Food was not as good as when we previously went a few years ago. Reserved a table but still had to wait because the seater was having trouble keep up. Other staff had to come out and help.

My first time visiting this restaurant, and I will never return. We had a reservation for 6:45 PM, and I was seated immediately, which was good. Our server’s name was Marquan. We asked for Jamaican jerk wings, and they brought them out in a to-go box. We was confused, until the server stated they accidentally put our wings in the to-go container. We said that’s fine, we would eat them from the container. We ordered drinks, but they had absolutely no alcohol in them. We placed our order, and after 30 minutes of waiting, the server stated that they accidentally gave our food to another party. We had to wait 15 additional minutes to get the ticket. I took my boyfriend here on a date, and I am disappointed in their service. They gave me 25% off, but I was upset. I kept apologizing to my boyfriend. Very embarrassing.

The food wasn’t to our liking but the service was amazing. Even though we didn’t care for our meals, they were willing to make it right and we loved the drinks! I’d go back for the drinks and that’s about it. But because of the service and staff being so friendly and amazing, it’s highly recommended because you can’t get that at too many places!

I intended on having a nice quiet Valentine dinner with my wife but quite it was not. Then the old guy started playing the guitar and singing right in front of us. So much for the romantic dinner I was hoping for. At this time not sure if I’ll ever return and definitely won’t return for a special occasion.

Food is always outstanding. Service is excellent with friendly knowledgeable staff. Leeanthony was our server has been our server in the past as well as last night; courteous and friendly. Highly recommend this location. We are moving to Hernando and wish there was one closer to us.

Ate here on Christmas Eve. The had a broken pipe (from frigid weather) spraying water all over their enclosed patio area. It did not stop them from providing excellent service & great food. Definitely will come back!!

Two of us ordered a favorite..the chicken pasta, and both came out barely warm. Our server brought us some additional sauce, but that didn’t help because the pasta was so cold. Our server was very nice, but never offered any adjustment at all. Food coming out of the kitchen that is not hot is never acceptable!

Everything about my experience was great!! The server Niya was excellent. She was able to take care of my entire party without missing a beat. She was nice, courteous, friendly, fast, and has great customer service skills. Not mention the food was hot, fresh, beautifully plated. I also noticed that all the other severs and managers all had an upbeat attitude. Thank you Bahama Breeze staff!!

Outstanding all category. Mia was fantastic. She was super attentive , great attitude and friendly. The musician was in front of our booth. He was awesome. Enjoy the evening immensely. Food was high quality, tasty and generous. Non Alcohol drinks were amazing.

Huge shout out to Sydnie. She was the most amazing server, highly professional, bubbly, knowledgeable, friendly, engaging and enthusiastic. She really valued us and made our time there extra special. She was caring when one of our elderly friends food item was a bit spicy to her taste. She offered to get her another item. My friend said it was not necessary. She then took the item off her ticket. It was not expected but truly a nice gesture. We were all appreciative with her act of kindness. The food and non-alcohol cocktails were delicious. We had a great time.
