Staff was helpful with guidance as to how much food I would get with various menu items. Cocktail was top notch.
The food was excellent. The group of 4 women shared a Rib-eye steak that was phenomenal.
The foigras cotton candy lollipop was a real treat. Each of the veggie dishes were terrific. We had one vegetarian among us (who did not mind seeing all of the steaks/meats) - and she truly enjoyed all of the sides. The brussel sprouts, the whipped potatoes (so much butter!), the tomato tartare, grilled asparagus, you name it, it was delish. Our server was excellent as well. She set expectations around timing of dishes, she made great recommendations and ensured we did not order too much. (Which reminds me - the cream puffs are a wonderful bite of dessert!)
Amazing. Great service great food great presentation
Amazing, recommend doing a tasting.
Service was a bit shaky, and there was a lot of problem getting us seated at a table appropriate for our group size. The reservation was made in December 2017 for March 2018, so it wasn't as though this was a last minute accommodation. The food was excellent/amazing as always, and I certainly will be back.
Great atmosphere, but it seemed our waiter was pulled in too many different directions. I didn't feel like we got the attention we deserved. In addition, our very expensive steak was cooked unevenly (medium rare and well done). Despite that, I would give them another try.
I rarely write reviews, but Bazaar Meats deserves it. The staff was generous and accommodating. Lou's wine service was spot on, helping find wines that truly complimented our food selections. The tartare was excellent. The steaks were truly the best most of us (party of 9) had ever tasted. A top-3 dining experience and meal. Kudos.
The tasting menu was amazing! We were with a party of 8. It’s worth a repeat!
More like Bizarre, had the classic tasting menu, so eclectic my stomach and brain were confused. Intense smoke from the grilling kitchen it was hard to enjoy the bizarre food which did not follow a theme of any kind. Get lobster, steak, and oysters, those were the best. Asked for bread when we sat down, had to ask 2 more times, finally got it over an hour later, they explain they ship the dough from Spain! Bite size stale tasting desserts.
Truly a remarkable dining experience. From A-Z it’s first class. A nice blend of modern and traditional steak house fare. Beautiful presentation and definitely a place to impress your spouse, significant other or clients. I live in NY and immediately get separation anxiety the moment I’m finished with my meal from Bazaar meats. Pricey as you would imagine, but definitely worth every penny.
The food was good the atmosphere great. The problem is that the restaurant is meant to be tapas style but the portions are too small to share. You have to a few of each to get your fill and that's where they get you on the bill. Don't get me wrong the place is beautiful and the idea is great just offer a few more pieces of each if its for sharing and you are going to charge.
Service was fabulous, price was way too high.
This place is amazing. Expensive but very well worth it. I always enjoy this place.
The food was amazing and the ambiance was very unique. Our server, Nick, made excellent menu suggestions and gave us wonderful service. The smoked Manhattan was to die for!
We had a terrific experience.
Tony Ortega our server was fantastic, knowledgeable, helpful, always there for us.
Lou our wine expert was brilliant.
Extensive meat menu did not disappoint. Server was really nice and recommended a wine that was great. Our favorite was the pork sausage (portion was too big for 3 to share if you get other stuff). Veg sides were good and starters were unique (fancy sloppy joe and reuban), but not perfect. Bartender made some subs on a menu cocktail and i really enjoyed my drink! Overall a fun atmosphere and good food.
We came to Bazaar Meats for my husband's birthday, he loves steak. From the moment we walked in we were taken care of like royalty. The hostess, bartender, waiter, and manager (that offered to take our photo and brought us another side to try for free just to be nice) were all incredibly warm, patient, helpful, and so professional. We are foodies and my husband said it was probably the best meal of his life. It was divine, top to bottom. We had oysters, steak, and lots of sides. If you go to Vegas, you MUST go here.
What an experience! The foie gras cotton candy was incredible. Loved the Ferran Adrià Olives! The tartar sliders were oh so good. And the whipped Greek yogurt was so fresh and light with the giant chicharrón. Then, of course, the meat: tender & perfectly oak-wood fired wagyu/black angus rib eye, wow! Even the cotton candy was an experience with the liquid nitrogen. Bazaar Meat does not disappoint! We will definitely be back. Thank you!
Amazing dining experience.
First I would like to commend the staff at Bazaar. From the hostess to the Manager, everyone made my dining experience very special. I had the opportunity to sit at one of the chef tables facing one of their kitchens, and the gentleman behind the counter could not be more welcoming. He answered all my questions and never steered me wrong. The young lady who was waiting on me, gave me pointers as to what drink I should try, meal options, and dessert. Pano, the manager, checked on me and made sure my expectations were met and exceeded. Of al the restaurants I have dined in this past week, this was best experience I’ve had where everything was perfect. I will definitely return before the end of trip, and when I return to Vegas I will make sure to visit with the family so that they may enjoy this wonderful place.
What an awesome restaurant! The decor hits you like a ton of bricks, but it’s awesome! The open-kitchen concept is phenomenal, and the gaff are happy to chat.
We had a Spanish Rioja, the Papas Bravas, the Tomato Tartare, and Gazpacho Shooters for appetizers; collectively, these were an 8.5/10. For dinner, we had the medium rare Porterhouse (10/10; one of the best I’ve had), the baby carrots, and the mushrooms. For three (or even four) people, the porterhouse is perfect. The sides were awesome too; collectively, they were a 9/10.
Overall awesome atmosphere with great staff and even better food. A Las Vegas must!
Bazaar Meats doesn't disappoint. The beef is always fantastic, cooked to perfection and the service top notch. It's price point is not for the faint at heart, but you get what you pay for!
Had one of the tasting menus, and everything was outstanding! Loved the steak, potatoes, and various tartares I tried. The smoked manhattan is a must-try cocktail. Service was friendly, and professional. Very accommodating to my requests for changes to the set menu. This is a destination restaurant while in Vegas.
Wonderful preparation of steaks, and extremely tasty. It's a tough menu to understand the first time, and probably works best if entrees are shared. Our server didn't do a very good job explaining what is different at Bazaar Meat from other steak houses, and it would have helped a lot.
My wife and I really enjoyed this place, I would say it is one of my top 3 places to dine. The service is fantastic and the food is amazing. Their steaks are seasonsed well and flavorful. I will be back to try the Suckling Pig.
The food was amazing! The format of sharing was great and everything tasted delicious.
We got the chef's choice cured meat board and the Denver steak. The steak was cooked perfectly!
Love this place.
We loved the decor and how the meats were cooked. The octopus however, was very crunchy and over done. We were hoping for a nice bottle of wine but the mark up on the wine is close to three times MSRP. For being at the North end of the strip away from the hundreds of restaurants along the strip the food and the pricing/quality of food underperformed the total cost. We we hoping to enjoy the brand of restaurant due to the chefs credentials but we were disappointed. Better to spend the same amount elsewhere and get better quality and lower markups on the wine.
The skirt steak, asparagus, beefsteak tomatoe and cauliflower were amazing. The pulpo was over cooked but the sauce and potatoes with it were good. The pork sausage was terrible unless you like hot dogs for tapas.
When I reviewed my credit card statement, they billed me for an extra $50. Currently trying to dispute through my card company.
A-Mazing! Expensive and totally worth it. The best steak of my life plus unusual and great appetizers. Do it.
From food to service, our experience could not have been any better. Eric, our server, was amazing. Every other employee with which we interacted was friendly, funny, and shared interesting stories with us about the plating, serving dishes and more.
Four of us went and had cocktails, wine, and the Classic tasting menu. The food was great and the evening was fun from start to finish. The service could not have been better.
Everything was amazing. From the small bites to the skirt steak, awesome
Jose' did not disappoint! A VERY creative and delicious menu.
We had a great meal and wonderful wine. The wait staff was terrific
If you are looking for cheap eats, this is not the place for you. We ordered the middle version of their tasting menu which is just under $200/person.
Food: Everything was solid. The cotton candy foie gras was fun as was the bagels and lox cone. (both 5/5) The olives were good but the modern version fell a little short for me. (4/5) The smoke and ice oysters were amazing. (6/5--yes they were that good in my opinion) The tartar came out as a slider on a parker house roll and I probably would have liked it a bit more without the roll. (5/5) The selection of cured meats included some iberico which was nice but it was sliced a little thick for my taste.(5/5) The "beefsteak" tomato was really good. (5/5) The asparagus and cauliflower were both good. (4.5/5) The buttered potato puree was borderline too salty.(4/5) If I took a bite of cauliflower dipped in the potatoes, it wasn't too bad. Desert was solid and a good variety.(5/5) And now for the steak. It was one of the best steaks I have had in my life, period.(6/5)
Service: There were a few hiccups that stood out--most likely because of how good the service was the rest of the time. One example was when they delivered warm/hot plates and then we waited more then 15 minutes for anything to arrive (yes I checked my watch) By the time the steak arrived our plates were room temperature. (The steak knives were also fairly dull--which made the steak feel tougher than it was.)
We had dinner at Bazaar Mar (Miami) in December and it was better than Bazaar Meats but the two restaurants represent two of the best meals I have had.
Good but not great. Comparable to any other steakhouse.
This was an amazing dinner and the service and the food was SOoooooo great!
Once again, Bazaar Meats does not disappoint! Tasting Menu is exceptional. Cocktails are amazing. Elias, our waiter was super attentive and knowledgeable! We will be back!
The atmosphere was very cool. Our waiter was very knowledgeable. Steaks are a tad overpriced, so make sure to study the menu before going. This isn't your typical steakhouse, so make sure if you're going with a group, that everyone knows what to expect. We went with a group that wasn't exactly pleased with their menu and prices. If you want a ribeye, be prepared to pay $100. Overall the food was fantastic, but the entire group wasn't satisfied, so that put a damper on the experience.
