A visit to our house is a unique way to relax and enjoy life's simple pleasures as well as our treasures from the sea. The word Bagatelle comes from the French and means "a trifle or a little nothing", often referring to a light, fun, yet not too serious spring time romance. The French brought their history of fine cuisine and their love of wine to the Caribbean Islands. It is in this tradition that we have combined our French heritage, southern hospitality and the indigenous tastes of the Florida Keys into the meals we prepare today. Our chefs blend the best of our locally caught fresh seafood, fresh produce and delicious tropical fruits for our tropical seafood dishes.

Food was good, but price points were high. I didn't think it was that special for the price point.

The restaurant was busy and understaffed. They needed more waiters. Hard to understand why they don’t have more coffee drinks for brunch. Food was fine. Upstairs has a nice atmosphere.

Very disappointed that the kale Caesar had no kale in it. Fried snapper was ok but veggies were overcooked. When our starters were brought, the soup for one person was missing (group of six) and it took more than five minutes to flag someone down to ask for it. Server was very nice.

This restaurant came highly recommended by some friends. Even though we thought the service was great and we enjoyed the location; but we did not think the food was as good as several other restaurants we have eaten at in town. The lobster Mac appetizer was tasty, but my wife kept asking where the lobster was. Could say much the same about the soup.

Great dining experience. Food, service and ambiance are great. This is one of our favorite spots when we are in Key West, and the newcomers in our group loved it, too. Highly recommended.

We ate on the upstairs porch in the sun, which on a cool day was wonderful! The hearts of palm salad was perfect as was the coconut shrimp.

Went for brunch, food and prices are fantastic. Mimosas slightly pricey, but food prices were great. I wouldn’t suggest going here with a large group. We had 8 for brunch and the server wouldn’t split the check. When we sat down, we asked if the checks could be split and he told us yes. An hour later an interesting comment was made about being too busy (I say interesting due to the way it was made and the tone) and we could split it ourselves. For a nice dining experience and for a table that spent well over $300 at brunch, it’s a shame that management would overload their servers to the point where they are too busy to take 3 minutes to split a check. Our server had no less than 5 tables plus our table of 8. I would return with a smaller group, but certainly wouldn’t with a large group for any reason.
