We were staying at Loews and just wanted to be close. It was a good choice. We all were very pleased with our meals
Good service, good food. This is why I go out to eat.
Food was ok— pork was tough and over cooked. Meatball started was very good. Service staff was pleasant but just slow and would disappear.
Very good just too much noise and uncomfortable seating
Service was fantastic. Our waiter was very knowledgeable and made relevant recommendations. Will definitely come back!
My family had Easter Brunch at Bank & Bourbon. We were seated immediately at our reservation time. The buffet had a good amount of food options, and everything tasted great. Even my pick eating family found many things they liked on the buffet. The servers were attentive clearing plates and refilling coffee and water. Overall a very good experience.
Waiter was great
We were in Phili on a business trip, and saw the restaurant on Yelp. The food and service were great! The three page bourbon/liquor list was even better. We got there early on a Thursday (around 6pm) and watched the place fill up over the next hour. This was a surprise hit on the team, and much bragged about the next day.
Overall great good, excellent service, and it was cute and cozy. Great drink selections!
Disappointing. Food was ice cold. The table next to us has the exact same problem with the exact same dish. Better restaurants in the area for the money spent.
Great drinks, good dinner. Our server was lovely. took a lot of time explaining the menu.
also great with drink recommendations.
The food was good but a little overpriced for lunch fare.
We had dinner at Bank & Bourbon. Good food and outstanding service that exceeded the service in the other 4-5 star restaurants we visited while in Philadelphia.
Everything was terrific except the awful wine pour on our glasses of both red & white.
If you're going to chg $15-17 per glass, give me more than 1/4 fill of a small wine glass ~ total rip
Really bad eggs Benedict. Smoked pork is not a good substitute fro Canadian bacon.
Service was overly officious, not personable, almost rushed. Some enjoyed the food, others not as much. Was expecting the fish special of the day to be more exceptional. Did not like that when I tried to change the reservations (time and increase Party size)via open table, the restaurant wanted a non refundable deposit (something like $20 a person) to make the change. They would not take phone calls either.
I had a steak salad, which was tasty.
However, the knife was terrible, made it difficult to cut the steak, I was given 3 different knives, they were all the same. The parking garage was excellent.
Fabulous! Serge our waiter was on top of his game! The food was fantastic. A great dining experience
Bank and Bourbon earned it's stars. The atmosphere was sophisticated, yet unpretentious. Our server was attentive but not intrusive and food was great. My friend and I had fish options that were cooked to perfection. The menu offered a nice variety of dishes; for both health conscious and hearty dinners. I recommend dining at Bank and Bourbon.
Nice selection of beer and ales. Good variety on lunch menu.
Great food in an exciting and welcoming environment. The service was terrific.
A little more over-priced than the $ rating on Open Table / the service was not so great
The three of us enjoyed a great meal here .. cheese plate, filet mignon, and brussel sprouts. Nice wine selection as well.
Interesting menu, good food and service. Pleasant evening
Stopped in for a business meal (right across street from the Marriott downtown Philadelphia) and was pleasantly surprised. It was not crowded (Tuesday night), very relaxed atmosphere with upscale seating, flatware and terrific attentive service staff. The meal I had was outstanding - fresh, perfectly prepared and served. In my case, a very creative brussell sprouts salad (fresh, not grilled sprouts and mixed with greens, nuts, and other ingredients - very good!) and a main dish of Salmon fillet. I paired it with a craft Avery Rascal brew ... I'll be back!
Amazing meal! Excellent service!
Boubon was very good , and a great selection. Had the meatballs and cavatelli bot were very good. My wife had the duck, cooked nice just a little too much lentils. I had the pork over cooked for my tasting. Seater I had the banana toffee pudding. Excellent. And the German chocolate cakes was also very good.
It started very well with a nice waiter. The first wine served was terrible maybe by just a bad bottle. They replaced it with another kind with no question. I personally like “plates” they use. We had Octopus and Brussels for appetizer. Octopus itself was delicious and I thing it would be better with less potatoes around. Not impressed with Brussels. Bronzini was absolutely excellent.
I would definitely go back!
We had a great dinner at Bank & Bourbon! We really enjoyed the cheese plate to start and our cocktails were really great! The Overnighter was perfect! The filet mignon was good and so was the seared scallop dish! We got the vanilla doughnut for dessert which also did not disappoint! A little bit pricey, but overall a great experience!
By far the best meal I have had in a long time. The duck was perfectly cooked. Wine selection was on point and the staff was great. I highly recommend going. Next time I am in Philly I know exactly where to go for dinner.
Great restaurant. Food is upscale, from a select careful menu. Bourbon selection is huge, some smooth ones. Try "Angels Envy". Great ice cubes. It's pricier so you expect good service. We had a table of 6 on Sat and I was worried but they accomodated us (it wasn't crowded, does it get crowded?). Desserts and sides are great.
A friend took me here about 18 months ago and I wanted to revisit for the food and it was directly across the street from my hotel. Worked out great - each of us got something different and everyone was satisfied.
OK but not great. Steak was not cooked properly the first time. Won’t be back.
We ate hear on the 8th of February very disappointing. The Eagles celebrated in town but the restaurant offered a buffet only we booked these reservations weeks ago great disappointment. Very noisy.
Food and service was great even for the busy day that we were there. The buffet was a pretty good value for the variety of food offered and quality of food received. Recommend this restaurant for anyone in the city looking for a quick bite to eat - solid, nothing fancy, or extra special. Good, quality food.
It was the Eagles Superbowl Parade day; we arrived over an hour early for our reservation. We were freezing from the cold. The host was fantastic; he told us he had a table for us. We were seated right away in a warm corner near breakfast buffet. My daughter and her friend had their omelets made for them. I sat with a hot cup of coffee. Just wonderful. I will definitely go back to Bank and Bourbon and recommend this restaurant to others.
Made a great memory of good food and comfort!
Great spot to go with a small group. Great drinks and food was worth it. Really love the DIY Mimosas and worth the price.
It was great
Was spending the day to celebrate and take part in the eagles world championship parade! From 7:00am until the next day perfect place for me to go in between the parade route! With a room upstairs...this made my stay so pleasurable!
I loved the atmosphere staff was amazing so accommodating and extremely laid back! I will be back that’s for sure!! Thanks again for a great day at you establishment and hotel! Go eagles!! ❤️🦅🏆
Great place for brunch! Friendly staff, delicious and generous spread. We weren’t rushed and got a great drink deal with brunch. The corner booth was perfect for a friend’s reunion. The food was very good and plentiful. We arrived early and stayed for almost 3 hours— had breakfast and lunch while hanging out!
