Food was awful
Amazing Service, Food was delicious, everything was clean and inviting. Great experience I treated my husband for his Birthday and we had an amazing experience and we'll definitely be returning!
Warm dry spicy Cole slaw? No ty.
Drinks were great! Salad was good. Tacos were yummy. Coconut shrimp was good. Could have sold more drinks had the waiter checked in more often. He was new.
The food was delicious, service excellent and expedient.
Food was hot and better than any time I've dined. Would have liked more than three pieces of asparagus.
Zack the manager and Jose our waiter were fantastic, it was my youngest sons 15th birthday and they made him a excellent dessert 👍🏽
They had great food and service. The singer wasn't too loud.
Great atmosphere, great food. We had a reservation but didn’t get our table for 40 minutes- other than that it was great.
The food and drinks are great. The staff works hard to make your experience great. They play loud music so not the best place to have a deep conversation but the music does add the Caribbean effect.
We were sitting on the patio and half way through our meal we had two large families join the patio with is. Their kids were loud and horribly behaved, which made us end our night short because we couldn't even hear each other talk, and were getting frustrated. I know this wasnt bahama breeze's fault, but still could have been dealt with.
Thank you to the staff
Came here for my birthday dinner. Had a great time and enjoyed great food
Got seated right away, but ended up leaving after 20 minutes as no wait staff acknowledged our table at all. No waters served, no drink orders taken, even after alerting staff we had not been waited on.
1st time there. Food was just ok-not bad just ordinary. Loud in the atrium area. Biggest disappointment was the service-felt rushed from the moment we walked in. Waitress kept coming back even before we had a chance to get settled or look at menu then she’d forget some of the drinks. Took several requests to get a glass of water. Servers brought out apps and food but weren’t very organized.
The atmosphere is great, I love the décor. The food is excellent. We must have hit a bad night for the 7 of us dining because there was a party of 8 or so celebrating a birthday who were having a really good time .. maybe too good of a time. They were very loud and very distracting. The other side of the restaurant there was a couple women and 2-3 young children, who were out of control, screaming, and very loud. I can't totally blame the children, because the parenting skills were non-existent. Made for a miserable end to our evening. We left early instead of staying to chat with each other because of both of them.
Very badd service I did reservation 3 days ago for Father's Day when I go there I wait one hour and 7 minute my food doesn't come nobody pay attention to us we left me and my husband my son I'm not gann go there again thank you
Great food and service!
The food was amazing! The service was even better!
Fathers Day. Plenary of space. Food was quick and delicious. Service was fast.
Food was great. Service was bad. The servant wasn't friendly at all
I have been to this Location before. I could tell that there were new staff but overall everything was very nice and I'll definitely be back.
Rice was cold and fish was over cooked and dry . Prices were good but would gladly pay more for a better dinner
We got sat in an area with a big party that was screaming so loud that I couldn’t even talk to the person next to me. We were there for an anniversary dinner and upon multiple guests going to the front desk complaining about the party we just kept being told that they were leaving soon and no one actually went to the party to try and calm the situation. Our waitress was great but the atmosphere and management would make me second guess going there again.
If you like dinner and drinks surrounded by very loud music and mediocre service then this is the place. If you enjoy dinner and conversation with friends or family stay away. The noise level is extreme and uncomfortable.
I waitress Ashley did a very good job. The food was good. A little slow for the alcoholic beverages other than that things was good.
I love the atmosphere here. Good is good but portions are small. Shrimp tacos had a sing shrimp cut length wise and laid out on the taco. Seriously? It was tasty though. Deserts though are awesome. Some of the best in chain restaurants. Service is a tad slow but that’s the whole Caribbean vibe. We like to go back for atmosphere mostly.
Very good service by server Simon! Food was excellent and hot! Will be returning l!
The wait staff was lack luster, the food was overpriced, and I don’t plan to return. A group of friends got together to celebrate our friend and the restaurant wasn’t accommodating to my request of sitting in a particular pet of the restaurant even with 24 hours notice nor did they apologize for not being able to accommodate. The food, honestly, just isn’t worth the price. Not to say that Bahama Breeze is “pricey” because it’s not, but the quality of the food does not reflect the price point. I’m just not impressed in the slightest. :/
This was our favourite meal of our holiday. The hospitality was exceptional and the food was amazing
The waitress was really bad. She brought me the wrong wine, the wrong appetizer, had to wait 10 min for ranch dressing after asking twice and then over charged for a side salad and then said her supervisor told her how to key it in. The food was good but the service was pretty lousy.
We found a hair in my wife’s drink..... you gotta be better than that.
Being vegan I didn’t go here expecting there to be a lot of options for me, however they used to have jackfruit tacos that with a few substitutions could be vegan. When I just went the other day I was told they no longer had those on the menu which was disappointing. Then the waiter suggested the black bean burger, when I asked if it had milk or eggs the waiter left and returned saying “we don’t think so?” So as someone having a dairy allergy, that wasn’t really reassuring. I also assumed it must just be frozen if they don’t know what ingredients go into making it. Other than that our waiter was nice. But two other people brought our food out (before everyone was done eating their salads). When someone in my party mentioned they were kind of rushing, one of the chefs I’m assuming said “well do you want us to take it back?” Needless to say, I’m not going back here nor will I ever recommend it to anyone. The whole experience just wasn’t pleasant.
Our server was awesome! It was a bit loud but it’s dinner time so that was expected
We haven’t been in awhile and decided to go for my birthday. I remember why we haven’t been in awhile- the music is so loud! Last time we asked if it could be turned down a little and the manager said it’s a party! We like it loud! Our food was good- drinks were so-so.
The food was not delivered as ordered. The server never came back to see how things were. Someone st the table actually went to the bar to get a refill on her water.
Reservation was a joke. I had reservations for 5pm. Arrived at 4:45pm and didn’t get seated till 6:15 after repeatedly asking band complaining. Food was good and good value, but not worth the wait and the hassle. Won’t be back again...
Great food. We had reservations and were sat within 15 min of arrival on Mother's Day. The service was a bit slow this day, but was expected and the staff were really nice. The Rum Raid was a mixed drink sample of 8 different rum cocktails that were made perfectly and garnished just like the regular sized. Definitely going back
First time going. Had a reservation for 6 arrived shortly before and still waited about 20 minutes before being seated. We were put in the area by the windows. It was cold, and nasty looking. The window seals were disgusting. The chairs were too high to accommodate a short person as I am. I asked to be relocated if possible. I was first given attitude by the waitress, telling us we would have to go back up to the front and asked to be moved and possibly wait again. I asked her couldn't she just check, finally she did and we were moved inside. Which was better. The food was ok, I had better but the fire shrimp were good as ... Well and the pineapple drink was very good. I also ordered jerk wings to go they were good as well.
