If you need a reservation that can not be placed on line, they do not return phone calls. You can expect to sit at a high top community table, even if you have a foot full of stitches and have to rest your throbbing foot with no support. There were plenty of tables to seat our party of 5 at a low top. Food is good, service is really good, prices are average.

Delicious food. LOVE the bread. Only snag was the additional drink we ordered wasn't delivered until we were getting ready to pay the bill and we were still charged for it. Other than that we loved it.

Bar Dough is one of the happiest restaurants in Denver. When you walk in you get the feeling that everyone is happy and having a good time! The tables are always full and people are there in big groups enjoying themselves. The food and service are great too! We went in for a pizza and salad the other night and thought both were great.

As mentioned by us and so many others, the food and service are astounding. What you might not have heard about is Chef Carrie Baird’s friendly and warm demeanor as she visits with her guests. When she visited with us, she was focused on our conversation even though I am sure she was answering the same questions for the umpteenth time. Such a great quality! Our latest visit was on Top Chef reunion night and Chef Tu David Phu and Chef Chris Scott followed her lead with both of them visiting tables and spending time making everyone feel special.

In town for a quick visit we needed to see our girls. Walking distance from our vrbo couldn’t of had a better meal! Best beet salad and best tortolli in Denver.

I had been for dinner which is amazing but this was my first time at brunch. Oh my goodness! We all left so happy and pleased. We had a few friends visiting from Australia and they loved it. We tried a few things for the table, the candied bacon, ricotta donuts, Peanut butter French toast and home fries. All of those dishes were absolutely executed to perfection. No wonder Carrie got so far on Top Chef Colorado (she was working brunch that day!). The whole team was amazing and the service was great and friendly. We also had Marg pizza, chive egg scramble thing, steelhead toast and avocado toast (fancy toasts!!) . I didn’t try all of those but the friends who did were very pleased. I received accolades all day for picking this place for brunch. My only wish is that I called and held a table on the patio as the day was gorgeous. We had a wonderful time and look forward to coming back for brunch and dinner (dinner hey the chicken OMG!!). Thank you Bar Dough for rocking brunch and taking it to the next level!

We ate brunch on Sunday. The fried chicken is the best that I've ever eaten - seriously exceptionally great food. My husband had the eggs benedict which was also excellent. Spiced bacon also terrific. Mimosa was primo. Can't wait to try the dinner menu. Would highly recommend.

Our first visit. Had to wait 15 mins past our reservation time after arriving early to be seated. Food was great. Table service was great. We would like to go back and hope reservations are not overbooked again.

Faison Parker is the best pizza chef west of the Mississippi River. He is a visionary who expresses hisself through dough, sauce, cheese and toppings. After tasting his pizza I had a vivid vision of my late grandfather whom I only met under age one. I'm a better person than I was before this experience. You are lucky to have Faison in your restaurant.

A bit pricey, but the food was outstanding and plan on going back for sure. I only went there for brunch, so I am unsure of how their regular menu is.

The food is freaking fantastic!! Love all the homemade breads and pasta! Kale and beet salad is not from this planet. I have tried almost everything on the menu and I love everything. The ambience is incredible. Great service.

Trendy eatery with great food and fun atmosphere.........Service was good and clientele was young professionals out for anything from pizza to a nice entree. A little hard to hear, but that was more because Customers were having fun. Wine selection was solid. Mixed drink was good, but small (almost all ice!) I'll come again.

Aptly named- the crusted of the wood fired pizza was so doughy and fresh. The food overall was exceptional! I was so impressed by all the recommendations made by our server. She was knowledgeable and offered suggestions on particular plates. It was a little noisy but rightfully so in such a popular place. Would definitely recommend.

The food was excellent. The atmosphere is definitely focused on the younger Highlands group.
It was very loud with almost no sound attenuation making it difficult to converse unless one yelled. The menu while varied, didn't adequately describe what you were ordering. (My saltimbocca was described as a pork chop when the server delivered it!) Service was very, very slow. Waitress was very nice and the restaurant was only about 1/2 full during the time our food was being prepared. I thought the taste of the food was superior and unique, just very, very slow being served.

Finally got some of Chef Carrie’s Fancy Toast and I can’t wait to have it again! My picky daughter even enjoyed everything she ate. We were all very happy with our food and our experience at Bar Dough!

the smell is tantalizing and the food does not diasappoint. Artichoke and bread in lemon oil dip made me forget about the artichokes in Rome- outstanding. Arugula Salad was fresh crisp and perfwctly dressed. And the pasta-perfect consistency- velvety while still having a good al dente crispness.
Can’t wait to go back!

Our server was outstanding! Everyone at the front of the house was efficient and friendly. Team work at its best-management should be proud of this group. Food was very good and reasonably priced. So many good restaurants in the Denver area-it’s customer service as we had tonight that will draw us to return to Bar Dough.

Outstanding brunch with varied options. No reason you can’t have pizza for brunch either! Chive soft scramble, candies bacon, and white pizza with olives and Fresno chiles all were devoured. Definitely will be back.

The staff was accommodating in every way, I screwed up our table and though there were no other tables available they went out of their way to make sure we had a spot. The food was delicious, it was a fabulous experience!!

Superlative food very flavorful & creative, good service. The only compliant we have w this restaurant is the NOISE LEVEL[!] you cannot hear your tablemate across a tiny table because the place is SO LOUD, no acoustics apparently.

I was really excited about this place, I've heard really great things about it. We ordered the margherita pizza, the olives and the potato stuffed pasta. The pizza had like a garlic infused oil all around the crust that made me feel like they were trying to hide that the dough lacks flavor. The olives tasted terrible, I tried one and couldn't finish it. The pasta was ok but the filling was dry. Also, and I recognize this is #firstworldproblems, but this is the first time I've ever been served a beer in a pint glass that was partially filled.
