Everyone is always so friendly and the food is amazing! Grilled cheese with mozzarella stick on it?! Yes please!! I love going whenever I can. The waiter did spill water all over the table, but no one got wet and he felt so bad he gave us a free pitcher of beer.

Very fun place. I was told to be guaranteed a seat (I am temporarily disabled and on crutches so can't stand) I would need to make a reservation. Reservations are only for the dining portion, so we had to order food. Weird, but okay. The food & drinks were very good, but for the prices I expected larger portions to be honest. The waitress lead us to believe they were bigger than they were. I loved the gaming choices and had a great time. Though many of the board games were missing pieces and not able to me used. It happens I guess. Still, I would go back again.

Excellent place for individuals who enjoy video gaming.
The reservation system was easy to use, and getting in contact with an individuals for special reservations was easy. The staff who helped with our reservation upgraded our seating arrangement and ensured we had a wonder experience. She even made sure there was a gaming console for our experience which was optimal for we were having a buddy's bachelor party!

Battle & Brew was a great night out. We went for my friend's birthday and had a great time. The cocktails were incredible! The free Dance Dance Revolution (and other arcade games) doesn't hurt either. Can't wait to go back.

Love Battle and Brew trivia night. The nachos couldn't have held any more pulled pork or melted cheese without drowning. I also enjoyed getting a raffle ticket for each beer I ordered; won a Rick and Morty Pickle Rick figurine from the raffle. Can't wait to go back again. Trivia is definitely the hardest in the city, but we're there to have fun, not necessarily be the best team at trivia.

I was here for the Villain's Ball with my partner. We attend many of the cosplay events held at Battle & Brew, and it is our main reason for going there. Battle & Brew is a great place for local geeks to hang out with people who understand and will not judge them. It is also gives many of us a reason in between all of the cons in Atlanta to wear our cosplay again. This particular night, Kayla was our server. She was also one of our servers when we attended the Yule Ball on NYE. SHE. IS. FANTASTIC. No matter how busy she is, she always makes time for her tables, and she somehow manages to get drinks from the overloaded bar rather quickly. We order the Ultimate Spud Babies, Ultimate Grilled Cheese, and Royale with Cheese. I think we like cheese... The food was great, as always. We have always had positive experiences at Battle & Brew, and we will be returning again soon!

This was my go to spot but the vibe overall has changed since management has shifted. The menu has changed and not in the best way as well as cocktails. Best drink is the pie but thats if you dont care about alcohol content and the drink is tiny. The other drinks i tried were bitter and it was more of a hold my breath and force it down. The food menu was cut down and there arent many choices at all. They have also went up it seems on the pc game prices which was a letdown. However boardgames are 5 dollars for the entire night. I dont know if ill visit this place as often as i use to.

Beyond depressed to see this wonderful place close. Only being there twice, I'm remiss that this amazing bar/hangout has left us. The service was great, even at being max capacity. The food was pretty decent, my group got wings and nachos. The wings were basic to be honest, the nachos were amazing however. They had a wide selecton of games, PC, tabletob, and console.

Battle and Brew is a great but there is a lack of customer service and processes. When I make a reservation and ask for the cafe area I should get a call telling me why they cannot do that so I can cancel or plan for a different day. Instead I find myself in the loudest cramped area possible and unable to play with my friends.

The cafe area is on point in service as well, the main area not so much. In the main area drinks are refilled way late, as if the server realized he/she had a table to handle. There seems to be an army of servers and bartenders but there is never anyone to handle anything.

This seems like bad management really and I'm sad to see it is going away, but I can also see why.

For a gaming and eating/drinking place that focuses on more intimate gaming (as opposed to arcade Dave and Busters style) it seems separating the booths and tables in some form with a curtain or something would be ideal. I know you end up losing some space, but just a thought.

Anyways, it's the only place I can find in ATL that let's me do what I want to do with my friends and gaming so I hope you guys stay afloat.

We made a last-minute decision to eat at Battle and Brew. Our decision was based on proximity to our location, availability of a reservation via OpenTable, and the contents of the menu (as seen on OpenTable).

The menu was much more limited than what we saw but we still found something to eat and our dishes were very good. The beer, wine and drink choices were great, but my $9 martini was SO tiny that we were shocked when it arrived. In spite of that we had a good experience.

Also, we're not gamers but if you are this seems like a great place to play, drink, eat, and meet some like-minded people.
