We want our neighbors and guests visiting us in Northern Virginia to experience our region’s growing craft food and beverage industry. Purchasing local and creating handcrafted elements wherever possible, Barrel & Bushel embraces the philosophy of serving handmade, handcrafted, and hand-harvested food through a menu of regionally-inspired American food. Our food is complemented by our barrel-forward drink selections, completed by 22 local and regional craft beers on tap, more than 30 bourbons, and a wide assortment of unique wines and handcrafted cocktails that will satisfy any palate.
Our friendly and knowledgeable staff, led by General Manager Amy Giles, are beer enthusiasts, wine lovers, spirit specialists and food fanatics. Stop by for a great time to meet the team.     We had an absolutely wonderful after work Meetup, and our server was new, but he was on point. We had reserved a table inside, but decided we wanted to sit outdoors when we got there and they accommodated all six of us.

    I really wanted pancakes and was told no after 11 due to them having a small kitchen and having to cook other meals.

    The server got our drinks order wrong but was quick to correct it. What we paid for the pork belly was not worth it, the cinnamon was too overpowering.

    The waiter was great. Food was really good. Appreciated that the waiter let us sit at the table and talk for a while. I was meeting an old friend that I hadn’t seen in a year.

    The food was decent but brunch service was very slow. We sat down at 11:20 we didn't order drinks until 11:38.

    Food was greasy and the appetizer wirh dips was awful. Service was poor and our service forgot about us. No water for the table. The food actually made us sick.
