We had a great meal and great service! The music was loud and it had a lounge/clubby vibe so not for a quiet night. It was a great scene. Drinks were good, food was good. Our waiter Santiago was fantastic and made it special.
Thank you it was a good experience and good service good job very professional’❤️
Our waiter Pedro was absolutely fantastic the vibe the energy everything was great but the
What an excellent experience, amazing food and a must try when in Miami.
The food here is excellent! Miami city prices but that is to be expected. Such a fun atmosphere, as well.
However, the service is awful. You have 2 hours for your seating but they rush you to 1 hour. The staff is not friendly or attentive. For the high price you pay for drinks/food... they should be much more hospitable. However, since service is included, I can see why they don’t care to work hard.
The place is totally overrated. It is like going to dinner to a club. It doesn’t smell good, service was terrible (tips are included I guess that’s why the service is not even regular). There’s nothing special about the food and you are paying as if you are at a fine dining restaurant. Honestly a complete disappointment. I would not recommend this place at all.
It was fun and food was good. A bit overpriced for drinks
The food was the best we had in Miami. The service was very good as well.
We had great experience with amazing food! Highly recommend
If you want to eat in a place with people that are allow to smoke then this is the spot. If not do go there.
Too over price for what it is
Just ok. Rather expensive for what you get but it’s all about ambiance
Requested to be sat outside. After waiting an hour for our table they sat us inside. After complaining they offered us a free bottle of champagne and then made us wait an additional 20 minutes to sit outside. Other then that, the food was good and so was the atmosphere.
Excellent!! Food is delicious and atmosphere is fun. They play great music.
La host me recibio muy mal y me presiono a irme a las 9:30
Everything about Bâoli was great except the people seated next to us were rude and that affected our experience a little bit. Otherwise everything else was amazing.
Great place in Miami to eat some delicious food and partly without needing to leave your table.
Sushi was delicious, drinks were great - and the music/after party was super fun
We were seated in the club section and people were smoking all around us for dinner. It’s ruined the evening. I usually love this place but buyer beware. If you have a late reservation make sure you specify that you do not want to be in the back!!! Birthday ruined
This feels like a chain catering to 20-somethings trying to be trendy. Not good for anyone older. Food quality and service not worth the money. Plenty of better restaurants in Muami beach worth the price tag
We had a good night it was fun!
Would be a great place to show up at 10:00 with friends. Don’t do an early reservation.
Horrible . Go back to the 2000s
Lame till 10 pm when we were leaving
Food was not great. They rushed us thru and charged us $20 for water.
Fantastic as always!
The whole environment was amazing - great food, great music, great vibes. However, our server completely messed up our order. He was dismissive, missing for large points of time and didn’t put in the order for any of all 6 appetizers we asked for. Very disappointed we had to go straight to entrees.
Ya no es lo de meses pasados, ya no hay show en la barra, la música muy tenue el ambiente apagado en la terraza, espero regrese a ser el de antes
Absolutely horrible! Marginal food, cheap looking atmosphere and a stuck up attitude that I’ve never experienced! I have lived and traveled all over the world and am still in shock about how lame this place was and how expensive it was. There were three of us and the bill was over 600 dollars and the wait staff and hostesses acted like we were bothering them by being there. Trashy beat up seats in the bar area too. When we arrived the outside hostess was on her phone texting and didn’t acknowledge us and then acted like she was doing us a service by being present... never again South Beach! So many amazing restaurants in this area to go! Try BYBLOS next door to the Royal Palm. It’s one of my all time favs!! Five star service and outstanding food and atmosphere!!
Over priced for below average food. Poor ambiance and feels like you’re eating in a club
Terrible service from Milana and hostesses. Got there at 830 for a 915 reservation. Was originally given option to either go to bar or sit down. Went to bar for a drink first. 5 mins later I get rudely interrupted during conversation that I have to get seated now or else I may lose my reservation. Made no sense since the place was empty. When 915 came around they said I’d have to wait another 45 mins - half the place was open and they clearly were upset that I didn’t choose to get seated when they wanted me to well before my reservation. I ended up eating at the bar with great bartenders especially Cynthia. When someone is spending significant money at a restaurant like that it would be wise to treat them better.
$12 per person for 1 green tea??? Hahaha. Other than that great.
The food was decent but servers need education on the fact that it’s no longer 1957. All attention was directed to my male dining companion from the moment we were seated. At the conclusion of dinner, I asked for the check and it was delivered (by the same server to whom I had just directed my request) to my male dining companion. I very deliberately placed my credit card in the sleeve and handed it to the same server; after processing the card, he handed it to my male friend. I paid $300+ of my own hard-earned money to be treated as though my male friend owned me and my money. Newsflash, Baoli servers=women vote and read now. We also earn our own money and don’t take it back to places that treat us as mute and powerless with no earning capacity.
Baoli has more of a Shisha Lounge feel then a restaurant, it also smells like a lounge, quite frankly the service is like you are in a lounge. Not a place if you are looking for a good meal and good service. The food is over priced and just not worth the time
Sushi wasn’t really good, not fresh or tasteful. And the waiter was very aggressive. I didn’t enjoy it at all
Muy bien todo
