The menu giving to my had food jammed on the pages which was disgusting. The food was good but came out warm and not very hot.
Not happy with the service at all.
First time and last visit.
The waitress was attentive and very helpful in getting our order to us quickly because we had an appointment.
My only complaint was I had a reservation for 7pm was there at 650 only to be told we had to wait in a long line the consisted of walk ins and reservations. The wait in line was 20 mins long , we didn’t check in until 720 pm for a 7 pm. Reservation then we was given a beeper and was told we had an additional 20 min wait we were not seated until 740 pm. I think there should have been a different line for reservations otherwise wise the service was very good.
Despite the fact that I made Reservations for Mother’s Day 2019, the hostess still attempted to make me stand in a 40 min. line with walk-ins that lead out the door in the heat.
I had my 80 year old grandmother with me. The treatment was not right or fair. We left and went to a lovely restaurant 10 mins away. Their unprofessional behavior, Turned out to be a blessing.
Made reservation. Still wanted 45 minutes to check in and over an hour to be seated
This place did not honor this reservation. We still had to wait an additional 2 and a half hours. The service was just as poor as it can get. Never going back.
Great service. It's was mother's day and it was packed. But we waited no more than 5 minutes to be seated.
We visited on Mother’s Day. Glad we had reservations, we only had to wait about 20 minutes to be seated.
The place was soooo hot, the restaurant had problems with the AC. Our server told us it was hot since Saturday. Throughout our time there you have to keep fanning yourselves from how hot is was, makes you not want to eat because of the heat.
The food itself was good, everything came out hot and fresh.
After our meal, my young daughter and I visited the restroom and she told me there was water on the floor. When I opened the stall door I noticed water coming up from the floor drain at the last stall l. I had to carry my daughter over the water so we don’t step in it - that’s waste (sewage) water. Makes me question their sanitation and maintenance of the restaurant.
I immediately notified the manager and she went to take a look in the bathroom.
Not the most pleasant visit, especially on Mother’s Day
It’s always a good time when I’m here! The food is always delicious and the hostess is always welcoming
Most of the time it's a great Restaurant where the food is good, the service is courteous and their prices are reasonable.
A/C stopped working during dinner and place heated up quickly... uncomfortable dead air so left without dessert or coffee.
Service was great and I love going to Bahama Breeze!
Our server Tiffany was outstanding!! We made our reservation on Open Table and as always everything was perfect. Even though Bahama Breeze acccepts reservations directly we always use Open Table when ever we can and we have never been disappointed.
Bahama Breeze is one of our favorite restaurants and our grandchildren love the food. Our family favorite is the lobster & shrimp pasta and we usually order two orders and appetizers and the chocolate lava cake is awesome. The only thing missing are some special after dinner coffee drinks
I have been to this Bahama Breeze on several occasions. It has a lively atmosphere, especially on weekends and special holidays....I had gone there on Cinco de Mayo, and it was a Sunday evening. The music was lively. It was full, but my table was ready at 6pm, as I had also pre-reserved it, usually I just walk in and the wait time isn't very long. The food was good, service and the drinks also.
It was nice but it was super hot in Thea restaurant almost like eating outside.
We usually enjoy Bahama Breeze, however, tonight there were some large groups so the noise level was very high and many small children were running around in the restaurant. It wasn’t our best experience there.
The service was awesome (Michael) the food was delicious but the drinks weren’t good.
It was awesome!!!
The food was good the waiter was good
Wonderful service, drinks and food were amazing as usual; my family and I enjoyed ourselves. Also, my little brother enjoyed his 18th birthday dinner. Thank you!!!
Watch your check. When we looked at it, the waitress had charged for a top shelf drink when it wasn't ordered. We spoke to the manager who was very apologetic. He thanked us for the opportunity to have a training session with the new waitress.
So noixy in there that you can't have a conversation at your own table; food was so disappointing -- my coconut shrimp was hard - my husband's Paella was dry and had no taste.
The food was good but the noise was Very loud. We were with our adult kids and grand kids and we could not hear anyone at our table. It was at 6pm on a Friday night and the restaurant was not very busy.
2 things I liked: music outside was really nice, and making a reservation and being seated right away is the only reason I gave this location a 2 star rating. Waiter was really not very attentive with us. We ordered the mama hooch drink which brings 3 different drinks. Apparently they ran out of the one love drink and the waiter just decided to bring us another type of drink without asking if that was ok. Food took forever to come out and wasn't very good. Bland is the word I would use 2 describe my food. The topper was when the waiter came back with my check, didn't make any eye contact, no thank you for coming, nothing! Just handed me the check and left. So definitely not coming back to this location.
This used to be my favorite spot. Unfortunately the service is terrible and this has nothing to do with the wait time. It’s more of the servers , I have been there on two separate occasions and both bad service and long waits for drinks and food.
The food was great but the server’s attitude was very cold. I don’t know if that’s his demeanor or he just wasn’t feeling it but needed to work.
Great place and ambiance! We took my mom here for her birthday on a Friday night. We were able to book a reservation with Open Table and were seated immediately. Our waitress was kind, attentive and made the night special for my mom.
I am really grateful for this service and all the people involved to make it happen.
I visit this Restaurant all the time but this time the food was horrible. We had a party of 3 and we order 1 Fried Lobster and 2 Paellas. The Fried Lobster was over cooked and they had breaded the entire tails including the shells (REAL BAD). The paellas rice was not dry as usual. Everyone in my group was very displeased.
Very good, as usual. My reservation got messed up but they seated us right away, however I had requested to be sat outside but there was nothing available for 45+ minutes, so we sat inside.
My food was wrong and it wasn’t hot. Asparagus tasted old.
Destiny was great! Constant attention!
We had a reservation for 8pm, we arrived at 745pm and requested to be seated outside, the hostess acknowledged by informing me that the reservation would guarantee outside seating, at about 820pm my wife goes back in and asks how much longer of a wait to which she was informed they were clearing a booth, when she asked about seating outside they said there was never a request or outside seating, but the wait would be much longer since they just sat a group of 10 outside. We then asked to speak to a manager to which the hostess named Brandy said “ohhh that’s scary” and then suddenly there was a table outside being cleaned for us, at 840 we were still waiting to be seated at the table, 845pm we are called to be directed to the table and when we get to the table it STILL HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED, in addition the the mounds of trash around the floor of the table, spilled drinks on a couple of the chairs. Once we finally sat down I received an email from OpenTable stating the restaurant indicated I was a no show to the reservation... really??? .... so we move on to ordering drinks and starters, 2 of the beers we ordered were hot, not enough silverware was brought to the table and had to be requested multiple times before more was brought but still not enough for a party of 6, and none of the soft drinks were ever refilled, water was never offered to those who had a cocktail and didn’t want another. Once we concluded our meal we once again asked to speak with a manager and after waiting for 15 minutes we left because no manager ever showed face.
Saturday is not the night to go to Bahama Breeze. It is extremely packed and honestly a reservation serves no purpose. The food was ok and I don't know if it was because the restaurant was so crowded, but it's much better when u go during lunch time. I think my waitress was overwhelmed because it took her a lil while to get drinks and things. I had to ask her several times for my second drink that ended up coming once everything was done and it was time to go. I know BB can have better food and service because I've experienced it before, it's just that on a night as crowded as Saturday, don't look for quality service and food.
Excellent and fast service! Will be returning soon!
I've been going to Bahama breeze for the past 16 years , but recently its no longer the same ,the service , the food ,the server . the management needs to work on improving the food quality and the staff . bahama breez still remain my favorite but it needs improvement.
I really enjoyed the food in this place. The service could have been a bit faster but the food was delicious, so I wasn’t bothered by the slow service. I had the salmon salad it was very delicious and the calamari was crispy and so tasty.
Made reservations. Arrived on time, but told to wait 10 min. After waiting 30 min, talked to a manager. Seated 15 min before a server came.
