    Everything was good and the service was excellent. The green beans were a little disappointing, not in flavor but in presentation. I get that beans are to be rustic but we had to cut or rip the stems off. I have been an off and on customer for quite some time and it seems to have lost its elegance and attention to detail. In addition the filet was quite a bit over from medium and the ribeye had a toughness like it was dropped while the meat was still cold instead of room temp.

    This steakhouse looks high end and the steaks were good quality but 2 out of 3 were not cooked as requested. The baked potato was barely warm. The mixed drink we ordered was poorly made, wrong proportions. The menu is ala carte and expensive. The waiter was very attentive.

    My husband and I usually dine in there for dinner . The brunch was great. The quality of the food, the service, and the atmosphere were excellent. I was glad that I made an excellent choice.

    When I made the reservation, I indicated it was for our anniversary which was not acknowledged at all. With that in mind, I was hoping for the privacy of a booth but instead we were seated at a table that was for 6. Conversation wasn’t the easiest between the size of the table, and the fact they were very busy. The food was excellent and our server Eric, did a very good job since they were short due to another server calling in sick. And a reminder to other diners, silence your phone when you sit down!

    Very slow service from the moment we arrived. Took 15 minutes before we got asked for drink orders and then another 15 to receive them. My boyfriend ordered soup and they brought a salad. Next after another 25 minutes brought him the incorrect steak and when we told the waiter this he somewhat argued with us but did bring the correct steak...when I was almost finished with my meal. Too high priced for what you get and taste. Won't be back

    Had the Delmonico steak and it was one of the most tender, flavorful steaks I've had in a long time, extremely delicious! On top of that our server was prompt, checked on us often and had a great personality. We'll definitely continue to come here

    Celebrated a good friend’s birthday, seems like something complimentary should come out for the Birthday girl. Birthday girl doesn’t eat salad didn’t care for soup that night so ordered neither. Ordered a plain baked potato and we were charged $6.00. Couldn’t that have been a substitute? We all ordered Prime Rib, delicious! Shared a lovely bottle of Malbec, so our tab was expensive.     They did not carry the alcohol I drink which is unheard of for a bar that size. I ordered a porterhouse steak. After eating my salad the waiter came back to say they didn’t have it. So I ordered a New York strip. Guess what they didn’t have that either. There was hardly any one there. So we got up and left and I will never go back.

    Excellent food, but it should be for the price. Waiter was outstanding and took good care of us. Not a good place for frequent flyers due to prices, but for a special night out it is the best.

    NY Strip Steak way overcooked and ordered Medium Rare and was done with barely any pink plus grizzly and not a good cut; was very surprised. Guess that happens when it day of your birthday. No bone in NY available at 5:45pm Staff and ambiance excellent along with location.

    Absolutely a lovely a night. Perfect company, perfect food, perfect service. My filet was delicious as well as the caesar salad and the crème brûlée. Very picturesque room overlooking the river. Top notch steakhouse, I can’t wait to return.

    I wish I could provide a review on something more than the service but, I can't. Our visit began with the hostess taking us to a table that was not ready. Despite there being numerous other tables that were available. We were brought back to the lobby and told we had to wait while the table was prepared before we could be seated. We waited about five minutes before being seated. Shortly after being seated, our waitress came to the table, introduced herself and asked if we had dined here before. When we stated "no" she said she would return and explain the menu. She also took our drink order. She left and while we waited, we saw her attending to other tables but, not ours. She did not bring our drinks and did not even stop at our table to offer an "I'll be right with you." The restaurant was not visibly busy and there was no apparent reason for our waitress not attending to our table. After being neglected for twenty to twenty-five minutes, we decided to leave and dine somewhere else, where our business was appreciated and customer service was important.

    This is one of the most overpriced meals I’ve ever had. The ovens weren’t functioning properly, and the steaks were gristly and unseasoned. One side dish was delivered overcooked and charred, but the server put it on us to ask for a replacement “if we wanted.” Not wanting to delay our meal, we just ate it. Server was overall wonderful, but nothing was worth the huge bill at the end.

    We went to the chop house to celebrate our anniversary. Our first reaction was to our appetizer, fried portobello. Amazing. This was followed by a good salad, awesome bread and the best tenderloin I have ever had. Highly recommend

    We both had the prime rib and it was excellent! The au jus is spectacular….the best I have ever had!! Served fresh bread…yum! The mixed greens salad was great as well. Definitely will be back!

    I was part of the steak/chop house scene in the 60-70s. Bass gets it on the surface (decor, music, staff) but it does not run deep. They need to work harder to make it a real steak/chop house. Good start!

    This restaurant is charging like a high dollar restaurant but it isn’t. Steak’s should be thicker and more juicy as the taste was mediocre and didn’t have the taste nor juicy flavor. Also charging separately for sides. How ridiculous is that to bring the steak out on your plate without juice from the steak and not having vegetables or a side to go with it. If you trying to mimic Ruth Crisp you totally missed. I was looking for a great dinner and all I have is regret for spending that much money for this. Figure it out folks???
