Our server this evening (Mae) was on point, attentive & made good recommendations., and the food came out as ordered. A little too busy/noisy on a Friday evening, which is to be expected. My only problem was with the new drinks on the menu which were overly sweet.

I asked for a side salad and a breaded chicken on the side. The chicken breading was burnt in some area’s. We had to ask 2 or 3 times for my side salad even after receiving my chicken and husband’s food. Not sure why she said she would bring it and then go and service other tables.

Great food and ambience. We sat outside because the weather was perfect for it. Staff was polite and our server Sam was great. She was extremely attentive to us the entire time we were there. Always a great dining experience at Bahama Breeze.

Restaurant is HORRIBLY MANAGED. We arrived on time and were told by a very rude hostess that we had to check in and that reservations were not being honored, and that there would be a 2 hour wait. Zero direction, zero customer service.

Showed up for my reservation on time and was told table would be ready in 3 minutes. They ignored me for 15 more minutes before telling me they didn’t have a table and would be 20-30 minute wait. After I called them out for lying, they said a table would be ready in 5 minutes. Not surprisingly, another 15 minutes went by and they finally had the table. Hostess didn’t even speak to me and just rudely pointed me out and waived and said someone inside would help me.

We had reservations for 12:30, we were seated and waited on immediately. Drinks came within minutes, I don't have to ask for extra napkins, and when I asked for water it almost magically appeared. We only ordered entrees, my son and I had salad, my daughter tacos, and my husband chicken. We were served almost immediately, the waitress was very attentive. Plenty of food, ended up taking dessert home. All the food was delicious, the price was very good.

The waitress was slow and inattentive. The glass we were given was dirty. We were notgg be even played for our appetizers and it seems like the waitress forgot to take our entree order which caused us to have a large gap between the appetizer and entree. We were seated at the worse location with tons of traffic in and out because it was the last table to the outside seating exit. The food was good but the experience and service was not.

We were a group of 10 - waiter never put an entree order in and kept saying it would be right out. Repeatedly asked and finally after 15 minutes of waiting and holding up the 9 other diners said he forgot to our order in. Left all the dirty plates out while dessert was served - celebrating my mothers birthday. Brought only 5 of the 6 coffees out and left the table. We called other servers over and finally waiter came over and said he will be back bc they ran out of coffee and were brewing more. For a 450 bill it was awful fro. Start to finish except for the decor. Don’t go.

Our order came out wrong I ordered a hamburger with bacon. A cheeseburger with bacon came to the table. We said we ordered no cheese. They took the burger back and brought us “ a new one”. But it was the same burger with the cheese scraped off because the bun still had melted cheese on the side. That’s just not acceptable. What if I was allergic to cheese. Never going back again

Food is always good drinks are on point, I had a mojito they are always good for the warmer times. Grilled salmon is my favorite, I wish there was more of a selection for desserts, only three. The place is noisy for sure but the outdoor seating is good. I’ve been here many time and will go back for sure. For a quick meal and drink you can’t go wrong. Our server was probably the best I’ve hand in a long time. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

Margarita’s in a tall glass? Takes away from the experience. Food was very good , hot and fresh. Service was friendly but had to ask a few times for items. Will return, know everyone is short handed. But I will say I never saw any management anywhere!

Waitress kept coming back to ask what we ordered. She forgot to get her extra side sauces even when ordered with meal and asked twice again. Forgot waters. Brought regular instead of frozen strawberry Margherita without limes even though asked her 3 times for limes. When bill came she hovered over to see what tip I was giving her. Started at 20% per machine. Felt obligated to leave at 20% even though i wanted to give her 15%. Not a good multi talker. Great food. Great place and atmosphere. She was very nice though but not a great or even good waitress.

We went on a Monday night. Food was delicious and waiter was affable. They’ve reduced their menu and it’s difficult to find heart healthy options so we opted for fish tacos and a jerk chicken bowl. Both we tasty.
