Bran was a fantastic waitress and made everything right. Our appetizer came out cold and missing food and we never got our salads. She did remove them from the bill and had a high level of customer service. Only complaint is really about the food.
It was mother’s day and they greatly overbooked. We had a 6:00pm reservation and didn’t get seated until after 7:00 pm. We were there for almost 3 1/2 hours.
Seated 45-60 after reservation time. Restaurant was overbooked and understaffed for the evening. Kitchen and bar were out of several items we wanted to order. Bar served a glass of Merlot with lipstick from previous customer still on it- clearly not washed between uses.
Would not return again and would discourage anyone who asked from going.
In the plus side, we enjoyed the food we ordered. Waitstaff was pleasant but management did not seem prepared for a busy evening. Still behind schedule when we left 2:30 after reservation time.
Had reservation at 5:45 but didn’t get seated until 6:35. Took 15 minutes for server. Another 15 minutes to get drinks and we’re told the bar blender broke so they couldn’t make frozen drinks. And we didn’t get straws. After waiting 35 minutes for our food we were informed the kitchen was backed up and our food wouldn’t start to be prepared for another hour. We paid for the drinks we did get and left.
This was the worst dining experience imaginable, it ruined a good portion of Mother’s Day with my 4 young kids. Our reservation was at 5:45, we were seated around 6:45. It seemed like a bad sign when we saw a pile up of food waiting to go to the tables...who knows how long it was sitting there. It seemed overbooked and absolutely no one came to our table for about 20 mins and we had to ask someone to please have a waiter come to our table. Given how busy they were, I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but we ordered drinks and 20 mins later they told us their frozen drink maker broke and they ran out of milk. Ok, I’ll take water. Still no one even brought us water, utensils or napkins and by this point we were seated for an hour...completely unacceptable. So at 7:45, we walked out with screaming hungry kids and parents. It was a huge waste of time and I regret even going there. We will never go to Bahama Breeze again.
We waited 15-20 mins to be seated. when we finally were seated we must have waited an hour to get our food. Kitchen was completely backed up. I also purchased a Bahama Breeze e card early in the day so that i could use that easier than paying with my credit card -- the restaurant couldn't process it - so i ended up buying an ecard and charging my meal. I am not happy. I called manager, he was to get back to me but never did.
First time at Bahama Breeze and it definitely won’t be my last. Great atmosphere and even better food and drinks.
The food was really good as always. Our waiter Tyler was so sweet. He reminded me of my nephew making sure everything was to our satisfaction. I gave him a great big hug.
Excellent service, great food. We went on Mothers Day and the service was great even though they were busy.
As usual, the Bahama Breeze King of Prussia location delivered. We had excellent service and the food was delicious. Even though it was Mother’s Day, my party of five’s experience was top-notch.
morhers day lunch, they were overwhelmed!
The service at Bahama Breeze was very poor - it took awhile for our server to get to our table, our drinks to be brought out, and then once our food was delivered mine came out cold and without the side dish. It seemed like everyone around us was having the same poor service. Very disappointing.
Our server, Hilton was amazing. He provided updates on our order frequently. He advised us when our order was taken that because they were so busy it was going to take approx 30 mins to receive our entrees.
Very busy/crowded restaurant; however there were multiple graduations being celebrated and it was Mother's Day weekend. I appreciate that I was able to make reservations online, and when our party increased they were able to accommodate us with only a few min wait. The service was great, our waiter was very attentive even though I'm sure he had a lot of other patrons to attend to. I was not impressed with the food, although it was good it was not anything I would rave about. I would definitely gives this restaurant another chance, maybe on a not so busy day the food may be better.
So glad we had a reservation. It was packed with graduation celebrations. We first got seated outside, which we thought would be fun but the steel drums while fun were so loud we couldn’t hear each other. They graciously moved us to a quieter spot inside! Had to wait a long time for our meal but once it arrived the waiter was more attentive. The food and drinks were excellent.
Awesome food, outstanding drinks and great beach feel with Music!
My husband and I ate here for our anniversary. The food was good but the service wasnt the greatest. They arent very organized. Servers kept taking food and drink orders to the wrong table and werent sure who ordered it. Id suggest the manager have a sit down and come up with a better way to keep track of what table ordered what. If this were different i would have rated better. Good luck!
Excellent overall experience. Not much more to say after this
Great food, prices were reasonably good, attentive server, noise level was little higher than usual
Everything was pretty great! My real only complaint was that my college student ordered a drink where he would get the glass it cane in too but one was not given to us and we had s large party so we forgot to ask for it. He was Ted it for his apartment. Oh well!
Our waiter was outstanding! Unfortunately I do forget her name but, she was nice and attentive. We had a number of foods on the menu and it and it was worth every penny! We will be back to this establishment
First time in years getting to go to Bahama Breeze. I had an ahi tuna salad, glass of red wine and an incredible coconut cake, coconut toasted flakes, roasted pineapple and coconut ice cream dessert in a fun coconut half. I enjoyed the meal and my waitress was excellent- attentive and courteous without being intrusive. The best was the dessert-could you tell from my in-depth description? If so could have kicked the bowl in public I would have done so:). I will return next time I am in the area.
Love this place but this time around I had slow service (wasn’t that packed) and on top of it my chicken came out burned. By the time my food came out the 2nd time around everyone else was done so I just took it to go.
Courtney, our waitress, and Terence, the host who sat us, were phenomenal! They made our experience much more rewarding as they were so kind. The food was delicious and there was no wait! Awesome!
We were seated on the patio (which was great for us). After we were seated a waitress came over and said "Who seated you all here? This section is closed. Just wait, I need to talk to someone about this." We waited 10 minutes for her to come back and take our drink and appetizer order. About 20 minutes later (still no drinks), a "new" waitress came over and asked for our drink order. I explained we already ordered once with the "old" waitress and she said the order wasn't in. We gave her the new order and waited 15 minutes for our drinks. Apps came out, we had no napkins or silverware, that took another 10 minutes. Our food took an hour to arrive and although the food wasn't bad, it was expensive for what it was. When we got the bill they had charged us for the order from the "old" waitress and the "new" waitress. It took another 10 minutes for her to fix that mistake. It appeared that the entire waitstaff was confused because every order that came out, they had to search for the table it belonged to.
We will NOT be back. $250 for 6 people of glorified fastfood that was anything but fast! Over 1 hour and 40 minutes...
Service was incredibly slow. Kitchen and waitstaff were completely overwhelmed.
Lost good. Sorry, but no other way to say it. Very mediocre.
Bahama Breeze is always an excellent choice. Wonderful service and amazing food.
It was my son’s birthday. He loves Bahama Breeze so we decided to take him there. The waiter was great.
I ordered the Jamaican Jerk Chicken and Pasta as well as Calamari. The calamari was rubbery and tasteless. When I think of jerk chicken, I think of somewhat spicy barbecued chicken. I thought the chicken would have had a similar taste; however it was bland and tasted more like it was boiled or reheated chicken. The pasta seemed overcooked. I did not send it back because I did not want to wait. The service was slow and my son had gotten his meal already. I would not return or recommend this restaurant.
On Saturday night, my husband and I decided to go out for an impromptu dinner. We lucked out and got a reservation and had Mallory P. as our server. She was very bubbly, suggested some good drinks and other items, and was just all out awesome. I even mentioned to the manager that we were very pleased with our service. Our food was very tasty, too.
The food was good as always and the waitress who served us was absolutely wonderful. She was very energetic and positive and conversational without being too too much. It was an awesome experience
Half price appetizers and drinks for happy hour... absolutely delicious at a price that cannot be beat
The food there is always consistently good. The music is fun and gets you moving in your seat. Definitely sets that Caribbean vibe. Getting seats without reservations always seems to take a while and it's always busy, even when it's a party of 2. The kitchen is verrrryyyyy slow. The bar too! I've only ever been there twice and both times we either got our food hours after being seated or food we ordered never came out. The wait staff is always pleasant none the less. They have a great deal of patience and really work hard to get you situated. They're also open much later than a lot of restaurants which is nice.
Went for lunch. Seated immediately. Pleasant staff. Made a nice accommodation that they didnt have to do
Main course was great, but our appetizer came out after our meals was eaten. We had asked for it twice. Appetizer was sent back because it was still frozen inside. My daughter never received silverware for her meal. I’ve had great experiences here previously but this past time I feel that the service from the waitress was lacking. Hope it’s better next time. 😕
Our waitress Maria was very nice and friendly. We had a great time, food and drinks were amazing. I highly reccomend this restaurant. I can’t imagine how much better it would be out on their deck area!
My wife and I went there for the first time. She ordered the Salmon and I the steak. She said her food was excellent! Unfortunately, my steak was a bit gristly and chewy. I could not finish it as the last piece was all gristle. We will most likely go again and I will most likely order another item. But steak is my favorite and I was very disappointed in it. Hoping for a better outcome next time.
