If I could rate the service as less than zero I would have. This is mostly down to waiter and service staff. 15 minutes for silverware after 3 being put out for 8 people. A glass for a beer took another 15 minutes. It took about 30 minutes for my 89 year father to get his drink. Even if it was crowed it seems ridiculous to me that it could take that long to make and deliver a pina colada to the table. When we asked another person who brought the appetisers about the drink, they said that they only bring the orders and didn’t know anything about the drink order. When it got there everyone was on their second drink. When we got most of our dinner orders came one came came out 15 minutes later than the others. When I asked the waiter where the entree was he said, he didn’t know he put the orders in at the same time. Usually at restaurants the entrees are either held until all are ready or brought relatively around the same time. Again, back to my dad. He’d only ordered soup. 20 minutes later, and I not exaggerating, the soup hadn’t arrived. Several of us tried to wave down one of the 4 servers standing and talking not too far from us, with no results. I then calmly walked up to the hostess at the far end of the restaurant, there were 3 servers standing who were not working at the moment and explained to them the soup was missing. There is no way it could take 30 minutes to serve out soup and let it sit for 30 minutes before bringing it suddenly, three people went looking fir the soup.
Someone came out and ask us what the problems were he listened, apologised and told us our desserts would be on the house. Three desserts were in no way making up for the lousy service we had. Please avoid this restaurant!

I went to Bahama Breeze for my birthday dinner. The place was really busy and noisy. I don’t mind that but if you are looking for a quiet dinner this is not the place for you. Our waitress Tyra was awesome! She made my birthday extra special. Food was delicious!
Food was undercooked. Shrimp and chicken tasted boiled.

The food was not great it was ok ordered fries and they came undercooked.
The kitchen didn't read our order and as a result one meal had to go back and another was not cooked as ordered according to the check.

Horrible. Had been a few years since here last Front desk staff acted as if she had no idea what was going on and kept zoning out, asked me my name literally 4 times when trying to check in for our reservation. Extremely slow service, took a full hour to receive our food. They forgot our drinks and we had to ask for them after 30 mins of waiting. Food was mediocre at best. Servers were nice, but not as attentive as they should have been. This place is certainly not what it used to be. Will not return.
Me and my husband will definitely go back, I just love the whole vibe of the restaurant.

I was very disappointed in my visit. The service was terrible. We waited over 20 minutes for our drinks. No silverware or napkins even when the appetizer was delivered which took 1/2 hour and then another 25 minutes for our meal. We needed cheese and they said they only had one for the entire restaurant all the others were broken. I had to go find it myself. Very disappointed!
The server was attentive and especially helpful with our toddler which is a huge thing for us because most servers are intolerant to little ones. Food was great we love coming here
I would like to compare this places to Friday’s. Basic at its finest. In my OpenTable reservation I asked for a high chair. Why? Bc I have a 8mo fully capable of sitting up on his own and enjoys observing his surroundings. When we get there the check in girl says how I didn’t mention I had a baby bc we rolled the stroller in… okay whatever. Moving on, we sat down at 7 and didn’t receive any food, just drinks, until 8:10. 2 of us did. My husbands food came out 10 mins after. Two plates served were cold and they weren’t supposed to be. My guacamole was below average. It was loud as all get out in there. I won’t even consider curbside.
Took a while for the server to approach us. When we received the bill there was an extra item on there. Server knew and that was disappointing.
Food took a longer than expected amount of time to arrive. When it was delivered to the table, the presentation of the food on the plates was unimpressive. One person in our party ordered the Cuban sandwich. The roll was over toasted and there was entirely too much mustard on the sandwich. In addition, the amount of meat on the sandwich was less than expected.
The seating in the restaurant was cramped and was not the atmosphere that was expected,
The hostess seemed to be either confused or high because she asked us to wait to be seated after we were on time for our reservation. Moved 5 ft away and the see seated two parties before me. When i asked about it she responded by saying she was sending me a text to come back to the desk but i was standing right there. It was weird and felt a bit prejudicial but again this is only my view point. Also the waiter asked if i was just ordering appetizers as if it mattered. I sat down to eat no matter if i wanted soup it shouldn’t determine the attention or care i get from the server or restaurant as a whole. Even my 13 year old niece thought the service wasn’t good. I am just saying 🤷🏾♂️

Well, we made a reservation so we were seated promptly. After we were seated , we waited for almost a half hour before anyone even noticed we were there. The drinks looked nothing like the pictures & tasted sooo strong of liquor. It seems as though they just let anyone work there now. Ghetto young girls. Although the food took so long to get to us, it was good!
Our server Reese was amazing! The food runners were not as gracious and probably should be retrained in customer service.
This place was packed and staff were slipping. It was busy and you can tell by staff, that the shift wasn’t properly conducted. One staff was massaging another staffs shoulders. Get a room! It’s was so loud in the place we couldn’t hear eachother talk and it was the two of us.
I had the Tequila Sunglazed Salmon and it was good. The green breads were hard and tough. Yellow rice was bomb.
Great experience. The waiter Matty or Maddy was awesome and very nice and attentive! We will be going back soon !
Great food n drinks
Entrees took forever to come out. Then when it did come out the rice was very mushy. Thankfully the server was great and took the meal off the bill. I won’t be returning.

The food is always good, but the bathroom room was not up to par. It could have been a lot cleaner. There was ketchup smeared on the stall among other things, and I feel as though the appearance overall could have been a lot more sanitary, especially given our current situation. I also feel they could clean around the window areas as well.
Indigo, our server, was such a joy to meet! It felt as if we had known her for years!!!! We also had the pleasure of meeting Syd; she was extremely pleasant! We will certainly be back 🙃
Get there for Happy Hour from 3-6pm. And always make a reservation on a Friday evening.
