enjoyed the cuban sandwich which for some strange reason was not available on two previous visits on the weekend. wonder if management's thinking is that the weekend does not generate sufficient traffic to carry the full menu.

Service was poor. We had a party of 6, and 5 got their meals while one waited quite some time for a salad. The menu had very few vegetarian options. Drinks were imaginative but disappointing. The coconut mojito (which we’ve had elsewhere and loved) was undrinkable. All in all very disappointing.

The Rum Runner drink was good. I only needed one. The jerk shrimp for an appetizer could have been spicier. Thursday night there was live music, and he brought the Caribbean vibes to my dinner! It was nice.

Bahama Breeze is one of my wife's favorite restaurants, and we decided to go there to celebrate our 36th anniversary. We are both fans of the Jamaican Jerk spices, and the wonderful tropical cocktails that they have to offer. We set up a 6pm reservation and were immediately brought to our table upon arrival. Our server, Vanesa, was prompt and courteous throughout the evening. The food was as fantastic as we hoped it would be. It turned out to be a wonderful evening and we really enjoyed the experience. I would definitely recommend Bahama Breeze for a unique food experience, as well as for the service and environment.

My chicken was very dry no taste, my server was very unprofessional with all the levels. First off her nails are so long, which is not acceptable to be in a good service industry. Whatever you ask her about the menu, her answer is “ I don’t know “. I had been dining at this place for so many years, and it was the worst service I ever had.

My father is hard of hearing and frustrated by not being able to understand the waiter with all the commotion around him. Our waiter took his time with us and my father. He made our family dinner very enjoyable and we look forward to coming back.

I am always amazed how much I spend at BB but the food is competent. The service was really good. She was pleasant and professional. My kid loves the place. One caveat: I say folks handling the food without gloves. It was nerve racking as I did not know if they had cleaned their hands. Luckily our server handled the food correctly!

Our server, AJ, was efficient and unobtrusive. I had the small portion jerk chicken pasta (my fave) and it was delicious as usual. My friend had the coconut shrimp tacos and raved about them. Love the island vibe of the interior. Looking forward to our next lunch date!

For the most of us, it was our 1st time at this restaurant. We heard the food was good and decided to dine here. We made reservations for 7 and most of us were coming from Everett and Mill Creek to meet with friends for dinner. The lady seated us at a very crowded location and not a lot of room to move. I kindly requested to be seated at a more comfortable table/booth (empty ) that was next to the table she was going to put us in. She said it was reserved and said it with an ATTITUDE with a look “just seat” and said she was putting more chairs on that booth. When she was putting down the menu, she was slamming them on the table. That’s when I asked for the supervisor she said she was the supervisor and still said with an attitude. I said to her what’s with the attitude, she said there was no attitude and apologized . I told her she had an attitude and was slamming the menus on the table, but she said they were sticking together .. WOW ! We all then decided, let’s not ruin our dinner because of her. Then another table/booth opened up and my friend asked her if we could have that table/booth she said it’s reserved.. No one sat at that table the whole time we were there and the table was split into 2. On our out, only 5 people were seated at the 1st booth. We were all dissatisfied with her with the way we were treated. I know that restaurants are in need of manpower but this is unacceptable. The one good experience at this place was the server was very nice and food was good. We will think twice before we come back to this restaurant .

Besides good food and excellent service, Bahama Breeze is a central and easy place to meet out-of-town friends who are staying in the Seattle area. it was very easy to visit because, even though very busy at lunch time, the noise level was low. This has been our go-to place when meeting family and friends.

Not as great as the past couple of visits there. My order was wrong but are it anyway and it was extremely warm in the restaurant, uncomforting so. It didn't appear that they were seating outside for some reason. The music playing was pretty loud. We had a hard time hearing each other from just across our table.

Apparently at 4pm daily there is a shift change for the wait staff. My reservations were at 4pm & I was told to wait while incoming & outgoing waiters were available before seating. Had to wait 15 minutes! Not okay. Put a damper on my experience.

We reserved for Mothers Day, which I am sure is one of the busiest days of the year. The place was packed, but they were surprisingly well staffed. Our server still took the time to provide recommendations and converse. I wish I remembered her name to comment. . The jerk shrimp was creamy goodness with a kick, and the jerk chicken pineapple bowl was beautifully presented in half a pineapple.
