   Incredibly good Italian, the best in Godalming by a very long way. Authentic food cooked the right way, great specials, friendly staff, nice atmosphere and not to expensive. Venison Ragu is to die for. You will not be disappointed, this place is fantastic.

   Barbaracca, the former La Luna restaurant in central Godalming, has updated its approach to fine dining and managed to combine it with a more informal décor and very accessible prices. The range of food and wine options on a relatively short menu is most interesting and we found the quality of both to be some of the highest in the area. Welcoming and attentive service and a generally relaxed and happy atmosphere also contribute to the dining experience. Barbaracca upholds the Italian tradition excellently and we look forward to our next visit which will be soon !!

   Really friendly service, great Sicilian food, loved the tagliata and the gelato!

   The food is great and reasonably priced given the quality. I had the lamb ragu papadelle on the specials board, which was georgous. The staff are very friendly and are clearly proud of their product. Cosy place, as the restaurant is split in two halves. I've been twice now and this would be my prefered European restaurant in town.

   The food is thoroughly fantastic and very reasonable. The restaurant pulls off the Italian family feel well. I would highly recommend it for family lunches and dinners

   Had a lovely meal, as I always do. Food is supurb to the extent that I have always tried something new and never been disappointed. Not only is it super yummy, they have loads of gluten free and vegi options. I'm celiac and am normally stuck with a meal with the interesting bits removed but at Barbaraca, they can accommodate. And if you ask nicely, they can even make items not on the menu. Great service great vibe, 10/10. Love it.

   What a wonderful event the wine flight was. A great menu accompanied by two wines for each course was inspired. The wines pitted Sicily against France and we learnt about some wonderful regions. The robust Mount Etna red was a winner... oh and the pasta and guinea fowl was great too!

   A great place to go to for any kind of occasion. The staff are experienced, friendly and helpful. Had a great lunch there on Valenday Day Sunday. The owner, a very charming man, is always happy to help with wine recommendation.

   The restaurant has very much a rustic feel about it, the ambience is excellent and the food was simply brilliant. I would highly recommend this restaurant

    Having become used to the good food and buzzy ambience at Piazza Firenze, this was a big disappointment. The pasta and risotto dishes were average and the portions quite small. We were still hungry. We ordered a tiramisu and this was extremely disaplointing - it loiked and tasted as though it had not been long out of the freezer and I'm.not sure it was home made. We will not be returning.
