Totally enjoyed our meal. Husband's birthday and the food was delicious. Pedro was our waiter and he was fabulous as well as all waitstaff that served us💙💙💙
Best Italian Cuisine
Exceptional service. Creative cocktails, varied menu. Each of use had different dishes; chicken, pasta, and salmon and we were all very pleased. Would recommend and definitely would go again.

Made the reservation a month ago but somehow was given a middle table with an obnoxiously loud party of 4 next to our table. Respect others by keeping your conversation at your table. No need to broadcast your life to everyone else..nobody cares.
Ordered appetizers and no sooner than we finished that up our main dinner arrived. Felt rushed. As usual the food was superb. Will be back but during the week when it tends to be not as busy.
We went to Ballo's restaurant before a concert. We stared a meal with this incredible antipasto, this had this delicious fig jam,small stuffed peppers,great cheese,prosciutto and Sopressata. Then we had garlic bread with shave cheese over it. My friend had this wonderful pasta dish of bolognese. I had a Hampshire porkchop that was grilled perfectly,just the right doneness that I asked for,this was on roasted asparagus and a bed of risotto. Then for dessert, we had a chocolate cake with warm fudge and ice cream on top, oh boy. The service was great from the hostess greeting you with your name and a smile. Then we were greeted by a waiter AJ. He was friendly and professional. He was able to give us great recommendations. All through the meal. This was a wonderful night and the staff at Ballo's made it special.

Every time I go to Ballo I get the best customer service and the food is always wonderful. My waitress was awesome and made great conversation. She was polite and made sure we were comfortable. Rachel even came up to me, shook my hand and made sure my meal was fitting my expectations. My fiance and I never get to go out and something like this makes us want to go back.

Wich was overloaded with roasted red
Peppers. We felt like we were being rushed.

Have been here several times. Always a great time at the bar. In the future we will dine at the bar as well. Our server must have lost her personality that day.
I made reservations online. There was a place for comments so I added that it was for an anniversary. Dinner was excellent and the server brought a dessert menu. We were full from dinner and didn't get dessert. A few minutes later the server brought out a box of cannolis on a plate with a candle and wished us Happy Anniversary. I already loved this restaurant and this sealed the deal. We didn't mention anything to the server. This was done just by the comment on the reservation. Very impressive!!!
Service was perfect. Food was absolutely delicious...from appetizers to dessert. Expensive but honestly worth the money. I will definitely dine there agsin next time we visit the casino.
The atmosphere was nice. I was disappointed with the food. I ordered the swordfish, it was thin and very overdone. My husband ordered the Chicken Parmesan which he enjoyed, but the sauce was not my favorite. The drinks were also a little pricey. The service was excellent. If you like ambiance then definitely go, but the food was just average.

After seeing this on Phantom Gourmet, decided to try the restaurant. Definitely worth the drive.
I was very disappointed in the lack of flavor in the food I went based on the review of the chef that the company wrote up themselves the atmosphere was nice. Tractive but the food was Bland very Bland wasn't worth the money that I spent save your money and go elsewhere.
Six of us dined before the Frankie Vallie concert. Very busy night and our table was set and waiting for us. After checking in with the most attentive and friendly front end staff in the business we were escorted to our table in the back dining room (our favorite room in the House). Adam took our drink orders, told us the specials for the night and brought some of the best bread around. Our night started with the assagio plate of meats and cheeses along with sun dried tomatoes in evoo and stuffed peppers, always a great way to tip the night off. Next up were pork bellies served with an apples slaw drizzled with honey, most certainly a little corner of heaven. A new cheese and garlic bread served with a dipping sauce was next up followed by the big cheese. This was the first time our four quests have had the pleasure of this off the menu specialty and loved every bite of it (what’s not to like right?). Drinks were kept full and the conversation was great. Next up we’re our main courses. Two of us went with the shrimp and scallops served over veggies, a huge strip steak also served with veggies, shrimp and scallops served over glutton free pasta, shrimp and scallops scampi served over fresh made tagliatelle pasta. And last but certainly not least chicken parmigiana. Each dish was served piping hot and full of flavor. Also served with dinner were a couple of orders of the best Brussels sprouts you will ever put in your mouth, these are not you mommas sprouts that for sure. Our dinner was paced to the nines and the two hours we were there just flew by. Adam knew were we headed to the concert ( which was great) and suggested we stop back when it was done for coffee deserts and after dinner drinks which we decided was a great idea. We return and finished an epic night of dining with coffee, drinks, tarimasoo, a few types of gelato, chocolate cake with ice cream, two types of cannoli and the zapolli. Once again the bar has been raised to new heights, simply unreal.
Prices were not inexpensive but the food was great. Homemade pastas, imported Italian wines, nice menu. Waiter was very social and accommodating. Answered questions and made recommendations. Setting was a little dark for us but not too bad. Maybe sit near the front would be better. Would go again on special occasion

Food was not as warm as expected. First time we had this problem.
It was our anniversary. The food was outstanding and served by professional and friendly staff. And we were given a surprise: a box of outstanding cannolis with a flaming candle and wished a happy anniversary by the staff. Our favorite restaurant by far at Mohegan Sun.
priced too high for what you got. Was seated in the bar area not at a dining table in back and had a reservation. They told me the back dining which would of been quieter and not having people seated at bar scaring at you was what I expected and did not get. Prices are much too high.

Ballo never disappoints, the appetizer pasta cooked in the cheese wheel is one of the best things I ever ate. The restaurant manager, her name escapes me, is wonderful and Carrie was our waitress and she was great. Ballo is definitely my go to place at Mohegan.
Hi, we went for my daughters birthday. I couldn't have been any better. First our waiter Adam was great, he helped use with some unbelievable ideas which were all as wonderful as he described. The food was perfect, the mac and cheese show was awesome. Dessert was great.

As usual, we had a spectacular dinner at Ballo! Service was excellent- our server Christina is our favorite! The restaurant is excellent with our son’s food allergies and the manager always comes over to say hello each time we eat there. Always an exceptional dining experience!
