The food is excellent, as well as the service. Timely in getting food out and the staff is attentive. Recommend the bar menu and also the chocolate cake is to die for!

Steaks were cold when brought to table. Missing sides.

Like any good chop house, the best part of the meal was the steaks and sides. Excellent service. Appetizers, soup, salad, and dessert were great too.

Bacon wrapped Scallops and Lobster Bisque were very good. In regards to the steak, it was good but I have had better bone-in-filets at that price point.

Great birthday celebration for my husband's 69th birthday. The staff was friendly, courteous, professional. The food was outstanding, perfect portions. One of the nicest restaurants in the quad cities.

My husband and I went to Bass Street for Easter Brunch. We have been to the restaurant one other time, so we were aware of how noisy it can be...they definitely need to address this some how...This was our first time for brunch. The food was good-$30 good-I'm not sure about that. The selection was minimal-3 salads placed at the end of the buffet line and 3 dessert options-brownies, muffins, pound cake at the beginning of the buffet line? The restaurant does not really lend itself to buffet serving-the line was very long and you stand among the tables of others eating...Our waiter was excellent-very attentive and personable.

This was a good meal but not great. Nothing remarkable about anything. Definitely not in the same league as St. Elmo's or Jeff Ruby's... except for the pricing.

Once again, Bass Street really hit the mark. Great crab cakes, crisp salad, great baked potato and wonderful prime rib. Our waiter was very helpful and very knowledgeable. The special wine pricing for Friday night was an added highlight to a very memorable dining experience.

Enjoyed a quiet date night for a special occasion. Both the steaks and the seafood did not disappoint and our service was top notch. We'll be back for sure!

I find it almost impossible to find a great steak any more. Bass Street Chop House is one of the best steak houses I've ever been to. They have quality cuts expertly prepared. The wait staff was equally enjoyable. Friendly and knowledgeable about everything on the menu. The interior is classic American steak house, lots of wood and leather. I enjoyed a Sazerac cocktail before dinner, a nice Zinfandel with dinner, and a bourbon after. They have a very well stocked wine cellar and bar. They have one of the best bourbon selections in the area that I know of. My son had the 12 oz. NY Strip and he loved it. I could tell it was super tender. I had the aged 14 oz. Delmonico and it was fantastic. Cooked perfectly to medium rare, tender, and incredibly flavorful. I can't say enough good things about the place. Be prepared to spend a fair amount as this premium experience comes at a cost.

Our first visit. We are from FL, but were in town for a Birthday. Loved the Plantation salad. The Prime Rib was so so, and my fish too dry. The filet was wonderful. Our server had too large of a station, so service could have been better.

From the moment we walked in, the hostess was very welcoming and professional. Don, our server, Was very efficient and most accommodating. The Quad City area is very fortunate to have a 5 Star Restaurant such as the Bass Street Chop House !

Perfect experience. Chose Bass Street prior to the Blake Shelton concert. Was seated on time, ordered fast and able to make the show in plenty of time. Server was great. It was treat to eat food prepared by an award winning executive chef. Will be back again & again!

The restaurant was freezing! Steak eaters liked their steak, but for the price I would hope so. Pasta with scallops not great. Pasta was flavorless. Scallops were good but a little gritty. Definitely would choose a different restaurant. Had high expectations but was disappointed

great atmosphere and wonderful background music. we beat the Valentine's Day rush by going a day early and enjoying a quiet meal. The steak and salmon were excellent and the service second to none.

Wedding Anniversary

Everything was good! The scallops were a little undercooked, but they were very tasty and very large. We asked to get new ones and there were no issues with that. The steaks were fantastic as well!

Food was AWESOME, service was AWESOME, price was hefty but worth it.

We like the half off bottles of wine on Fridays. We also prefer the bar side as it’s a little more casual and the menu more affordable.

Everything was wonderful as always! Although a lot of their booths seem to be falling apart and are all torn up.

The Chef's creative cuisine on Fridays is almost always outstanding, the drinks are top shelf and the service usually matches the top cuisine and drink ratings. Guest can expect to be pleased.

Great food, Great service, and excellent wine. We weren't disappointed.
