    6 of us. Everyone seemed happy with their meals. My wife was disappointed in the portion of salmon and broccoli that she received.

    I felt like this restaurant is becoming like a Walmart.  Our waitress told us to order our drinks and appetizers on the kiosk that is light on the table and we’re ready to order dinner. We could let her know.  Our drinks that we ordered took forever to come out, which was blamed on the bartender supposedly  Not sure about you, but when you go out to eat, do you want to have service you want to be waited on for the entire meal especially when you’re paying the prices that restaurants are charging these days.   I can go through a drive-through and order my own food  through a kiosk.  I’m very disappointed  If this is the direction this restaurant is headed.

    The waitress was rude and very slow . My side salad didn’t come out until my entree. Then when I asked her to take it off my ticket she got upset . Waited a very long time to get my food . People that came in after us got their food before us . Bad service

    The thing that I live and hate about BB is that the experience varies based on the staff for the day/night. You could dine one evening and the food and server are both amazing. The food if fresh, hot, and cooked to perfection. Then, you will have an experience like today…where the server is just ok and the food is overcooked, dry, and/or burnt! Sadly, it’s really hit and miss!

    Busy and chaotic, ladies bathroom was a mess, tile floors wet and dangerous, food lukewarm but did not bother to say anything as did not want to wait, bizarre checkout system at table but could not find server for printout of receipt and 2 other servers said they could not help, oh well looks like I will choose another restaurant in that area next time

    Better than we expected. Just a last minute decision to try a new place. Interesting food with some different spices. Good service. It’s an Applebees, Outback kind of place.

    If you’re trying to have a good time on the cheap, this is your place. If you want a good meal, that includes seafood, no, sir, no ma’am. I had the lobster and shrimp linguine, and something told me not to get it and I should not have. The sauce was runny and bland. The last to taste it fake, and the shrimp was barely cooked. The firecracker shrimp, which was fried was good, but my sister had a good time for her birthday and that’s what matters most.

    Everything we ordered was amazing! The Coconut Shrimp appetizer, Jerk Wings, the Blackened Mahi-Mahi tacos, a Pina Colada- ALL perfect! Our waitress was so good!! A perfect experience!!

    We had a reservation, which was respected. We had to wait 5 minutes after the time of the reservation. Waitress prompt to come and bring our drinks, orders, or anything else needed. I ordered churrasco. I asked for the chimichurri to be on the side, which didn't happen. They took my plate back, scraped it he chimichurri, flipped the churrasco, and put the chimichurri on the side. The handle of the steak knife came back greasy. Other than that, food was delicious, drinks were spectacular, waitress amazing.

    The food was good I got the pineapple chicken rice bowl I feel like it should’ve been served with something else cause it’s too much flavor for just that one dish. Our waitress was the worst. She set our drinks on the edge of the table where no one was sitting. She didn’t make eye contact her whole demeanor was I really don’t wanna be y’all server. So, maybe it’s just her personality, right? Wrong! I watched her with the other guests around us and she went over and above for them, set each person drink in front of them, suggested things to try. She over charged our ticket then got an attitude when we told her she had too many drinks on it. That was my husband 1st time eating there. And, her service made him say he will never return.

    We have not been to Bahama Breeze in a while. Totally enjoyed the food and drink and our waitress was very enjoyable and paid attention to our needs. We had several appetizers and the entrees were large and tasty.

    The atmosphere is always nice. There was a terrible storm which forced everyone inside but the manager handled it perfectly. The food and drinks were great.

    Host was very nice and took us to our table. Our waiter Ivan was a bit overwhelmed with numerous large tables. He told us that when he passed by our table. We understood and was fine waiting. He then took our order. When my daughter gave her order, he told he was not finished writing my order. We never had anyone said that. We had small plate guac. the menu said it comes with tortilla and plantain chips. Ours didn't have the plantain chips. We asked him can we get some. We said yes but we never got it. There was only one silverware at our table. We had to wait for another one. The soup came, no spoon, we had to ask for that. We ordered blackened fish tacos but it was the vegetarian black bean taco, it had so much topping on top of it, didn't realize until we ate a bite. We couldn't get attention to take it back. He did stopped at our table and told him and he wanted to make it right, so he brought us side of fruit. The salmon was ok. It was not wow. This was not a good dining experience from all our time dining here. Overall, Ivan was polite and professional. He did his very best under the circumstances. There were a lot of big tables he had to handle. This is definitely an 'off' night, since we had excellent experiences in the past. We will not go again on a weekend night.
