Catering
Baci’s specializes in catering! We specialize in drop off and full service catering. Please contact us to discuss your catering theme and we will be happy to plan your event. We require a minimum order of $100 for catering. Catering prices mostly based on entree size portions. Pricing will be lower in many cases if ordering is made in the form of platters and chaffers. For example, our pasta and salads are priced as entrees. We can cut both prices per person if you order on platters and chaffers because each plated food portion would be less than ordering Ala carte.

We have been here several times. We have enjoyed the food and its location. On this last occasion, the service staff were short-handed, but despite having to also handle a large party, they served us well. We will go back.

We love Baci's!! We hadn't been there in a few years, but it was such a great experience. Our service was great, as was the food and ambiance.

Service was friendly but slow and distracted. We waited well over 30 minutes for our food. Drink orders were mis-delivered or forgotten. Some people like a VERY dark restaurant but I had trouble seeing my food. The noise level made it hard to converse with a table full of friends but would have been manageable if there were just two of us. Ordering at the bar might have been fun. The salmon was cooked to perfection but veggies on the plate were nearly raw. Sauce wasn't evenly distributed, so pasta seemed dry. The wine list is impressive - lots of interesting choices. The decor is upscale and warm and downtown Pleasanton is great for a stroll after dinner or a drink somewhere. We were seated at a table near the bar so while enjoying my $35 piece of fish I had to try and ignore a giant TV with the "game" glaring a few feet from my face. Classy! Do we HAVE to put a TV behind every bar these days? Anyway - a good meal, not great. Good wine selection. Beautiful decor. Slow but friendly service. Noisy. Hip. Better for a date than a group gathering. Solid 3.

Yes, Valentine's Day is a busy day; however, our experience at this restaurant was terrible, Valentine's or not! We waited 50 min just to get water and even then, we had to ask for a waiter. Then dinner took about 1 hr after ordering to serve. We had a 7:00 reservation, but didn't leave until 9:15. No appetizers or dessert, just the main entree which took forever.
The main issue is that our server was not apologetic in the least nor even seemed to care. Upon entering the restaurant, we were not greeted and had to wait a bit to be seated. upon leaving, same thing. No "goodbye", no "thank you" , etc. Clearly understaffed. One should have known: either get more staff to serve or reduce the number of reservations. The room was packed. Evident more tables than usual were added.
Too bad, because the food is decent; however, we will be back.

Tables set very close and crowded. No intimate or private conversation could possibly be had as you felt you'd be literally rubbing elbows with the couple next to you. Felt more like a community table. Food and service was good, although entrees definitely pricier than some other restaurants.

Called prior to arriving to see if they allowed outside wine bottles and they said yes with $15 corkage fee which is very reasonable. Service was great, food was also excellent. Main dining area has TV's in plain view which can be a distraction to most men, including myself, if sports is on but luckily I date a woman who watches also so it's not a problem.

The service was pleasant but incredibly slow. It was also disappointing that they reported me to OpenTable for no showing my reservations when I just dropped $110 there.

Been to Baci several times and it never ever disappoints. We were a party of 8 on a Saturday night. I had reservations, and our table was ready and waiting. Service was outstanding, thanks to Martìn. Food was, as always, presented well and tasted delicious! This visit was a first for some of my guests, and they were impressed! Thanks Baci for another great time.

Took a special someone to this place about 12 years ago while in college. Wanted to recreate an evening with this special person who became my wife 10 years ago.
Food was ok, service too. Nothing special.
It was a great place the first time but this time we got our food and the check. Not even a smile or a thank you. We don't expect a lot when we eat out, we ordered the filet mignon and the lamb: again, nothing special as far as the quality and the taste. Probably our last time eating there, nothing interesting worth coming back...sorry.
Your waiter was not rude, but cold and borderline stuck-up. No smile, nothing...I rarely do this but I left a tip that was half of what I would have tipped an average waiter.

Great place to enjoy business discussion after a long day. Food was delicious and the noise level conducive to conversation. We arrived a bit late for our reservations, and our table was still there ready for us to be seated. Thank you BACI

Read some of the reviews and should have paid attention. Our food was cold for all four dinners. It seemed as if my dinner had been precooked and heated up in a micro wave, with hard cheese and one part of the plate cold and one part hot. Would describe service as indifferent at best little time with server and no explanation of menu and/or specials.

Will not eat there again.

We picked Baci for a holiday get together with friends. It was the perfect cozy setting. The food was great as always. It's a small place so it fills up quickly, but I prefer that to an empty restaurant on a Saturday night.

We had a very disappointing experience. We had 6:30 reservations. Service was slow. Once we ordered, salads came in an acceptable time but our meals took over an hour and the 3 children were starving. When entrees came they were cold and the halibut order was overcooked. Sevre was not very apologetic for poor service. Will not goi there again.

We were looking forward to an enjoyable dinner. Location is great but that is where it stops. Food was average. Service stunk. I can't remember the last time when we didn't leave at least a 20% tip. It didn't happen this time.
