From the Time we walked in the door until we left our dining experience was great! We were there for family dinner and we all enjoyed it. Our server was Thomas and he was awesome, he came and checked on us. He asked about our food, he was on point. We didn’t have to ask him for anything. The managers even came out to our table and asked how we were doing, the overall experience and customer service was awesome !

We had a reservation for 6 for a birthday and when we arrived we were expected to have two of our party sit behind us. The manager attempted to justify it with a party of 12 being sat separately, but they were six to a table. She wouldn’t accommodate us in any way and while my server was amazing I will NEVER return to patronize such a poorly run location. They didn’t deserve my money that night but we were on a schedule.
Our waiter was EXCELLENT! I think his name was Troy. Great guy!
Had dinner at Bahama Breeze to celebrate my daughters birthday. Food was very good. Our waitress was awesome. Just a couple comments: when seating a group of 4 - that are around 6 ft tall. A booth is probably not a good choice as there isn’t much arm or leg room. I made reservations in order to hopefully have a nice table - not a small booth away from the aesthetically pleasing decor such as the palm trees or tropical decor. The reservation also asked if it was a special occasion. When marking yes, there is an assumption that this means something. Apparently not.

Food was good, was not very busy but service was a bit slow. Meal was served and had to wait 10 for my plantains. A waiter (gentleman) was being very loud, unprofessional and annoying.
It’s was gnats flying around and did not accommodate our seating change request . It’s was super cold barley could enjoy our food

I made reservations for a table of six. I know covid 19 virus is here and we have guidelines we must follow. They sit our group at two different tables. We could not even talk to each other. You should inform people if you cannot sit a group together. The service was not
good. The waiter did not come back and find if we wanted anything esle.
I’ve been to Bahama Breeze occasionally over the years, and I still enjoy it. It was my first indoor restaurant visit since COVID-19 had shut everything down in March. The service was friendly, very fast, delicious food and drinks, and proper spacing with empty tables between customers. I felt very comfortable and I’d go back.
The menu has changed in that the food is no longer prepared the way it was. I won’t be going back even though I’ve been going to Bahama Breeze’s since the 1990’s

We were able to get a reservation for four on a Saturday night 30 minutes prior to our reservation time. The social distancing was great and made for a relaxing evening. Our waiter was top notch and the food was delicious. We will be coming back.

It was my birthday dinner and I had a reservation for 12 at 7:30. My party was seated an hour and half later however, we were seated separately despite being the same party.
I haven’t been here In years. It was ok. Nothing special. Certainly not for the price point. There was no social distancing at all.
