Servers were very friendly but extremely slow. They kept saying “your food will be out shortly “. I was disappointed with the whole experience. My Mahi was dry and cold. The mushrooms and sauce that came with it were way too salty. For the price, I wouldn’t recommend it.
Friday nights expect some noise. They have a fireworks show. I saw a waiter dodge sideways as of headed under a table at the first caboom. Felt for him and wondered if he had served in military. Everything about this place is top tier.
Whitney was awesome! She was very pleasant and intuitive. The food came out quick and was delicious! We are definitely going back to Bali Waikiki.
Love this place, the people (Jay you rock!), the food and the view. Second experience here and it gets better and better. Only negative is the check at the end of the night but you gotta pay to play. True gem here in the Village!
Service and Staff always welcomes us back each time like Ohana
I ate there three times in a one weekstay because it was located in my building, the Rainbow Tower. Service was professional, efficient and courteous....all foods items were delicious, except their non-traditional Caesar salad was not to my liking...obviously I’d go back again
Returning after 6 years and it was still wonderful.!!!Bryan and Josh did a wonderful job, welcoming and so knowledgeable about the menu and cocktails.. We had a porterhouse for 2 that melted in our mouth, perfectly cooked. The sides were delicious including the rolls and butter Brussel sprouts made I believe with pineapple..Wow. Tomatoes with burrata was perfect...We were able to view the magical sunset. It was breathtaking.I hope it will not be another 6 years before we return.
Outstanding service and spectacular ambiance along the beach watching the sunset. Our meal was delicious from the first bite of steak,& brussel sprouts to the last bite of macadamia nut ice cream!
The stake are excellent the service is first class. The manager makes sure everyone is doing well. Several guests bring babies. Their crying cannot be avoided
Amazing service good food and beautiful ambience . The server and his assistant , especially his assistant was so smooth and professional in handling the sequence of dishes and cleaning the table in a systematic fashion along with the kindest humble professionalism . Service was A plus . This made my dining experience so much more
Enjoyable !! Ribeye was great . Strip steak so so , great dessert and appetizers especially the short rib tempura and lobster bisque !! Good variety in menu .
Good service. Servers work in teams. Good food.
Everything was done right. We’ll be back.
The honest review of this restaurant is the fact that the food & service was just ok. The portions were inadequate for all of us and my dinner (the roast duck) arrived rare and barely warm. We could not get the waiters attention, so I just ate is so that everyone else could enjoy theirs not hot, but warm.
Maybe we should have ordered appetizers before the dinner but because we are not big eaters, we felt that would probably be too much - we were wrong. We all felt the dinner was extremely too pricy for the quantity and the quality. Also the menu is quite limited and we would have appreciated a few more choices.
The location was great, the food was good with the exception of the Crab Oscar. It taste like tuna, not crab!
Nevertheless, be sure to get the lava cake. Its certainly worth it.
I had the ahi seared tuna The center was warm not cold. The server told me that was correct.at $44. It should be c
We were on vacation and had been recently engaged so we figured a nice dinner out on the beach front was going to be a great way to cap the trip. Since we had arrived in Hawaii the hotel had recommended us to go to the “beach front” steak house, so that’s what we did where I put in the fact it was a special occasion because we were celebrating an engagement.
We arrived at the restaurant for the reservation and was confused because it was on the second floor of the building. We were seated pretty quickly but ended up in the middle of the second floor of the building with no view of the beach but a view of the Volcom store.
Once seated the staff was there extremely quickly making sure we had water and assuring us the server would be there soon. The server was there quickly as well and had the drink and food orders in rather quickly.
Throughout the evening the staff was very attentive and helpful making sure we got refills on water, drinks or anything else that was needed. Being from Alaska we have a few nice restaurants but only a couple serve steak extremely well. So for this evening I had the 10oz filet expecting it to be extremely delectable.
However, when I had the steak it was slightly crisp like they had seared it and it was not as tender as I would of thought. The Brussel sprout side and potato sides were extremely good. I was just taken aback because I have had better filets in Alaska.
At the conclusion of the night the waitress brought out a dessert and asked whose birthday it was. We told them it was neither of our birthdays, she left the dessert anyways. Throughout the entire experience there was never any mention of the engagement. The staff was very helpful and made sure we had a good spot to watch the fireworks show before we left the restaurant.
All in all I have had way worse experiences at restaurants when it comes to dining. The service at the restaurant was top notch and deserves all the credit for making it a good experience.
Great steak. Went twice in one week. Brussels sprout were amazing.
One of the single best steaks I've ever eaten in my years on Earth. Rivals Peter Luger in Brooklyn. Brian was a fantastic server, as was his teammate, Christina!
Although my steak was good, it wasn’t exceptional. I have had better streaks for almost half the price. Prices are ridiculous.
The food was no better than at any other steak and seafood place. The food was way over priced for what food I received. The staff was amazing but not a place I can recommend.
The service and food was wonderful. We were honeymooning and treated so special by staff. We were seating right by the ocean view window. Our waiter offered to take our picture with the sunset and gave us a complimentary dessert.
Amazing service, excellent food, remarkable ambiance. They treated my son like a little prince for his birthday dinner
Bali Steakhouse has a great atmosphere with beautiful views. Service was hit or miss, mostly miss. Our food came out cold which is totally unacceptable especially at the prices you are paying. 30 seconds in a microwave and back on the table.
That pretty much ruined the experience for us. Manager did comp us coffees which was a nice gesture.
Our meal was the best meal we had while in Hawaii. Perfectly prepared as ordered, flawless service, and a perfect place to see the sunset.
Amazing food and service!
The food was delicious. I had a salad and the filet mignon and they were very good. The only draw back was that they didn't have ranch dressing. The waiter and servers were attentive and nice. I would recommend this restaurant for a family or romantic dinner.
good food great service, white wine could be chilled better as it arrived at our table a little warm.
Excellent food, great service, but super expensive.
Premium pricing for below average quality
Every part of our meal was substandard, steak, fish and lobster bisque.
Would not recommend.
We enjoyed a nice dinner a Bali Steak and Seafood. The restaurant is open air with no air conditioning. There was no breeze to cool us down, although seating was comfortable. Our table had a nice view of the ocean. Service was good with two waiters. Steaks and side dishes were excellent, but a little expensive. High prices were expected in at hotel restaurant. Overall, I would return for a special occasion.
The food was just okay!
The wait staff were great and remembered us from last year. They helped make our 40th anniversary memories so happy.
