   Brunch with my mom was wonderful. We were seated early (reservation was an hour later) and we had a very enjoyable brunch (excellent, attentive server, food was delicious, coffee amazing, and view beautiful). Will come again! Thank you!

   It took a very long time for our server to greets us upon being seated. When she arrived she took our drink order (2 coffees and an iced tea). She returned with two tea cups (no saucers) filled with coffee and a ceramic hot water pot filled with additional Luke warm coffee which I assume was intended to prevent being asked to refresh our coffees. I asked for saucers which seemed to surprise the server but she obliged. She returned and took our order. (Making no written notes) I asked for the bacon and cheese omelette with Swiss cheese. Our food arrived via food runner and was placed on stand a table away. After a few minutes later someone other than our server delivered the food to our table. Instead of Swiss cheese, my omelette had cheddar. After a few more minutes our server returned to check on our meal. I told her about the error and she took my plate to have the omelette prepared correctly. By the time she returned with the correct omelette, my husband and daughter had just about finished their meal leaving me to eat alone. Eating was difficult as the server neglected to provide a fork. When my husband asked one of the bus boys for a fork, he returned without the fork and instead told us it would be brought to us. Our server returned with the fork and I having lost my appetite at this point left my plate 3/4 full. When our server finally saw fit to check on us once again, my husband asked for the check. The server failed to ask why I had left a play full of food. At the end of this , the server's tip reflected her poor service. I was disappointed in the restaurant, the food and the service especially given the cost.

   Wonderful dinner with a view. Our waiter Phillip took care of us very well. He seemed to know just when to appear. Our meals were all beautifully prepared and served hot. The beet salad, filet mignon, scallops, grouper and snapper were all superb, and the chocolate mousse cake was a perfect ending to a memorable meal.

    Un characteristic experience at this restaurant: uncaring waiter, bar forgot black cherries in my old fashion, filet was barely medium rare and Manager showed me a photo taken by the cook which was barely pink....which is more on the medium side, I accepted it rather than continue to debate.....the Manager did buy desert as a jester, but I will never buy a steak at bayside.....and probably not go there as often!

    First time we have ever been to the Bayside Grill, but definitely will not be the last. Food was absolutely excellent. Service was very slow for some reason. Waitress was quite capable, but I think over work in the number of table she was handling. Would definitely return.

    The view was spectacular. This was the first time this season that we came for lunch. I was alittle surprised by the small size of the crab cakes- I didn’t recall them being like Small meatballs. They were ok- they were lukewarm in the middle.The fish and chips were excellent. Our server was wonderful. I also was disappointed that I told the restaurant when I made the reservation that it was my moms 89th birthday. I reiterated it when we arrived. We ordered ice cream and while I didn’t expect it to be comped, I did expect that a candle would be lit (it wasn’t). So that was a bit disappointing. All in all, still a great place to go.

    Service great. Especially Sarah I believe her name is in helping us get window seat for my friends daughters. One handicapped. Both valet and ll greeter and upper level greeter made experience very amazing. Very helpful.

    It was my wife’s birthday which I noted when I booked the reservation thru OpenTable but no mention or anything. Server (Dorothy) was ok but not very informative or interactive with us. For the cost I was hoping for a better experience.

    I love Baysides gazpacho soup with crab and Avocado! I also love their miso sea bass. Best preparation I've had in Naples! Surprisingly the lobster mashed potatoes had a decent amount of lobster chunks! Wine decent priced for Naples and good selection.

    Six of us for lunch. Two friends in from out of town, so we thought we’d bring them there as good past experiences and of course a beautiful view. Lunch was mediocre. My Rubin was below average, three grouper sandwiches were too heavily breaded and dry, one chicken sandwich average one egg salad sandwich rated good. In the past we’ve always just been there for dinner so maybe our expectations were too high, but we are very disappointed for what we ended up spending. We’ll try again, but it’s gonna be a while.

    My husband thought the snapper francaise tasted fishy, and it had bones in it. I enjoyed my crab and avocado gazpacho, and our son loved his dish of grilled salmon, truffle fries and green beans. The desserts were out of this world! All in all, a good meal, and I suppose that we should have ordered the simple grilled fish as our son did.

    Had reservations but 4 of us lucky enough to find corner seats at the bar so we dined there. Best view in the house on a beautiful night. Bartender took great care of us. All had fish entrees which were perfectly prepared. Second time we had eaten there and look forward to going back!

    Bayside is always one of my favorites. We usually do dinner. Today I was there for lunch. Our service was not as good as I would have liked. He was not very attentive and we had to keep asking for things......more water, more tea, please bring the buns. Food was delicious as always!!!
