Our server Justin was incredible. He was very attentive to our needs. His Customer service impeccable. Justin is a reason we will be coming back. The food was very fresh and very tasty.

Great location. Great views of the bay. Food delicious and every server is extremely efficient and pleasant! Sitting outdoor, upstairs is very relaxing!

Hostess was rude. We had a reservations but her attitude was that did not mean much. When finally seated food was excellent and nice varied menu. Not a place to go in season given how they treat customer when busy.

The food was good but a very rude waitress at the reception informed us we (4) didn't have a reservation when we did. She said you're not in the computer so you have no reservation! When we looked over to the computer, there we were. She was extremely rude and just walked away.
This incident would cause me to take pause before ever going there again.

The food at Bayside is excellent. Our server was accommodating, punctual and pleasant. The only issue was loud noise coming from a group of 6 across the area.

Quality should be all caps to describe this lunch site.

Had a great time...the bartender was very friendly and prompt with our drinks as we waited for the table to be cleaned and set. The food was excellent and service on top of it.

The menu posted on Open Table is the same as the one at the restaurant. However, the prices are higher in the restaurant. It should be updated to reflect the current prices.

We sat upstairs and ended up just eating at the bar. We loved the atmosphere. Beautiful weather and had someone playing guitar. The food was fantastic. I had the crispy mahi mahi and spouse had the shrimp scampi pasta. The coconut cake was to die for!! Don’t skip it! I would highly recommend to be seated upstairs unless you are looking for quiet. Downstairs seemed more reserved.

We have dined here many times. It has become our favorite place to celebrate any special occasion.

We enjoyed everything about our evening there. We dined on the upper level and then enjoyed a cocktail after on the outdoor area. We will be back.

Masks were not required just suggested. Many did not wear masks. Requested outdoor seating but outdoor was really a tented experience with no ventilation only fans blowing germs around. Food was really good, service was good but in the mist of Covid catching the virus there is very possible. So for those trying to follow the national guidelines this , at this point in time, is not the place for you.

Other than a s very bad Margarita (actually awful) it was very good.

Vacation dinner. Food was excellent. Many choices for our lactose free needs.

We ate outside and it wonderful. Big umbrellas kept us out of full sun. Service was great. Very crowded so even for lunch I would suggest reservations.

Always a great place for lunch

It proved to be disappointing I had friends from far away and asked for a table by the window no apologies just gave us a table back from the window. We could’ve gone to a couple of other restaurants very close by and believe me the next time I will. Our service was good and our food was good.

Scott the server/ bartender was great! His service, along with the amazing food, was the reason we ate at Bayside three times this week! I highly recommend this restaurant- 5 stars all the way!!!

Menu has variety. Noise level quite comfortable. Courteous timely service. A very comfortable venue.

Service was great, my wife and I walked in and we were greeted at the door, we were sat right away, no wait, the server was great, very helpful and informative about the food and restaurant, the food was delicious and overall everything was great!

We were a party of 4, and each person stated the following- "this might be the best food I have had in a long time!" I personally had the seabass, and it was truly the best I have ever had. Great view & ambience!!

We would highly recommend Bayside. Our meal - food, service, setting - was outstanding.
We will be back!

Sat upstairs and a good place on Sunday afternoon. Food and drink was very good, service was average. Only menu options were brunch - contrary to website information.

Wish they would have told us about nice outdoor dining option instead of being inside with no view. That is the only reason I gave it a “3” for ambience.

Then only issue is there unmasked over-crowding at the bar, which really should not be condoned at this time. Otherwise, a great experience.

The setting for Bayside is spectacular, overlooking Venetian Bay in Naples. The ambiance and the food corroborate this romantic experience.
The service is faultless; the servings are more than adequate. From seafood to pork chops, and a flourless chocolate cake for dessert, a delicious and memorable meal.

The reason for our having lunch at Bayside is the same every time we make a reservation - it is consistently good. We can always count on interesting offerings, fresh food, attractive presentations, and quality service. All were present last Saturday. Our server, Hector, was professional, patient with us, and efficient. We had a marvelous time.

Beautiful place for outdoor dining. Lunch was delicious. Recommend the crab cakes, and gazpacho. Views over the water are spectacular!

We live in Estero and drive Here for Lunch 7 -8 times per season. Food and Service is ALWAYS good and the view is a 10!!

I carefully selected the are I wished to be seated and they messed up the request. Had to wait 40 extra minutes for a table. Usually a home run but this time a swing and miss.

Business meeting for 6 couples. Food was delightful and the ambience was wonderful. The waitstaff was slow, inattentive and could not speak clearly.

All around great. Noise was awful. Never experienced that before...
