This classic French brasserie experience offers traditional brasserie fare for dinner and weekend brunch, including Burgundian Escargot wrapped in puff pastry shells, a French Onion Soup with Perigord truffle and more. Leading the brasserie’s inspired culinary team is Chef Nick Dugan, a Vegas favorite and longtime Mina collaborator.

Offering a subtle nod to Hemingway’s Paris, BARDOT Brasserie’s cocktail program is derived from classic cocktail recipes and incorporates eclectic French spirits with offerings such as the “Le Detroit” and the “And God Created Woman”. Also set to feature an array of new world and old world wine, BARDOT Brasserie’s wine program will focus on the regions of Burgundy, Bordeaux, the Rhône, Alsace and the Loire.

Food was amazing! Great service and overall experience. The table we were given was very narrow and crammed between two others. For such a great ambiance and restaurant, it would have been nice to have a more intimate seating arrangement to match everything else.

We dined here last night, & the service was excellent. The restaurant was not too loud or cold like other restaurants we’ve been to in Vegas. We got the following items:

French 75 ($16) - Def recommend if you like these

Onion Soup Gratinee ($19) - Our friends got this & seemed to enjoy it

West Coast Oysters (6 for $23) - My fiancé got this & seemed to enjoy them

Bread & the World’s Best Butter ($5): Honestly, the bread was average, & the butter was gold but kind of just tasted like Kerry Gold Butter, so I’d save your money & skip this one

Beef Wellington ($175) - On the one hand, this was excellent & can definitely be shared between 2 people (I would even say 4 people). On the other hand, this price tag is still pretty outrageous. It is the best Beef Wellington I’ve had to date though & definitely better than Ramsay’s.

Steak Frites Au Poivre ($98) - My fiancé ordered this medium rare, and while parts of it were medium rare, parts of it were definitely medium, & when you pay almost $100 for a steak, you expect them to get it right. When we pointed this out to our server though, she immediately acknowledged it was medium & not medium rare & ended up offering to either redo it or take it off the check. Because we had a show to get to, she took it off the check, which was extremely kind of her. The steak was still good, just not great or worth $96

Sautéed Spinach ($15) - We got this because we wanted some greens, but it was good but not amazing. If you want greens, get it. Otherwise, you can skip it

Macroni & Mimolette Gratinee ($19) - This was great mac n cheese, & I definitely recommend it. Very flavorful

Traditional Mille Feuille ($13) - I got this b/c almost every restaurant does creme brulee, so I try to get unique desserts. This was one was just okay though, & I ended up wishing I had tried the baked alaska instead

Overall, we really enjoyed this restaurant. It was pricey, but we felt it was worth it (more so than Bouchon). The service was excellent.

Lots of unique menu options which was why we chose to dine here. That said, the food was average compared to other options in Vegas. The price was reasonable, so overall I’d say it was an average dining experience. The noise level was really loud which killed the ambiance. Although the service was very expedient, it was almost too fast. Left with the impression they want you in and out to service as many customers as possible. It’s a fine balance. Was one of the only places I could get reservations during the thanksgiving holiday.

Total disappointment for lunch. Very dark interior, nothing like photos. No natural light. Service impersonal & rushed. Food mediocre. Not fine dining. Was in las vegas for 24 hours. Wanted a special lunch spot for a birthday celebration. Wish i had gone elsewhere.

Excellent food - just wonderful.

Noise inside was unbearable with a table of bros next to us just yelling at each other - only option was to move out on the patio - which we were happy to do - eating inside in the tremendous noise just wasn’t an option for us

Service outside was very slow. I waited 15 mins with an empty glass before flagging down another waitress to get ours. Waitress was very pleasant - just disappeared for lengthy periods.

All the food was amazing - particularly the escargots en croute - a tremendous dish.

We will not return to this restaurant due to the unbearable noise and hit or miss service. Such a shame as the food is awesome.

Wondering if it was just an off night, I felt like our server kept forgetting about us and getting things like just water took a long time. Then when I was asking for suggestions about which sparkling wine was best, the waiter said he’d bring me a few to try. He brought one out which was good however his comment made me uncomfortable as he said “this one is the $17 one I thought you’d like it. Everything else is $40-$50 which you don’t want.” Not sure what he meant by that, but it was uncomfortable. Maybe will try this place again for happy hour or brunch but won’t be recommending it to others.

Very nice restaurant inside the ARIA Hotel & Casino! We enjoyed oysters on the halfshell as a starter. Cesear salad prior to our entree. I had the porkchop as a main course and my co-worked had the lamb chops. The porkchop was delicious & a big portion at 24 oz. It was a bone-in porkchop. Our waitress gave fantastic service throughout. It was a very nice dinner.

First off the food was excellent, let me say that, but even though we had a reservation they seated us in the bar and I would call the bar deafening and chaotic. We saw one of the bartenders get into a screaming fight with multiple servers, my daughter got a soda can dropped on her that rolled off the bar, and employees were so confused going every which way. Our table was tiny, and the next table was about 2 inches from us so i would say we were sharing our meal with them as well as each other. One of the servers gave us tap water in the glasses that we already had paid for Figi water so our water had to be removed and a new bottle brought out which we didn’t pay for at least. He just dumped it in our glasses before we could say a word with water splashing all over the table. Our server and the man with the water got into multiple yelling matches during our meal right in front of us. Oh and it is frightfully expensive, like steak frites $98!! Yep, I said $98!! Everything was over the top expensive and I don’t mind paying a lot for my food but the place was so disorganized and terrible that I can’t believe all the reviews that place it as one of the top restaurants in Las Vegas. We will not be returning and if you want an expensive and beautiful environment in Las Vegas for French food go to the Eiffel Tower and you will both enjoy the delicious French food and love the atmosphere!!

My husband and I revisited Las Vegas to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary - we honeymooned in Vegas! The service was IMPECCABLE. The food was AMAZING. Every time I turned around there was either someone clearing a plate or filling a glass. We enjoyed the petite raw platter (watch out for the hot sauce!), the macaroni and cheese (best ever!) and our entrees. The gnocchi Parisienne was out of this world. One bite and you are transported to PARIS! My husband ordered the phyllo crusted scallops and oh my goodness - the flavors were insane! We were then brought a complimentary dessert - which almost never happens in Vegas these days! - and it was a chocolate macaron with hazelnut cream. Just stupendous! I can’t wait to go back the next time we are in town!

To be absolutely honest, I felt the food was acceptable, not spectacular. For what one pays and with the expectations that were set, I thought that it only somewhat passed the mark.

Brunch started off with a decent brew of drip coffee. The "World's Best Butter" came with a Baguette, and with the that kind of appellation there's a high standard that the butter did not meet. It was good, it wasn't the World's Best. The Baguette was nicely warm but on the hair edge of overdone, bottom was tooth achingly hard.

The French Onion soup was watery and the top was only barely toasted. I've had much richer broths from small bistros in NYC and in Paris.

The course was somewhat made up for by the Duck Confit Benedict - flavorful (albeit slightly oversalted) duck, a perfectly poached egg and a lovely batch of greens on the side. The use of a waffle as the base was somewhat questionable, as it didn't stand up to the richness and heaviness of the duck confit.

All in all, nothing was *BAD*, but neither did anything truly stand out.

The atmosphere was lively, almost to the point of overly loud and energetic, but matches Vegas at the Aria well. The service was perfectly pleasant and helpful.

All in all I would not take the time to go out there again, the restaurant didn't really live up to the reputation it has built.
