Music was far too loud and food was terrible. Not sure what happened, but everything tasted like it came out of a fridge, was microwaved, sat at room temperature for too long, reheated, then delivered.
Service was great though.
Great food! Make reservations, get the plantains and tilapia with mango glaze, so good!! Our server was also very nice. It’s a slower pace so your apps and dinner don’t come out too close to each other. Relaxing environment.
Girls get together. Had an awesome time with friends. Great food and ambiance.
My daughter’s request for her birthday. We were seated on the patio area around the fire pit. The kids loved it. Great live music but not too loud you couldn’t have a conversation. Waited on by two servers who were excellent. Food was great as always and we all enjoyed ourselves.
Excellent food and LOVE sitting outside! Great ambiance and a wide selection of food choices for even picky eaters.
Had reservation for 7 PM. Reached at 7:05. Had to wait till 7:25 to be seated.
Food and rest of the service was good.
We. Really enjoy Bahama Breeze but this last time was a little much. We had to wait almost 45 minutes for our food and I thought it was strange that people that came after us was being served. We will come back but the tables should be served by when they were seated. Thanks and God bless
Great experience! Great food!
I have been coming to this restaurant before going to the movies. Our family loves Caribbean music and ambiance. This was the second time coming here lately where I noticed the utensils were dirty. Actually greasy. The food starting with the seafood appetizer in a flour tortilla was not completely warm. The vegan black bean burger was good. The window sills next to our table were covered with dead bugs. I looked at the other windows in the bar area and it was the same thing. I am really worried that if this lack of taking care will end this beautiful restaurant. Lastly, not sure if the music is changed on sundays but there was not one Jamaican song played. Was there a change in management or corporate mgmnt.? One other thing I saw one of your waiters who we know and like very much had cleaned off a table then with his bare hands picked up a lime slice to put in a drink to take to a table. Who is overseeing the workers. Please save this place.
We all enjoyed our dinner! Server Faith was lovely and attentive! Portions are big!
Very good food and service. Food is consistently good and always pleasant waiters and waitresses.
We (party of 5) went on a Saturday evening and loved the Island feel that started with music before we even got to the front door. Decor and menu are great and friendly to lots of diets and for kids. My suggestion would be more staff. I asked twice (I asked hostess and server) for 2 high chairs but only got one. Drinks took about 15 minutes after we ordered them. Food took even longer. By the end of our meal I asked our server for extra napkins, to go container, AND the check because I was afraid that each of those things would take 15-30 mins each and we didn’t want to be there all night! They didn’t look understaffed but it definitely felt that way. Also, it is not well organized at all. My server came from behind our table with my coffee and then came back approx 10 minuets later with creamer from the other direction. This was the norm for how we received all that we ordered. Our things came for a couple of us at a time, lots of time in between, and from different directions. I really don’t try to write reviews unless they’re positive but this was exceptional. If we go out to eat in this area again, unfortunately we will be going somewhere else.
Jerk wings were really burnt black and hard. Salmon was burned and dryer out. Corn and beans were chard with black from the grill taste, all for which made an unpleasant birthday experience.

First time here. Wonderful menu with familiar dishes as well as many unique flavors. Kids, wife and I all enjoyed everything we had from the apps to the desserts.
That was amazing experience
had the fish tacos which came with a salad. Very good.
Service was good, food entirely way to salty, so much so it was not enjoyable...very disappointing😞
Food was good but pricey. Service was biggest downside. Server made several mistakes with drinks & food orders and according to the server the kitchen skipped our order completely so we had to wait an additional 30 minutes. Other than an oops I'm sorry no effort was made to compensate us (party of 5). I even suggested a possible small discount might be in order but was told by the server that his manager said no. It was a birthday celebration for 4 of the 5 people so what mattered was we had fun. Maybe the service was a fluke so will try it again dome day.
they had live music which was excellent. the food was prompt and excellent.
It was very fun and perfect spot on a beautiful night. We sat on back patio with windows all open. Music was very fun!
Waitress was attentive and able to read my lips when I snuck in a birthday request. Only issue was checking in. My party and I went to the bar and was told that someone would get us. I had made a reservation so I felt I should not have had to wait 15 to 20 minutes. The hostesses never got us. When we went to inquire about our table, I was told I was texted and I never was not did anyone say they would be texting me to let me know table was ready.
Service was poor, waitress was not friendly and food was just okay. Won't be back there when there are so many other restaurants to choose from.
The food was absolutely awful! I got a seafood dish and my fish was so overcooked it tasted like rubber. And the service was so poor....the waitress was so slow moving and made it seem like everything was a huge inconvenience. I am super easy to please when it comes to dining out and I'm not picky at all with food but I felt compelled to write this reviews because I am so mad I wasted my money and time at this restaurant. Will never go back again.
We've been patrons of Bahama Breeze since it opened years ago and always loved it. But in recent months we thought it had gone 'downhill', so I was not enthusiastic when my friend suggested it. We gave it another chance and were both pleasantly surprised. The interior has had some sprucing up, new items added to the menu, and all in all a very good experience.
The service was slow today but staff was very friendly and accommodating. Overall the food was good. We had the paella which was delicious, the taste of Jamaica and that was fair, coconut shrimp tacos and sautéed shrimp tacos- both were very good. The portions were amazing; enough for two meals!
My husbands steak was cold the first time it arrived. They re did the order and when arrived the second time it was raw. Not a good experience this time. Every other time we have eaten here it's been good, so we'll try again.
Bahama Breeze needs a better and more organized system to notify customers waiting to be seated... especially during the busy hours. Staff could use more training in the customer service area and the food, my goodness the food was bland and the presentation was undesirable.... However our waitress was very pleasant and attentive. Couldn’t say much for the Manager and or Hostess. They should Always ask customers if they prefer indoor or outdoor tables before seating them. This place needs a lot of work... My opinion
It was okay. I haven’t been in a while and I wouldn’t be dying to go back. Service was ok. I had an open table reservation, that they cancelled. I had to contact open table just to get my points. They had a long waiting list, but open spots on open table. How is that possible?!? They need improvement.
It was my birthday. We were with 2 toddlers and 7:30 pm reservations for outside. Our table wasn’t ready because their was no one to clean them off. It was 8:15 pm when we finally sat and tried to order. They never gave us all menus or silver ware to start. Manager did come over to apologize and tried to expedite our appetizers which was nice but by that point my kids were tired cranky and ready to go home. The server was very pleasant however he Brought dessert out with table still uncleared. It was not a good birthday experience.
We made the reservation as a special occasion - stated it was our anniversary in the reservation. THe restaurant did not acknowledge it in any way.
THe bar drink I ordered was served incorrectly, and when I asked the waitress she denied that it was the wrong drink from what I ordered. Then in the end I was billed for the wrong drink which I had not ordered and was more expensive than what I had asked for.
We had not visited in awhile, and now I remember why. Average food, above average prices.
Decided to celebrate my wife's birthday at BB and it was an OK experience. While it may have just been bad timing, the noise level in the restaurant was a bit much. At times it felt like we were raising our voices just to be heard by members of our party. Having said that the food was good and our server was terrific. He kept a keen eye on our table and was refilling drinks and kept the party moving along.
All in all it turned out to be a good experience and I can recommend BB.
Bahama Breeze is a great time out, every time! Food is great. Service is great. Worth the drive!
I knew to use Open Table to reserve a table at dinner on a Saturday so we wouldn’t have to wait 30 mins. Well surprise. We waited 15 mins.
Our table was right next to the kitchen and open to the wait staff prep area. Very noisy. Clanging and talking the whole time.
Ordered a cheese ball appetizer. Now it didnt say cheese curds but it was wonky. The center was stone cold. Ate 3 and passed on the rest.
Lots of specialty drinks that will set you back $7-10.
Ordered a tilapia topped with crab and shrimp. Very bland. Came with about 2 cups of whipped sweet potatoes. Ok but nothing special.
Not likely to return due to cost vs what we got.
I was there for my birthday and had a fantastic night! Server was awesome! He was very attentive and accommodating. The item I always get wasn't on the menu anymore but the manager Jamie came to my table and told me not to worry about it, and it was the best I had ever had it. Thank you to all of you for making my night special!
Waitress was great! However, I ordered a bowl with rice on the side and someone else ordered brown rice instead of white rice. Those were the only special requests but both were botched. So, we had to wait while everyone else ate. Mistakes happen so not that big of a deal. The reason I cannot go back is the MUSIC. They had LOUD live music dueling with loud piped in music. SO, we could quite hear either clearly. We were a party of 5 and could not wait to get out of there. We asked a server or hostess if she could have the piped in music turned down but no action. Sad. Our kids really like it there but it’s unbearable! Note: this is the second time the music ruined our dining experience st BB which I imagine is not the intended impact.
I have eaten here many times. Good food consistently. Nice environment. We keep coming back to try something new. Menus is extensive.
Kevin was very good. Lunch specials soup or salad + small entre' is good value. Key lime pie very tasty.
The food was fantastic, but our server was slow and hardly checked up on our table.
