They were closed….. I wish you would updated your website, went there with 17 people and had to find another place.

If I were to review this restaurant, I'd say it's a slice of Sicilian heaven right in the heart of Astoria. From the moment you step inside, you're enveloped in warm, familial vibes. The staff, from the owner to the chef to the waiters, treat you like one of their own, adding a personal touch that's hard to find elsewhere. The atmosphere is simply enchanting, transporting you back to the cozy kitchens of your childhood. Every dish is a masterpiece, crafted with love and tradition, just like Nonna used to make. Food was amazing , the small menu and high price was a bit irritating . The fact we were there for almost 3 hours and most of that time was waiting on food was unacceptable . Seeing other couples leave because the wait was too long was understandable . They are short staffed and really bit of more than they could chew . Would not recommend to sit in, maybe to take out at best .

A real authentic Italian gem in Astoria, a must visit and won’t go wrong with whatever-you choose from menu. Ask for Antonio for a memorable experience as you Captain . Will definitely be back. Thank you for a great experience.

Great Italian restaurant! I highly recommend. We were a party of 6, and we all enjoyed our food. Veal, pork pasta and seafood dishes all delicious.

Have been to Bartolino's many times over the years and as always the food is consistently delicious, the menu and wine list extensive, and the service excellent.

We arrived on time for our 8:30 reservation and was told it would be about 10 mins. There was a bar and so we had a drink. The host was very nice. , he came into bar and said about 10 mins more we said ok. 1 hour later we were still not seated. Finally we went into the dining room and insisted on a table. The host was not very nice anymore. He totally ignored us the rest of the evening. Someone seated us and we received water and bread right away. Then we waited quite a while for a server to take our order. He served us within a reasonable amount of time, and the food was hot and good. Then the LOUD music started playing and we couldn't talk to each other through the rest of our meal When we were finished eating and served coffee they told us our table was reserved for the private party and could we leave. I almost lost it at this point. I have been to this restaurant once before and really enjoyed it. I also understand on a busy night that things don't always go according to plan Bartolinos needs to not overbook if they can't accommodate everyone in a timely manner. I will not return to this restaurant again. One customer loss is one to many in my opinion.
