We had no idea that Bay Harbor Restaurant was on Cedar Point property until we arrived - a nice surprise. We enjoyed the ambiance, food quality and even more the service and hospitality that we received from (Scott). We certainly recommend this hidden gem on Lake Erie shores and hope to return. The food was just awful, from our entrees to dessert. My short ribs were not - it was more like pot roast, which would have been OK except that it was over cooked and extremely dry. The vegetable was steamed broccoli, which was flavorless, as were the mashed potatoes. My husband’s pasta dish was over laden with a cream sauce that tasted as if it were from a can. Dessert was underwhelming. The service, however, was wonderful - courteous and professional.

The staff were all amazing! We were so happy to see everyone again! The food was delicious, everything from the presentation to the actual quality and taste, simply perfect. Our server was Scott, he was n top of everything! He’s so much fun- you wish you could just visit for hours.

Our dinner experience was excellent. Our waitress went above and beyond bringing us a cute candle lit dessert as she heard us say we were celebrating my daughters promotion. So thoughtful. The food was excellent and exactly to our liking. We had a bottle of champagne for our celebration and our waitress was there exactly at the right times to refill our classes. I apologize that I don't remember her name, but cuddos to everyone there.

Dinning at Bay Harbor is always a great experience but our server, Scott. made the dining even better. He was friendly, attentive, and knew exactly what to do and when to do it. Having a child with us can sometimes be awkward but every thing went well. Whenever I want exceptional dining, Bay Harbor will be at the very TOP of my list.

We were celebrating our daughter’s 17th birthday and had not been to Bay Harbor in several years so decided to give it another try. We had a great view of the water and the server was attentive although they sat several tables at once (we had reservations and were told the other tables were walkins). The meal was decent but not amazing. Our daughters boyfriend got the seafood risotto and he said it tasted good but his portion size was really small for the money. Calamari was probably the best thing we had. The bread was underwhelming. Like store bought rolls - not what you’d expect from a high end restaurant. My husband nad I had 2 cocktails each, the three terms/young adult with us had water. Total cost of our meal with 20% gratuity was almost $500. I have no problem paying that when the meal is outstanding but this was not the case. The decor of the restaurant is in serious need of a makeover. One of the sinks in the women’s restroom does not turn on. Built in Soap dispensers are broke so two types of soap just sitting on vanity. Just has a really dated feel to it. Don’t think we will be returning unless the do a remodel and menu overhall. Too many nicer restaurants towards the Catawba island area that are waaay better.

It's our favorite place to go whenever we want to celebrate a special day like birthdays or an anniversary, the food is always good. If your lucky you can see a beautiful sunset, weather permitting, we enjoyed Scott our waiters excellent hospitality! Oh and by the way the cheesecake is out of this world!!

I go to Bay Harbor as often as I can. I have been going there for many, many years. It has been consistently one of the top restaurants on my list, as I’ve traveled extensively and have dine at some places considered world class and I must say there were a few that were less than and I’m always happy to come home and visit my friends at Bay Harbor. I know that without question my meal and dining experience will be “world class.”

Fantastic dining experience from beginning to end. The hostess was very friendly and welcoming. We had a great table by the window with a beautiful view. The service was outstanding and the food (filet mignon) was tender and delicious! Loved the pecan ball for dessert! The manager had very kind words as we left the restaurant.
