This classic French brasserie experience offers traditional brasserie fare for dinner and weekend brunch, including Burgundian Escargot wrapped in puff pastry shells, a French Onion Soup with Perigord truffle and more. Leading the brasserie’s inspired culinary team is Chef Nick Dugan, a Vegas favorite and longtime Mina collaborator.

Offering a subtle nod to Hemingway’s Paris, BARDOT Brasserie’s cocktail program is derived from classic cocktail recipes and incorporates eclectic French spirits with offerings such as the “Le Detroit” and the “And God Created Woman”. Also set to feature an array of new world and old world wine, BARDOT Brasserie’s wine program will focus on the regions of Burgundy, Bordeaux, the Rhône, Alsace and the Loire.

The meal was great, but the service was OK. We had to wait an additional 25 minutes after our reservation time to get a table, even though we arrived on time. Our server was friendly but overwhelmed and barely came around. I understand that it was a special day and still getting acclimated due to the pandemic. However, we saw people getting tables even though they'd arrived after we did. It was only 3 of us, so this was not a party size issue.

Really great and attentive service. The steak tartare was delightful with hints dill and capers. I got the gnocchi which was really underwhelming—dry and needed more sauce. The drinks were way too sweet… I love French 75s but theirs missed the mark. The French onion soup was good, but not $18 good. My friend enjoyed her Le Burger.

This was a fun place to go for the night and the dessert and foie gras were phenomenal. The entrees were fine. Overall I would go back, especially because the service was top notch and it was a beautiful restaurant.

What a WOW! Pretty sure I saw Drake eating there also, but the food and service were still the highlight of our time. We had a large group, seemless service and the food was the best we had in Vegas. Kudos to the Chef and Team

Don’t leave without the host marking your OpenTable reservation as seated/attended. Bardot has marked us as no show several times when we did attend. Very disappointing that they have made this mistake causing us significant trouble with OpenTable by having to prove via receipts and credit card statements that we attended. Watch out. Otherwise great experience.

Food was excellent as usual.

Service was lacking. I’m not sure if this is related to the COVID slump in the service industry. But definitely below the standard expected at a Michael Mina establishment. Even simple requests such a providing raw cane sugar cubes fell short.

In Vegas, restaurant choices are vast and it was a bit surprising to find availability at this restaurant in Aria. Having eaten at several other restaurants in Aria, my expectation was high. This is not to say it was bad in anyway, just not to the food standards I have come to expect. The onion soup was lukewarm and the cheese was not quite as “crunchy” as I like. The steak frites with flat iron was well seasoned and flavorful although the fries were not cooked thoroughly and the steak, for wagyu, was tougher than expected.

My Family and myself we’re not impressed with the food. My daughter’s dish was not cooked properly. I would expect for the price based on the portion size the service would be exceptional and the food will be cooked to perfection. This is not the case, our server was kind enough to remove one of the plates that was under cooked however he was not the most attentive.

Nice place. We’ve been there before during various conferences at the Aria. However if you’re going to take open table reservation at 1:45, plus indicate a grace period, you should probably honor that reservation when a party shows up at 1:56. Not really the staff’s fault, who probably just want to end lunch service, just don’t allow reservations so late please. We didn’t know when we quickly made the reservation that apparently you don’t want to seat anyone right before 2pm.

Great and outstanding service from entering until the end. Food was great and experience was fantastic. We ordered the BARDOT WELLINGTON serves two. Definitely will be coming back. It was my birthday and our waiter made it extra special. Thank you. (There was two wedding parties while we were there and it was a cool scene).
