Bacon Social House Ratings and Reviews
We went to Bacon Social House on recommendation from a friend. Definitely a good brunch spot with a nice patio and lively dining room. Guests waiting for a table packed the hallway and outside!
The service was very good. Coffee was amazing too. Breakfast was good, but not stellar. But I would go back for a good meal.
I did request when I made reservation that this was a birthday for my guest. There was no acknowledgement of that. This was disappointing to me. In the service industry which I have worked in my entire life, I know small gestures can make lifelong customers
We were celebrating my friend's birthday, and he also happened to propose to his fiance on the spot. Not only did the restaurant stop and applaud him, but the staff offered us complimentary glasses of champagne to celebrate the occasion! I cannot recommend the Bacon Social House highly enough; the food is amazing, the service is top notch and the location is quaint, cozy and modern all at the same time. I will definitely be back.
This was our 4th time in 12 days - had to come back for the Portobella Mozz with chicken sandwich again - delicious. My husband tried the Pork Belly sandwich - a very interesting delight. We enjoyed the Pork Belly Donuts with our Margaritas. Now that was fantastic! The restaurant is changing the menu and hours of operation. Grace, again, took care of us. Any time we dine at the Bacon Social House we will request Grace.
Ordered Portobello/Mozz with Chicken - WOW (you have the choice of chicken or bacon). Returning Friday to try it again. Husband ordered the Chili Relleno - very different from the usual overly battered Rellenos....delicious. Side salad is a great accompaniment to any meal. Grace will describe the meal - size/portion - so you an add whatever else you might be interested in. Highly recommend asking for seating in Grace's area. We hope to try everything on the menu!
The service was very good although there was no one there. The downstairs dining room (main) was approximately 30% full and the upstairs dining room was closed. Reservations was 7:00 and they were out of the pork loin so I'm thinking they were out of it before the night started. The food was very good and creative (I would definitely order the gnocchi again) and the restaurant has a fun atmosphere. It's worth a visit.
This was our first time dining at The Bacon Social House - and we loved it. The bacon was delicious - many different seasonings on the bacon - your choice. Cocktails are interesting. Grace took care of us and did a wonderful job - recommended items to try - even suggested our drinks. Very modern interior - upbeat. The food was so good that we will be returning on Friday for their Brunch Menu. We asked that we be seated in Grace's area.
Bacon flight was best part, bbq flavor was the best. Crispy brussel sprouts weren’t all crispy, Chile rellano was and interesting attempt wrapped in phyllo dough sauce was on the side. Chicken sandwich was fairly flavorless. So stick with the House strong suit overall
If you love bacon this is the place for you! We came here with friends for brunch. We ordered the flight of bacon where you get to try different bacon flavors. So yummy! The BBQ flavor was our favorite! Our food took a long time to come out and it was not hot or even warm, so that was disappointing. Aside from that, the flavors were good and portion sizes were reasonable (not over stuffed). The atmosphere was comfortable and inviting. This was a place you want to hang out at on a Sunday morning!
I visited my son and his fiancée in July and they took me here for breakfast. We liked it so much that when we came back for the wedding, we took the whole family. Again, the food was amazing and the wait staff was very accommodating. Also, the assortment of drinks including the mimosa selection and bloody mary varieties were wonderful. Thank you.
Good but not great. I kinda of expected more. The Pros: Billionare Bacon, our server was nice, good ambiance, gluten free menu, really tasty Bloody Mary. Cons: server looked like he had cat hair all over his shirt (in the service industry animal hair all over your uniform - unacceptable - period), even the hostess that looked like she rolled out of bed didn't bother me as much as that, food was good, not great. My GF pancakes were kinda bland, and my husband's huevos Ranchos were kind of middle of the road and was getting cold by the time we got it...which might be because Service was SLOW...
I really wanted to like this place...but we won't be rushing back....
