chicken so be prepared to share. It was plenty for six of us to split with 4 ribeye eaters and the 1 caviar guy who didn't like his steak tartar.
The steak tartar looked like that diced tuna ahi appetizer you can get everywhere. Not sure why he didn't like it and I didn't try it.
Sides: the spicy peppers were amazing. Get them. The puree mash were what you'd expect. The spinach is prepped like an hors d' houvre and is very good.
Price Points: The meats were spot on and you need a larger party for some of the pricier cuts. I was disappointed with the wine prices. I needed a full cabernet but didn't want to spend $94 on an average pour of Caymus. The only other glass was $27 and wasn't full-bodied enough. I would have spent $260 on the Silver Oak bottle but my party was not the type to drink red wine. That said, when I come back with red wine drinkers, I still would be deterred. I recommend bringing your own bottle since the corkage fee is nominal.
Service: We had to warm up to the waiter. We asked for a recommendation and he wasn't helpful. Maybe it was the cheap champagne the birthday girl brought. Once he and I connected on the fois gras, he was awesome! Nice save.
The restaurant is gorgeous. Staff were attentive and quick to respond to our needs. Food was good, but not great.
A word comes to mind Tourist Trap I was there when it first opened It was interesting with a edgy
vibe Today its tired, drab and a waste of money What Happened Jose come back and see what they are doing to your Restaurant
Our waiter Eric did a spectacular job. Couldn’t have been more enthusiastic, knowledgable or helpful. You just don’t get service like that very often.
Great place to have a unique meal. Of course, it is Vegas so you pay the price. We've been here before and will return again.
One of the best steak, lamb, pork restaurants in Las Vegas! They use a very expensive firewood Grill Works system that you would see in Argentina and Uruguay. They know how to grill meats! Fantastic flavors!
If you like steak or good food in general you will love this place
left hungry. was not enough food and way to over priced for what it is!
It was phenomenal from start to finish. The waiters really do cater to your wants since the menu is a bit overwhelming to dissect. Definitely will be returning!!!
Food was excellent. Service was outstanding. Waiter was very helpful when it came to assisting us with making good choices. Loved the small desserts to choose from. Overall 5 Stars
A fantastic culinary experience. Everything was delicious. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves meat!
Jose's tonic and gin is made to perfection!!! Since it was our first time there we decided to try the original tasting menu. The food was exquisite, especially the bagel and lox. I did not care for the chicharron, but all the other tastings got my tasting buds jumping. I especially enjoyed the service. Our waiter was great and took the time to have an authentic conversation with us. Amazing experience all around!!!
Bazaar Meat is the most amazing "carnivore" experience, ever!!!!
This was our second time there and it just gets better... See you again next year!
I was expecting the steaks to be off the charts, melt in your mouth. They were not exceptional especially for the price. Truly disappointing.
I've been to other Jose Andres restaurants in MD/DC and NY. Bazaar Meats is great, and an excellent addition to Chef Andres' line. I had one of the tasting dinners and was pleasantly stuffed at the end of the meal. The service was top notch! It is an expensive dinner but the experience is worth it
Just go for the steak!
Late dinner, never felt rushed, food was exquisite
A friend and I visited Bazaar Meats during restaurant week and ordered their summer/restaurant week menu. I had gone to a number of different restaurants for restaurant week and we decided to splurge on this meal. Unfortunately, it was fairly disappointing especially for the cost.
Our server, Joseph was great, but the food was just mediocre. The bagel and lox cone was tasty (i think my favorite of the meal), but it was only one bit worth of food. The flatbread was not great (not much flavor, just tasted like a basic pizza/flatbread), the shaved ice and crab dish was very interesting, didn't love it or hate it. Salad was small and not much to write home about. We got the beef wellington and the pork dish for our entrees. The beef wellington was so so salty, i could hardly eat it. The puff pastry was delicious. The pork dish also wasn't great. The meat didnt have a great flavor, and i personally didnt like the sauce that much, but my dinner mate was more forgiving. She like the beef wellington more than the pork.
The blistered peppers and the mushrooms were probably the best part of the meal, but for $80 that's not saying much.
Finally, the dessert came. It was a beautiful display and my friend liked most of the desserts. I am not a chocolate fan, and unfortunately, all but one of the little bit sized desserts was not chocolate. I made a comment to the server that it wasnt a very good selection if you werent a chocolate fan. Our server told us that is was the luck of the draw for what comes out for the desserts, and that they have a large selection, not always all chocolate and he kindly offered to bring another non-chocolate dessert. I greatly appreciated the offer, but declined.
I didnt leave hungry but I also didnt leave satisfied. Probably wouldnt go back. We had a meal for half the price at SUGARCANE earlier in the week that was hands down better.
The service was great. Our server was great and very attentive. The food was mediocre. We were there for restaurant week and had the $80 tasting menu. The tortollini mushrooms Was the only item that was great. Definitely do not recommend the shaved cold soup, that was awful!
Best food in vegas!!!! I would definitely recommend!
We loved everything about Bazaar Meats it was more than we expected, Michael our server was so knowledgeable about every single item on the menu he made us feel like we were the only table he was serving he did everything but put the food in our mouths.
This place is first class and worth every penny.
Mr and Mrs Herbert Cooper
Decided to finally try this gem for restaurant week. Everything is just perfect there. The ambience, the attention from when you first check in to when you are leaving. This restaurant just does everything at a top level
The experience and food was amazing. Our server was superb and the food excellent.
Incredible as always. ☺️
I have to say that I was expecting better for the price. I'm sad because I love Jose Andres and I was looking forward to something other worldly. The mustard burned in my steak tartare, the steak was burnt, and the best thing on the menu I found was the 20 dollar mashed potatoes.
Birthday.. everyone enjoyed themselves.. beyond amazing all around
Get the fixed menu, you won’t regret it
We did the tasting menu and it's amazing. I think I liked it a little more at The Bazaar in Miami but it's a winner.
We had a table for 7 to celebrate our 44 wedding anniversary with our family. Outstanding.
The food and service really provided a next level experience. We can't wait to go back.
The tasting menu was amazing!!! One of the best meals I’ve ever had in my life!
I am not a big meat eater. In fact, I don’t like the taste and texture of most meat. However, I honestly cannot say that I disliked or had an issue with anything we were served from one of the tasting menus.
Additionally, the service was extraordinary and seemed to cater to a guest’s every need.
This is my second visit to Bazaar Meat and I 'll never go to Vega with out going to Bazaar Meat's. The facility, staff and food are all amazing. This is not an inexpensive restaurant, but don't let that get in the way. You can go earn more money. Get there stat.
We had a great experience at Bazaar. We came her because we were impressed with Chef Andres’ work and support of Puerto Rico which is a favorite place of ours. The dining experience was top notch. The staff were very attentive and knowledgeable. The food was amazing. We loved the liquid olives and sloppy joes. The iberico was one of the best things I’ve ever eaten. My wife’s skirt steak was perfect. We will definitely come back.
We have been to Bazaar Meat 6-7 times. We make sure to go every time we go to Vegas (2-3 times a year). This time we tried the Restaurant Week Tasting Menu that helped the homeless. It was wonderful. Besides the great food the service is always great and adds to the dining experience. And added bonus is that we love Jose Andre's humanitarianism so we don't mind the expense knowing how much he gives back to the world.
The food was absolutely incredible. Each drink and food item was a presentation. The staff were friendly and pleasant. The only complaint that I have is that the music is on the loud side. For our party of five, I was sat on a chair outside of the booth and there was asspeaker directly overhead. The volume of the music and placement of the speaker made it almost impossible to hear the waitress or my dining companions. I will be visiting again and recommend Bazaar Meat to anyone who is even considering it and wants an experience along with their night out.
