Battista's Hole in the Wall
Dinner: Sunday - Thursday: 5:00pm - 10:30pm, Friday - Saturday: 5:00pm - 11:00pm.
Had a great time. Food and service were great. Very highly recommend the veal marsala!!!
This restaurant is a must do every time I'm in vegas. My wife and I have been eating here for many years. Always great service and the food is plentyful for doggie bags.
Absolutely have to try Battista's
Good value, good food. It was pretty busy but I never felt forgotten.
Geordie is back (accordion player for 22yrs) great value for dining!!
Quaint little Italian restaurant. Very good food, large portions, free wine. Romantic!
Anniversary. Free chocolate tort at dessert.
Food was fantastic, great service, unlimited wine included in meal. Enjoyed it all. The way they seat reservation times was different than most restaurants but very efficient and nice way of doing things. Only thing I didn't love was the orange lighting. Dim lighting is fine but the orange gave it a dingy cheap feel. Would definitely go again.
Should be renamed “In-and-out Italian food” since it took only 50 minutes from the time I was seated until the time I paid the check. Was seated promptly - restaurant is large with many separate rooms - strangely decorated. Waiter appeared right away with ice water - in a red plastic glass- and carafes of red or white wine. They can include unlimited wine because it is probably only $3 a bottle- and served in a small glass - not a wine glass. Menu is on the wall - includes wine, soup or salad - minestrone was ok- entree with pasta side and cappuccino. I had the chicken parm which was actually pretty good but could have used more cheese and less sauce. Came with spinach and penne. Cappuccino was OK and I had the check before I finished it. Overall it was ok and I guess good for the price but not the most upscale setting or clientele.
Been dining at Battista's for many, many years. Food is good and there is lots of it. It is basic Italian entrees -- not for foodies. I would call it "old-Style" Vegas. Great place for a birthday celebration or a large group. All the house wine you can drink with dinner is something you won't find anywhere else.
Not living up to it's prior reputation. Been going there over thirty years, but no more!
Love this hidden gem!! You pay one price and it includes salad or soup, entree, pasta and wine!! We had the italian salad which was very good!! I had the Parmesan Chicken and Pasta which was huge and excellent!! My husband had the chicken cacciatore with pasta which was very good!! I was not sure how good the wine would be since it was all you can drink!! They bring you two large carafes of red & white wine!! I am a big fan of Chardonnay so I really enjoyed the white wine!! My husband likes red wine so he enjoyed the red which I tasted and it was very light and not heavy like a merlot!! All of this was included in the price of your entree!! We could of also had cappuccino which was included in the price of the dinner!! We also met one of the grandchildren of the original owner and his name was Angelo!! Love his stories about the restaurant and the history!! Fun atmosphere and a great little spot!! Located on Linq Lane off the strip!!
Wanted to give my son in law an old taste of Vegas for his birthday. Just perfect
Enjoyed the casual atmosphere, generous portions of great tasting Italian food.
We go every year when in town for business. Love the accordion player too
Every time we're in Vegas we stop here for dinner and we'll be coming back
Battista's is always a great time. I recently visited with my fiance and the night was perfect. Our server was very attentive. The food was served hot and was delicious and who could complain about the free house wine! It was a truly great time. Highly recommend!
This is the 4th time I’ve been at Batistas and by far the most disappointing. Was seated back behind the host counter in a tiny corner where no one paid any attention to us. Water and wine took 10 minutes to be delivered. Server never gave us wine or cocktail menu. Took order and left. It was as if they were serving all our tables at the same time. I took friends from out of town and was embarrassed after the meal was over, cause I talked the place up so much. New menu was confusing. Food was just ok. Must be new owner or they just didn’t care that night. Prob will not return. Sad.
We go every time we're in Vegas. Love that place! Would definitely recommend it.
It’s beenvyears since I was there but still fantastic. Had cannelloni and it was too much for me to eat. House wine was good and the whole experience is just amazing.
Food was ok. Pricey for the quality. The atmosphere was old school Las Vegas but, seating was crowded. Service was mediocre.
Excellent authentic Italian food ! Great prices for awesome food 👍👍
Probably the best chicken parm that I have ever had! Big portions so be hungry!!
Loved the food and atmosphere. Especially loved Gordie!
Fun spot for dinner with excellent, fast service and generous Italian dishes. Staff very accommodating for children.
Free wine. Nice decor. Average food. According player.
In the mood for Italian food so we walked over to Batista's. Very busy but seated exactly at the time of our reservation. Service was very attentive. The "all inclusive" nature of the entrees was appreciated: salad, garlic bread, red and white wine, entree, and cappuccino after dinner are all included in the price. I had the house salad to start and it was large and tasty. I also had the cannelloni - it was covered with mozzarella and meat sauce and was outstanding. Their garlic bread was fresh, hot, and ample serving. The large carafes of house red and white wines were very good. And the accordion player that goes table to table was the same fellow that was there 25 years ago. Great dinner and experience!
Went for our anniversary. The food was good and the free house wine was better than I expected. The minestrone was not as good as the house salad. The garlic bread was delicious. My husband ordered the lasagne and said it was good but a little salty. I ordered the cioppino which was really good. The bouillabaisse was very tasty. It was quite a generous potion and quite filling. The accordion player was a sweetheart and set the perfect mood.
Great food, great service, all around GREAT ristorante!!
We love eating here when we are in Las Vegas. Great food !!!
We have traveled the world and Italian food is at the top of my list. The food was great and the atmosphere even better.
This is our third time at this restaurant. First time was over 15 years ago. The food, ambiance, service has remained virtually unchanged. The menu has plenty of options and the food is always delicious. We are from Ohio, where there is a plethora of wonderful, family run, Italian restaurants. This is a treasure find of authentic Italian food. I would highly recommend this restaurant for visitors to Vegas!
We were in Vegas for 4 nights and had supper there 2 of the nights. Can’t beat the value and food. Vegas is becoming too expensive but this place is still very affordable. Highly recommend this place.
Wonderful place to have a great dinner! Both the adults and kids had a great time. Service was great.
GRreat place! We visit every single time we are in Vegas!
Great atmosphere. Quick & easy service. Simple. Fun roving senior accordion player.
This is a must do when you go to Vegas! Authentic, affordable Italian food with huge portions that taste great. Each entree comes with soup or salad, garlic bread, a carafe of red & white wine (all you can drink) & a cappuccino at the end! Service is great, lots of memorabilia to look at if you don't have a reservation and need to wait. Go online and reserve if you can. Gordy the iconic accordion player strolls through to each guest table and plays a song for tips. Fun, unique experience that we did each time we're here!!
Nothing great at all food was just ok. Don’t go to many other great places in Vegas to go to
This is a great authentic Italian joint off The Strip
If you come to Vegas, go here. The realistic feel puts you back In time and the service is fantastic. They even had a gentlemen playing an accordion walking around. Great place!
No greeting from the hostess who continued a conversation with a server when we walked in. The tables were unkempt and dirty. The server’s long, fake, acrylic nail was in my salad when handed to me. Soup was spilt all over the bowl it was contained in showing little regard for presentation or care. Another server dropped the F-bomb over 5x while she sat in a closed down section of the restaurant still hearing distance to my dining partner and me. The food was unclean and bland, the service and staff was sub par and uncaring, the atmosphere and tables were unclean, and the meal was ridiculously overpriced. Our Lyft driver asked us our opinion on recommending Battista’s to his future riders who ask for dining recommendations, and I emphatically replied, “DON’T.”
Excellent food and value! Just of the strip.
Consistent food every time!
