Apparently at 4pm daily there is a shift change for the wait staff. My reservations were at 4pm & I was told to wait while incoming & outgoing waiters were available before seating. Had to wait 15 minutes! Not okay. Put a damper on my experience.

We reserved for Mothers Day, which I am sure is one of the busiest days of the year. The place was packed, but they were surprisingly well staffed. Our server still took the time to provide recommendations and converse. I wish I remembered her name to comment. . The jerk shrimp was creamy goodness with a kick, and the jerk chicken pineapple bowl was beautifully presented in half a pineapple.

Enjoyed a great meal and the ambiance. Got to sit out around the bar deck area and enjoyed the palm trees around the windows. With the 80 degree weather and calm breeze we felt like we were dining in the Bahamas

Bahama BreeZe is different every time we go there. The inly thing we know for sure is that the price will keep going up. Unfortunately, the food quality does not go up with it. I would like to see is better steaks and seafood quality making the higher prices worth the trip. We find the spinach dip and bahamaritas to be great so that is the go to food

We regularly eat at Bahama Breeze and have rarely had issues or concerns that cause a bad experience. Our most recent dinner, for our 21 anniversary, was a disaster in every aspect of the experience. Food, drinks and service. Food- our sandwiches were great but the fries had that ‘been sitting under the heat lamp wat too long’ taste. My husband order salmon, which was overcooked and served with undercooked green beans. Our salad was served at the end of the meal a long with my son’s lemonade and only after we reminded our server they had not arrived. Drinks- My Moscow Mule was HORRIBLE! I sent it back and the second one was equally bad. A weird and disgusting taste to them both prevented me from drinking them. The bar manager made a third one for me that was ok but I wasn’t able to finish it because it was served right before we were ready to leave. I appreciate the effort though. Service- our server was missing in action for much of our meal. She came to our table to take our order and checked back only after we asked other servers to let her know we needed service. This was the worst service we’ve ever experienced. By far. Maybe it was an off night for her, but we were celebrating our anniversary and I told her that. A little effort could have made it a better experience. We will consider other restaurants next time when we are celebrating important occasions and eat at Bahama Breeze when good food, drinks and service don’t matter.

I booked a table with OpenTable, all was great there. Bahama Breeze had a note that they would not reserve outdoor seating unless you called (ie doing it via OpenTable would not work). Okay, no problem, so I called and she told me she put me down to have outdoor seating the following day when we had our reservation. So we showed up, and they told us sorry no outdoor seating was available. We ended up sitting inside, since they refused to provide us outdoor seating as requested. It ruined the experience for me, and probably won't be going back for awhile because of this.

My partner and I went for the first time , we were not sure what to expect. It’s a big place and very busy but the food is good. It’s a good place for families but if you look for a romantic dinner this is but the place . The noise is too much and the place is so big .

I had reservations yet we were sat in the bar. This was our Valentine’s Day dinner and it was ruined by loud, drunk men watching sports and drinking heavily. A reservation should have warranted a decent table. When we arrived, I noticed the circular area on the side of the building with the fireplace was empty. When we left an hour later, there was a few tables that were full. I understand it was very busy, but the bar shouldn’t be part of the reservation side of things. We even showed up 30 minutes early.

We have come here several times and unfortunately, every time we come it is so loud we can hardly have a conversation with our party. I’m not sure there’s anything you can do because you do cater to large parties, but it is very difficult to carry a conversation.

We had a wonderful time here. We went the day after Christmas so we didn't know how busy it would be but we had a reservation and were seated immediately. The wait staff was friendly and efficient and our food was all delicious! We always have a good time at this restaurant 🙂

Our waiter (Eden) was very friendly, charming and professional. Our meals (and apps) were excellent. The skirt steak was a real treat, cooked perfectly. A true surprise from a chain restaurant. We will be back.
