Excellent place but really pricey . Living in nyc and I never spent $400 for a sushi dinner EVER until Baoli . Amazing atmosphere & great music but never again

Excellent service, food was delicious, waiter was cute fun yet polite and professional.

Nice patio but overpriced for what you get. The sushi rolls were nothing great but pretty expensive.

Hostess was great. My reservation was there and we did not have to wait. We had an option to sit inside or out on their garden patio. We chose outside. The ambiance was amazing with cool music playing in the background. The food was amazing. Their wagyu sliders were the best beef sliders I’ve ever had. A must have. The food lived up to the hype. My only knock on this place was our server. She just seemed tired and checked out. The bus boys were next level awesome though and picked up for her slack. This place is definitely worth checking out.

Baoli was amazing! I will definitely be going back. The food was phenomenal, the service exceptional and the entire layout of the venue was just unique. I took my best friend from Philadephia there for a special celebration and everyone loved it. Our server, Geraldo was great! He told us about the restaurant and the best items on the menu. I recommend it 100%!

way overpriced and not worth the hype. food was just okay and outrageously overpriced for the items and quality. i'm a vegetarian so am used to not having many options and usually order side dishes. $15 for a side of boring mashed potatoes? the tip is automatically included so service was only fair and we waited almost 25 minutes for the check to arrive after we asked for it. we sat there with nothing on the table and no water to drink while we waited in silence to pay and get out. the bottle of sake that we ordered was out of stock so they recommended another one instead and charged us the much higher price for it. not worth returning to....

The club is great - beautiful and with great music and ambiance. However, we were very disappointed with the service. There’s a blonde waitress that wears glasses that was very unpolite with us - she threatened to take us off our table if we didnt order dinner.
Its sad because we often go to Baoli in Cannes - but this occasion has tainted the restaurant reputation for us.

I'm sitting in baoli now. It is clear from the stantions at the door (note our rez was ar 7:15. No one is waiting on any lines anywhere at 7:15) that this place thnks its
all that.

Thus far, we have been seated at a 2 top with a party of 3 on each side of us -- also at 2 tops. If it wasn't sat nite, i would get up and leave. No matter how good your food is -- when you charge these prices, there is no excuse for over the top pretentiousness and poor sevice.

If i wanted to eat dinner sandwiched among people i don't know -- i would have.

If you buy into the soBe hype, this place is for you. If not -- go somewhere else.

The service here is terrible. Very fun atmosphere but they put your tip on automatically so therefore the wait staff doesn't care. Took over an hour to get our waiter to take our food order after we asked for him to. I would not go back. Second time I tried this place & service was horrible both times.

Next time we will come for 9:30pm and take the table for the night

This place is awesome. The vibe is great (its like eating dinner in a club) and the food is amazing. The only reason i can’t give it 5 stars is because the service was so unbelievably terrible. We waited almost an hour past our reservation time to be seated. Then it took hours to get 2 rounds of drinks and some sushi. Waters never refilled, etc. at one point I was wondering where our waitress was because we had asked for a dessert menu about 30 minutes prior, and I looked up and she was dancing on the bar. Fun, but not when all of your tables need something. But with all of that being said, we would still go back because it’s such a unique place and the food is great!

The restaurant staff were extremely attentive and made certain your needs were always met. There was a generous selection of food choices. We chose to order several items and share them amongst the table. Every item ordered was beautifully presented and full of flavor. The atmosphere was intimate and aesthetically pleasing. I will certainly return the next time I visit South Beach.

Great experience and exceptional food. The only downer was the hostess saying, “You can’t wear shorts so remember that next time.” That’s not a good start to a special birthday dinner.

Great night we were a couple would have been better in a group as is a party place , food was good and staff great , would have liked to have sat outside as I requested months earlier which was a shame and did not get us off to a good start as the girl on the front desk was very rude about that , I would go again as a group but only if they guaranteed outside seating

Totally surprised that I loved this place so much! We had 8:30 dinner reservations, quickly struck up conversation with the tables around us and stayed for dance party until 2am! Thought I was too old to dance on a banquet with sparkler in my mouth but guess not! Not cheap but feel like it was a huge value for the unique experience. Recommend!!!

Stuck up hostess looked at our reservation and gave us the worst table in the rooms,I said no so they gave us the second worst although we had asked for a table outside(they had tables available)I have found on different restaurants if they see an OpenTable reservation they do not honor the outside table request.The price for a two slice yellowtail hamachi is ridiculous!1 hour for an order of edamame and sushi.We ordered 2 pear cocktails that wee frankly bad,our waiter was very nice and tried his best but we decided to ask for our check and go somewhere where we felt valued as customers,and Baoli was actually not as fun not as well decorated,their cocktails were not good and frankly why waste our time and money with so many options around south beach.
