Barolo Grill
Owner and wine director Ryan Fletter are proud to feature small family wineries that are dedicated to Earth-friendly farming and winemaking philosophies. Barolo Grill has one of the largest collections of Barolo wines outside of Italy.
Certainly among our most favorite dining establishments in Denver, of any cuisine. The service we experience consistently exceeds expectations and makes the dining experience all the more fantastic. The staff is among the most knowledgeable at any restaurant we've visited. The variety available on the menu is excellent and the wine selection is unparalleled. Overall, I couldn't be more confident in recommending Barolo than nearly any other restaurant in town. A fine dining, but relaxed environment that always brings a smile to our faces.
Fantastic, as always. Service and sommelier were top of the line!
Amazing food, great service, pleasant atmosphere. A perfect little restaurant.
This a restaurant for foodies. Very expensive, but quite an experience for a special occasion.
Came for our 4 year anniversary, gave as an ok table even though I requested something warmer by the fire, never was wished happy anniversary, order of food was very basic and bland, overpriced for the quality.
The food was incredible, the wine list was insane, and Missy was the perfect server.
Always wonderful food and be sure to ask for the culinary treasures off of the menu.
Great romantic atmosphere. Lots of couples dressed to the 9s
Exceptional in every way!
Excellent food and wine.
The food was absolutely phenomenal! And our waitress was very knowledgeable about all the items on the menu. She was very friendly and prompt with service. If the vanilla creme with strawberry ice on top was the only thing I could eat for the rest of my life I would die happily.
Lovely place. Would remove tables to make less crowded and more quaint and romantic
I would recommend but for valentines day it was a set menu and WAY too expensive
This is not the Barolo Grill of even two years ago! They have upped their game into the very top tier of the Denver metro areas restaurants. I had the Barramundi and the agrodolce peppers, beurre rouge and red bell pepper powder pushed the dish right to the top.
Best meal we’ve had a Barolo and we’ve been going for over a decade. The place just keeps getting better.
Excellent food, service and wine. We went to Barolo Grill to celebrate my wife's birthday; it was great, could not have asked for anything more special.
EVERYTHING was amazing! Rachael was a great waitress who recommended us a perfect wine pairing for the food we ordered, was very specific with exactly what we were ordering, etc. We were sitting next to a birthday party group so it was a little louder than I would have liked at this nice of a restaurant but I'm totally understandable considering it was a celebration
The food was incredible, the wine list extensive, and the service impeccable.
Always an outstanding meal and enjoyable evening. Our favorite restaurant!
Great food, wine and overall ambience. I will be visiting again.
We made our reservation before they rotated their menu last week, but they were absolutely willing to allow us to order off-menu for the lobster risotto. We were so grateful they were so accommodating for us. Every time we go there, both the food and service are incredible.
Barolo is one of my favorite restaurants and did not disappoint. Our server was fabulous and the 6 pastas we tasted were fab! I always recommend Barolo.
Very disappointed! Our favorite restaurant but not this time. Menu has become increasingly unintelligible and waiter unhelpful (actually his glibness was inappropriate and intrusive). Ordered duck and tenderloin. Duck was beautifully presented but bland and barely edible. Tenderloin also presented well but was tiny, tasteless, a bit tough and overdone, and served cold. Side vegetables and sauce also presented well but also bland and tasteless. We left most food on our plates. At this point no real remedy. How do you complain that the food tastes like it came out of a can? Hopefully it's just one bad experience. Over the years this has been a great restaurant for us. We hope it hasn't for some reason taken a very bad turn for the worse.
Special birthday celebration- wonderful food and atmosphere
It was my husband’s first time and I hadn’t been in years. Amazing experience and delicious food. Nicole was fantastic. We look forward to visiting again soon.
Always fun and delicious! Service and ambience perfect!
Awesome food ! Awesome wine !
We went for an early Valentines celebration. Andrew our server really made our night! He picked out a great bottle of wine to start. His recommendations for food were perfect. The food was outstanding from start to finish.
Service from the hostess to server was wonderful. Food was inventive and very good.
Worth every penny! Food is spectacular and service was amazing as usual!
As always great service and an unusual but fantastic menu. Thumbs up for Barolo
I have wanted to dine at Barolo for a long time. Finally I had the opportunity to this last Saturday with my girlfriend. It was an amazing experience. My Server Rachel was very knowledgeable and took very good care of us. And the whole overall experience was outstanding. Thank you.
Excellent at all levels!
Great food, service and atmosphere. Love this restaurant!
We had a lovely dinner, with all the courses, well taken care of by our waiter, Seth. Good food, nice people, with tables spaced far enough apart to fee comfortable. Old school in a good way. Thanks!
Manhattan steak came just warm. No guarentee it was cooked to 165 degrees. Carrots were died to look pretty, but no flavor. Red snapper was good. Salads were good. Deserts were minimal and overpriced.
We have dined here many times, and have never been disappointed. Yes, it's pricey, but worth every penny. Service is impeccable, the food always interesting, well-presented and delicious, the ambiance elegant without being stuffy or stiff, and we never feel rushed. One of our absolute favorite restaurants ever!
Always a great night out at Barolo. And love Erin, the sommelier. She ALWAYS has great recommendations at any price range.
We have always enjoyed this restaurant. However, this time all the dishes were too salty. We ordered the duck, lobster risotto, and the rabbit. The duck and rabbit were tough and seemed to be reheated. Flavors did not blend. Very disappointed on a night which should have been fabulous. It was my birthday.
Our server Missy was fantastic. She was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and the wine list. Barolo has never disappointed. It was my mother's favorite restaurant to visit when she was in Denver. She managed to travel to Denver until she was 100. And each visit included a trip to Barolo.
