Bank & Bourbon is the perfect gathering place. A quiet meal for two or group events in our private dinning areas. We provide an inherently American menu by celebrated Executive Chef Tom Harkins, that offers creative, seasonal interpretations of classic dishes - all in a comfortable, relaxed setting. Additionally Bank & Bourbon features an innovative barrel-aging program for house aged liquors and creative cocktails under the guidance of our experienced Bourbon experts. My experience at Bank and Bourbon was exceptional from the time I made the reservation to the second I left. We had a bourbon tasting that was incredible in a unique and private room, followed by an amazing dinner. Every person I dealt with was kind, knowledgeable and eager to provide us with a quality experience. We loved it!
Excellent option for Thanksgiving dinner for a small group. They do all the work. Good food and service. Good menu choices. Nice wine flight option. Not a bargain at this price but reasonable for the value, convenience, and options for variety of food preferences
Had a reservation for lunch with friends after seeing the craft show at the convention center down the street. We were given the wrong menus, not a big deal. Our food was delicious, we had trout and salmon, and shared the mushroom appetizer. But the food was brought out before we were served our drinks, which we had been waiting awhile for. No waitstaff were visible anywhere for us to request our drinks or server. They offered and comped us one dessert for the mix-up. I think the server may have been new, but there was no oversight.
Overall the food was excellent. The pork-belly appetizer was awesome. The garden salad was made of fresh, crisp vegetables with a night light dressing. The entree (duck) was ok, but somewhat disappointing. A bit underdog and somewhat tough, bland flavor. I would recommend the restaurant but not that dish. Excellent service.
Food was phenomenal. Really good duck, and my wife enjoyed her tuna. The Bourbon flight was really enjoyable as well. You can easily distinguish between them to find what you like even for a novice drinker like myself. My only two complaints are that the noise got a bit loud but that was probably due to us sitting beside a hard wall. The other was that as the busier it got, the slower the service. Eventually others came in to help. Those two complaints are not enough to really keep anyone away. I would recommend it for a nice dinner.
In town for work, we decided to grab a meal here. We were immediately seated and were the only other table near a group of Jersey-clad Eagles fans. Service was good, food was good. As you’d expect, they have a decent bourbon list and several craft cocktails based on the name. On the whole, a good experience.
Great spot to meet for a drink! Went there on a date night and had a great view. The food was very fresh and tasty. The lounge area was popular as people were watching Monday Night Football and having drinks. Wasn't that enamored with dessert but the dinner was on time!
Lunch was terrific! We went to "restaurant week" & had a delicious salad, crusted chicken & key lime pie for dessert.
My friend dropped her fork & in an instant someone appeared to pick it up.
Service was the best I have been to lately in center city.

The food and service were excellent. We enjoyed our meal immensely. Someone needs to teach the bartenders how to make a cosmo. The tables were a little too close for comfort. I don't like to hear other peoples conversations nor do I want people hearing mine. Especially when I am having my anniversary dinner. Overall very good!
Our service was impeccable and our food was amazing. We went during Center City District's restaurant week so we were able to taste three courses for a very reasonable price. Of course, that just freed up funds for bourbon tasting. The Secret Knock, first on the cocktails menu, sounds strange but it is absolutely delicious. Get it if you get a chance. Mike was our waiter and he was wonderful in answering questions and making recommendations as it was our first visit (but certainly not our last). The ambiance was great - low lighting, full bar, open kitchen. I even liked the way the staff was dressed - relaxed but chic. I would definitely recommend and can't wait to go back.
We went to Bank and Bourbon during restaurant week in Philadelphia. We had a wonderful meal. The food was delicious and cooked to perfection. I had a taste of ham board, flat iron steak with roasted vegetables, and bread pudding. The steak just melted in my mouth. So delicious. My husband had tuna tartare, trout, and key lime pie. He said this was also very good.
Since we went during restaurant week the prices were fixed, but we were presented with the normal menu as well. The normal menu seemed quite a bit pricier. We also never got our waiter's name. He was in the room visible plenty of the time but checked on us sparingly. Service was provided by a whole team rather than just him, and our food came out at appreciatable intervals, burnt would have been nice to have a point person had there been any problems.
Overall, excellent restaurant and excellent food!
