    Marc , the waiter, was beyond excellent! The host and manager were very nice, too. Liked sitting in the patio watching the geese in the pond. My salad was large and delicious!

    Service was bad. At restaurant for 3 hours!!!! Waiter never came back with water, boxes to take food home, etc. Was not a fun Father's Day dinner out. Brought my mom's coconut shrimp out almost 20 mins before the rest of our meals and her fries. By the time our food came out and she got her fries her shrimp were cold. What a disappointment, as Bahama Breeze is one of our favorite places ever!! Also, my husbands Frozen Pineapple drink had no alcohol in it. They brought it out before adding the alcohol and putting the umbrella in it. Expensive price for a fruit juice slushy...

    We were seated within a few minutes.. Consequently we had just made the OT reservation when we were na to get into Texas Roadhouse… We were in a secluded part near the kitchen which was fine .. actually loved hearing the chatter behind the line. Our waitress Hyesha was terrific.. at one point I called her Super Girl !! Food was fast reasonable & drinks were fancy & fun!! I complimented the manager on the way out! They ran like a well oiled machine for a crowded Saturday night !!

    We told the waiter we had tickets to the movies and he said he’ll get the food out fast ! It was amazing how fast we got our drinks , appetizers abs food for 4 people! The food was outstanding as usual ! Keep up the great customer service and the chefs at the King of Prussia location !! Oh great drinks too !!

    Awesome atmosphere! Great hostess! Good food! With all of life’s responsibilities, it is quite difficult for us to get together more often, so it was pretty awesome that they allowed for us to stay & chat, until the last staff member left for the night.

    Service could have been more attentive especially considering how empty the restaurant was. The meals did come on time and we’re flavorful. But I like to have water with my meal and server never came back to check on refills.

    Salmon and jerk chicken were dry and had little flavor. Drinks were not good and took forever to get made. Our wait staff was excellent and the atmosphere is fun but not worth the money.

    We had 2 great meals last night. The coconut shrimp and pineapple shrimp were both very good. We also had 2 drinks. Our server was attentive and nice. Always a fun time there!

    We were seated immediately and our server came right over. Drinks and appetizers were ordered and promptly brought out. Our food was very tasteful and also came out warm and fast. No complaints during our visit.

    Drink orders came out wrong twice. Chicken tasted like rubber, Wendy’a nuggets are better. Asked the server to tell me about one of the menu items, he replied ‘What about it… ? No description of the dish or recommendation to select it.
