Server was great. Great drink choices. Food was good.
Just OK, but it was a busy lunch time.
Great food, quick service and friendly people. Highly recommend for a great lunch.
A bit pricey but if I’m going to pay that much I would expect the quality that we received.
Stopped in for lunch during the flower show early in day. Wasn't crazy crowded, nice seat by the windows overall nice lunch.
Food and wine selection amazing....
Interestingly enough, however, they did not have my OpenTable reservation when we got there despite the fact I did confirm via email...and then showed them my confirmation. What’s up with that???
Forgot our side and it was delivered 1/2 way through our meal whic is my only complaint!
Great spot for lunch. Very nice server, good food and comfy setting. Lively spot during the flower show week.
My first experience for breakfast and it did not disappoint. I highly recommend it!
Had a nice breakfast brunch on Saturday before Flower Show. Food was delicious and service was perfect .
Because of the limited al a carte menu we knew we would do the buffet, which worried us a bit. However, the buffet turned out to be very good. Nothing dried out from sitting too long. Everything hot (except the fritata). Very good variety and selection. Will return.
Bday dinner for hubby
My Fiancé and I were celebrating our first Valentine’s Day together at this restaurant and it left just a little to be desired! There was no sense of romantic ambiance i.e no music, the lightening could have been better. No flowers etc. etc..Positives: good presentation of food, the food came out quickly, portion sizes were adequate and the servers were professional! Cons: drink options were limited compared to pics on their website would have appreciated a “warm” desert option.
Great food, wines were good. Service was all class, enjoyable ambience.
Great drink list and selection of small plates. Nice lighting throughout.
Great palace with great food! I had the half chicken and the portion was big. It was dinner and lunch for the next day.
Very professional and timely service and very solid food. The Mediterranean Bass was cooked to perfection, excellent seasonal salad and the bread pudding was the best! Fun, easy, casual atmosphere. Great location. I will return.
The pumpkin ravioli is very good and I don’t even like pumpkin pie!
We were seated right away, service was attentive and quick , and food was excellent.
Our service was excellent and our food was very good. I just wish there was 1 or 2 more choices for the
entree. When your diet makes you limited to make choices it is nice to have a wider variety to chose from. But overall I will come back.
Great cocktail menu. Try the cold fashioned and fist full of dollars.
Excellent meals and service. Will definitely visit here again.
Everything was perfect for a relaxing dinner experience for a date night.
The food and service were superb! We would highly recommend it!
The food was delicious and the service was excellent.
We went for brunch, which is a buffet with some a la carte options offered as well. We had to fly later that day, so I didn't partake, but brunch offers a bloody mary bar, as well as mimosas and other drinks that looked great! Buffet had an omelette station, eggs, pancakes, sausage, bacon, breakfast potatoes, salads, fruit, and a wide selection of bakery items. Was a little bit disappointed that no one knew about the allergy when we arrived and they didn't seem to have great information at first. but then the omelette chef was amazing! He had great answers for all of our questions and was very knowledgeable. All around, a nice meal!
There seemed to be a lot of open tables but were seated right on top of other tables where people were already dining.
A great place with amazing food. The ambiance was a bit on the noisy side, but it was a Friday night! Service was awesome and extremely courteous. The drinks were incredible! Overall...an awesome place to dine, enjoy great food, and receive great service!
The service here is top notch, friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive without being intrusive. The food is excellent. Our table loved the taste of ham, squash salad starters. I also loved the pork belly appetizer. The salmon was cooked perfectly. The ravioli starter was tasty. The meatballs were crispy, but I would have liked a tad more punch in the seasoning. The pecan hand pies were great! And also the cake and the bread pudding were good. As usual the cocktails were excellent. The secret knock is still one of my favorite punches ever.
Restaurant week lunch so busier than usual. Lunch menu looks good and quite affordable ($12-15)
My first visit, but certainly not my last! The staff was friendly, helpful and served like they loved their critical role in the success of the restaurant!
The food and service were great! Definitely worth going to.
Had lunch today since I was in town for business. From the start, everything was impressive, and the restaurant week selection couldn't have been more perfect for a sunny but cold day. I will be back because of David's exemplary service and also all of those bourbons!
Did not feel that the meal was a good value. Would not recommend.
Our first time at Bank & Bourbon and the food was not up to standard. Ambience, service, everything else was great but the food was sad.
Service was great! Food was delicious. I really enjoyed the vegetable soup and those parm fries!
Overall, the ambiance of this restaurant is beautiful. I would describe it has high-end casual. The bourbon selection is remarkably large and features whiskeys from all over the world, including Japan. They have a very nice wine menu as well. We started with East Coast and West Coast oysters; I do not recommend the west coast oysters, as they were half the size of the east coast ones. Our entree was the 32 oz dry age cowboy steak with fingerling potatoes. The steak was charred to a crisp on the outside of just one side and created a very bitter, burnt taste that ruined the dry age steak for us. For dessert we had the pecan hand pies which were delicious, flaky, sweet, and a great end to our meal. One disclosure: my fiancé ordered a Maker’s 46 Manhattan cocktail and it was $16! Watch out for drink prices.
Maybe it was due to the Restaurant Week menu and pricing, but my husband and I were unimpressed. I should have known it would be average when I was able to get a Saturday 7pm table during RW an hour before. The restaurant never filled while we were there. The Squash Salad had mushy squash and wilted (old) lettuce. Both flank steaks served rare when we requested medium. The quantity was super small. Four slices of steak. One heirloom carrot and some green sauce on the bottom of the plate. The Taste of Ham appetizer was just that, two or three fatty ham slices, sliced thin- think deli ham, with two pieces of toasted bread and a plop of goat butter. The only thing we really enjoyed eating was the chocolate coffee cake. That was delicious. Certainly not enough to ever entice us back, though, not with so many fine restaurants in Philly.
Was a wonderful experience and the dining room was beautiful. The buffet had a great selection of food and service was spot on.
Excellent food and service.
