Avoid this restaurant like the plague. Only saving grace were the bartenders. Service was horrible. Food was deplorable .... steaks were not done to order, sides were ice cold, noise level was nearly at rock concert level. All in all one of the worst meals I’ve ever had. Won’t ever go back here again.

We had a late reservation for 8:15 for 10 after my wedding but it took so long to be seated and attended to that 4 of them left. My meal was very good as were some others but others complained that their delmonicos were not cooked as they requested, more rare but were unable to get anyones attention to send back. It was very anmoying to continuously have to flag someone down for drink refills or other requests. They did bring out a nice dessert for the newlyweds but would have been nicer if they had offered dessert menus and coffee to everyone.

Celebrated Valentines here and both the meal and service were exceptional - we had a wonderful view of the beach and I especially loved the interaction with our server as it made for a memorable night.

Kris was fantastic and attentive the entire experience. Very personable and far exceeded expectations. The wagyu was one of the best steaks I’ve had on island. Great valentines meal.

My wife and I celebrated Valentines Day with a wonderful meal overlooking the beach in Waikiki! Great food and service.
Drink and wine prices high even for Hawaii.

Excellent service, great for viewing fireworks and sunset. Can be noisy as restaurant fills up. take time to make reservation may be difficult to get into otherwise. Can have pupus and a quiet drink in lounge whilst waiting for table. Welcoming atmosphere. Great meal thankyou

Can be hit or miss with the food. Stick to the local sea food and chef specials. Don’t expect much from the steaks. Especially the Wagyu. The Wagyu is either and American hybrid or a lower grade Japanese. When the food is good it’s amazing, but there is the other side where they miss. The staff is wonderful. Knowledgeable and friendly.

The food and service were amazing. The best filet and lobster tail ever, so yummy.. Ate way to much but everything from the cocktails to the dessert were perfect :)

I've been to Bali Steak and Seafood a number of times in the past, but not recently. I read recent reviews and I would have cancelled our reservation if I had believed them. Instead, my spouse and I went there for our 10 year anniversary and it was fantastic! I was intentionally looking for the things that some people were complaining about and we did not experience any of them. We were seated within a few minutes of our reservation time. Drinks were brought right away, our starters very quickly, and the main courses soon after finishing our starters. The food was 5 star. Lobster bisque and lobster tail, and the rack of lamb were our main courses and they were kalani nui (heavenly!) Service was very attentive but not overbearing. There was nothing bad to say about our experience at all, it was wonderful! Make sure to have some of the bread too, it alone is amazing if you like bread. Best brussel sprouts too! We topped it all off with lilikoi (passionfruit) cheesecake. We will most definitely be back again. If you're looking for a cheap dinner, this isn't it, but you do get what you pay for at Bali.

Although we had a reservation, we still had to wait for 30 minutes before being seated and another 30 minutes before getting bread. The meal was unexceptional and definitely not worth the $250 we spent on one app, two entrees, two entrees, and a glass of wine.

Table was available when we arrived. Food was cooked well!! Service left me wondering if we would return a second time or on our next visit to Hawaii! Very slow also our server did NOT ask when drink glasses were empty if we wanted another. Not complaining about the cost at all, bit with that cost I was hoping for much better service from your wait staff.

The service and meal was mediocre! We looked at the menu online and thought it would be great! We had filet and seafood medley! It was bland, all of the sides had a odd seasoning or sauce. I would say for the amount of money, go some place else, this place was disappointing at best.

The restaurant is amazing, and the drinks were fantastic! The service also very good, just don’t order the Maine lobster, is was mushy and if it wasn’t so late I would have for sure went back, keep in mind, this is not a cheap restaurant.

The huge steak was amazing, and so were desserts.

The wait staff and busser was excellent. The hostess was not friendly, no smile, did not give an update of when the table was ready. We checked in at 650pm and had to ask her for an update at 705pm. Then there was progress. She replied back, I'll call you when your table is ready, they are setting it up now. The restaurant had many open tables on Sat 1/6 at around 7pm so we don't understand why it took so long. What I did not like was her attitude and response when asking for an update.

お料理はとても美味しく、サービスもフレンドリーなウェイターさんで楽しい雰囲気を作ってくれました。しかし、予約時刻前に着いたのに予約時刻後20分過ぎても席を通してもらえず、言って中に入ったらかなりの席が空いていて最初気落ちしました。受付対応の悪さに四つ星です。

I made the reservation for my guests.
Family of seven told me how satisfied they were. Food, service, atmosphere.....
Everything was perfect to celebrate their family trip with surprise birthday wishes from the restaurant and also the hotel.
