    Lovely setting. Good food. Nice birthday pictire. Great servers. I had written on line for a dessert birthday request but whoever was to read those missed that. So i had to rerequest in front of birthday person. Delicious potato soup. Mahi Mahi a bit dry. Seems a bit overpriced.

    We enjoy your restaurant so much .The food is amazing each time we eat there. But most of all the service is exceptional Mitch waited on us last night. What a great and professional server he is. We always ask for him. He seems so in tune with us always gets you what you want and how you want it. What a great server he is. He is a keeper you should hold on to.     Delicious meal with a great view. Made us feel special for our anniversary from the hostess stand all the way through the meal. We were gifted a picture and dessert to celebrate and commemorate the evening.

    Ted, Ashley (we missed you), Ellie, and the rest of the staff are amazing!! Always have a great experience and meal. Our overall favorite place to eat. You always make us feel welcome and special. We are always looking forward to the next time we can dine with you as soon as we leave.

    Even after all these years, Baxter's remains one of our very favorite restaurants at the lake. The food is always outstanding, the service impeccable, and just perfect ambiance. And the view is wonderful!

    The food was great, our server was attentive and our reservation was ready when we got there. Our steaks were cooked to perfection and we were celebrating a birthday and they took great care of us with cheesecake and a picture.

    Baxter’s never disappoints! Had the salmon special and my husband had the blackened mahi mahi. Both were absolutely delicious. Recommend both the dragonfly martini and the key lime pie martini!

    Food was good but not outstanding in any way . Very loud dining experience . Waitress asked if she could bring boxes when we all had half of our meals still on plates !! What the heck ! Talk about flipping quick tables. Then came back and asked a second time .that was annoying - let us direct the pace - we were not lingering by any means . We hadn't been in a few years and probably will wait a few more .

    Baxters is the best restaurant at the lake..there food was on piont,as always,the service was amazing. The view and atmosphere was breathtaking. Chef Corey even visited our table. That is my go to place for all occasions. Highly recommend. Great job Baxters.

    This is our 'go to' for high days and holidays - every time. They make any special occasion just that = very special! There is no comparison in the area, for great food, ambience, value, service - it's all here! We loved there was a gluten free menu for people, that you can have lunch or dinner menu at any time. Kudos to the chef and all the staff for making my friends birthday one she will never forget. Thank you!

    We have been regulars to Baxters since day 1. We took a quick weekend trip to the Lake this weekend and the first thing I did was book Baxters! Service, ambiance and food are always perfection! I had a filet and bacon and blue potatoes. If I order medium I get medium. I have never had to return a steak to the kitchen. The Lake in general during off season was very slow. Not Baxters! It was full and had an amazing vibe! Never go to the Lake without dinner at Baxters!!!

    Been here several times and I can say it’s the perfect place for us! Look forward to going every time we go to lake! Baxter’s ribeye is the best and we love everything on menu! Great food great service! We will be back for sure!

    We had a great time. We had a group of family that enjoyed our meal at Baxters. Everyone loved their meal and had a great time visiting. The atmosphere was perfect. The service was excellent. It got dark early but the view when we got there was beautiful.

    We had dinner at Baxters for our 40th wedding anniversary. Fro the moment we walked in to the door we felt welcomed!!! We were slightly early so we had a drink there. Within minutes our table was ready. Our waitress , I’m sorry I don’t remember her name, was very pleasant and accommodating! We had a comfy booth with a great view of the lake! We both ordered the salmon and it was absolutely delicious!!!!! We received a complimentary dessert and our picture for it being our anniversary. If we are at the lake around our anniversary we always come to Baxters! We have never been disappointed! Thank you to everyone at Baxters!!!!!! We will be back!!

    I took my wife to Baxter's for our 15th wedding anniversary. We spent our last 3 there and will continue to go every year! The staff was very friendly, even the young gentleman who cleared our table after every course! The view of the lake was great and the food was exquisite! The lady who checked us in and our waitress both wished us a happy anniversary. The waitress took our picture and gave it to us in a "frame" for a momento! We highly recommend Baxter's!

    The food at Baxter is consistently excellent, as is the service and ambience. It is our favorite place for special occasions or just a nice dinner out.     Food was great. Delicious and tons of options! Service very friendly and helpful. Had to try the gooey butter cake. It was a massive serving and super sweet and tasty! Get spoons for the whole table! (And maybe the neighboring table too!)

    I'm so very thankful for the staff at Baxter's! What a wonderful 70th birthday celebration for my husband. The two ladies at the hostess desk were so accommodating with our requests, our server (Zane) was the best ever, the birthday cake slice and photo of us was above and beyond, and the food was delicious. With so much appreciation!!!!
