I love José Andres’ restaurants. The main issue here was that the signature ribeye was very disappointing. No seasoning to speak of, not particularly tender or flavorful and undercooked in the center. I hate to say it but I make much better ribeye at home and the standard sizes ribeye at most steakhouses is generally far superior. The other problem is the restaurant is in way out of the waySahara Hotel and, particularly with nearby construction, virtually impossible to leave via taxi ou Uber/Lyft. We had to walk a half hour south to Encore to catch a cab. I loved all the smaller plates and tried quite a few. It was those that did not disappoint and lived up to the hype. I’d STRONGLY suggest going to Jaleo in the Cosmopolitan instead.
The restaurant is Beautiful, Warm & Cozy!! The Service was the Best I have ever had. Our Water never got below a half glass without someone filling it up. I thought I would be hungry still after ordering the Tasting Menu and we actually had to get a Box because we were sooo Full!! The Food was Amazing! Literally the Best Restaurant I’ve ever been too!! Elias Makridis attended to us and he was Outstanding with his knowledge behind the Restaurant, So Kind and Helpful!! I can’t wait to go back with the Hubby!! I sure will call first to make sure Elias is working first so we can be at 1 of his Tables!!!
This is a must visit restaurant anytime we come to Vegas! Spectacular presentation, service and food. A beautiful culinary experience each and every time. We love Bazaar Meat!
Bazaar never disappoints! The food was absolutely amazing! Service on point! Why go anywhere else? Bravo!
It was a great atmosphere and amazing food!!
Let me start by saying the small plates we got were amazing. We should have just got several of those and called it a night. The cotton candy Foie Gras was an experience and the flatbread with the sausage paste and goat cheese was amazing!
Then we ordered a larger cut of beef to split. I was not that impressed with how tough the meat was for the price we paid for it. There were bites we couldn't even chew and I just expected more.
Everything is really good. The prices are extravagant but worth it for the experience. You must try the grilled crab legs.
Like most celebrity chef fronted restaurants the outstanding element is usually the service. Our server and sommelier made the night. We did the “Jose’s Way” tasting menu which had some delightful moments but nothing truly spectacular. Highlights included the steak tartare, a bison blue cheese bite that was off menu and the mashed potatoes with entree. Most disappointing was dessert which tasted more like from the freezer, uninspired grocery store bites than anything else. Our wine parings were wonderful. $700 later we’re grateful for the experience but won’t ever return.
Gotta get the Kobe and other Japanese Wagyu and then you can’t miss the food gras cotton candy. Everything is next level. The steak is smoked on the fire grill it’s roasted in and that gives it a crisp exterior I can’t explain, it’s so good. Get at least 2lbs of any steak. It’ll be amazing.
Our server Matt was fantastic. The food was awesome. I had never had a wagyu ribeye before and this one was heaven. My son had the flat iron steak and my wife the rack of lamb. All home runs.
The dining experience was over the top we have tried many restaurants in Vegas for service level quality a great evening will definitely go back tried Jose’s we got a little taste of everything great wine list I could go on it’s a must try
The most beautiful and delicious meats you can find. Super experience all around!
The service and food preparation were beyond compare. Elias goes above and beyond every time we are at the restaurant. Most of the food on the menu can not be had in any other restaurant in Las Vegas. Bazaar meats is an unique experience the keeps you coming back.
Our steak was not tender and juicy. We make a better steak at home. Disappointed.
Great experience
We have eaten at Jose' Andres restaurants in Beverly Hills and were very excited to try Bazaar Meat in Las Vegas. The food was great but not up to what we expected based on our Beverly Hills experience. Also, the ventilation was poor and the room was filled with smoke from the grills. That made the experience much less than it could have been.
We would still recommend it to our friends and hope that the ventilation will be fixed before the next time we visit.
It was a great meal, our service was fantastic and they went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our experience! Highly recommend!
One of the best restaurants in the city. Cocktails are creative and delicious. The food is exciting, innovative, and top quality.
Excellent. That’s all I can say. Also sublime
Amazing!
General manager and our server Sunday were incredible!
We had an amazing anniversary!
We had a spectacular dining experience. Group of friends getting together for the first time in a while and decided to enjoy the tasting menu which was wonderful. We had the pleasure of working with Lou the Sommelier who curated wine pairings for our entire menu. Lou created such a wonderful experience for our meal that we are still talking about it for days later. His stories and sense of knowledge about not only the wine paired but also the food that was offered to us made it such a spectacular dinning experience we enjoyed every moment.
This is hands down my favorite restaurant in Las Vegas and my last visit was no exception! Eric and Lou are fantastic!! Service was impecable and the food mind blowing. Every time I visit is a memorable night.
We had the Valentines special dinner and wine pairings.
Best restaurant in Vegas!
It was an overall descent meal. Was the food good? Yes! Was it extremely overpriced ? Yes! I’ve had better food for the amount of money I paid. This is not the first Jose’s restaurant I go to... but definitely won’t be repeating this one in particular. Not impressed at all :(

We had a fabulous meal! The Sloppy Joe’s are amazing! Gazpacho is strong flavored but good if you like vinegar. The chateaubriand is so tender and flavorful! As is the whipped potatoes and fried potatoes! Both were worth coming back for just by themselves! Husband loved the smoked oysters! The mini desserts they brought were fabulous and so fun!! Everything was well thought out, served with a smile and service was top notch! We enjoyed the meal immensely! Highly recommend and worth the drive over from the strip!
Bazaar is always a must when we travel to Las Vegas. This is a unique dining experience that you won’t find at your average steakhouse. Every detail in their menu has been fine tuned to make you swoon. All the food is Instagram worthy. Everyone around us was taking pictures of every course coming out. You won’t want to miss it.
steak was very good, however their version of paella, was less than desirable. Made my husband sick.
The food and service are awesome, but some parts of the restaurant needs to be remodeled. Specially those white tables that look like cafeteria tables, and the entrance to the bathroom area - it doesn’t match the value of the restaurant
Just perfect!
Overpriced. Service terrible.

Yummy steak with reasonable price. Oyster is so fresh. Must try
The food was amazing and so was the cotton candy mojito.
such unique dishes, amazing preparation and service. Of course price is higher than most, but worth it.
Amazing food! Fabulous service. Definitely one of our favorite restaurants.
I feel like everyone should eat here at least once. It's definitely unique! Maybe it's what we ordered (The Classics menu and some oysters), but I think it's over-hyped/over-priced. We will still go back and order off of the Main or Bar Centro Menu next time, hopefully with better results. We didn't even know the Bar Centro Menu existed until after we left. Would have been perfect for us!
Most of the items we got were excellent, like the tenderloin, oysters, Rueben bites, tartare, potatoes, and asparagus. Other items...not so much. The Croquetas de Pollo tasted like something you can buy in the frozen aisle at the grocery, and they were served in a shoe (come on...give us plates!). The Chicharron and Greek yogurt sauce was bland and there was way too much of it. There was a piece of delicious parma ham or something similar wrapped in nori that would have been a lot better without the nori. Desert was very disappointing and one-note (overly sweet). Drinks were delicious, but way too expensive for what they were, in my opinion. Zero affordable wine by the glass options, and I did not see a bottle list. If I had known happy hour was a thing here before making our reservation, we would have done that instead (it is available from 5-6).
Our seating area was also really dark (too dark for pictures even, which was disappointing) and we were uncomfortably close to some very loud patrons, and one person who thought it was okay to take their shoes off and put their feet up on the booth (who does that in public?!). We will definitely request bar area seating for next time so we can see the kitchen action and have better lighting. Our waiter could have been a little more attentive, but overall the service was excellent and the servers seemed to know everything about the menu.
Best restaurant in Las Vegas, enough said. Thank you José Andres
Excellent dining experience. A bit pricey but we knew that going in. I recommend the chef menu with the wine pairing for a great culinary experience.
I will recommend this place any day to everyone, even my worst enemy, because everyone should visit this restaurant at least once in life. My husband and I shared everything and had 3 apps, a steak and a side plus several desserts because we couldn’t pick just one. Highly recommend the huge chicharron and the leeks side dish. My mouth is watering thinking about our meal!
Spent way too much money to leave hungry. Would not recommend.
