Food, server and place was great. We needed this night out bad!
We had a wonderful dinner here with an out of town guest. We opted for an outside table on a beautiful night. Excellent service. Amazing appetizers - fried artichokes we’re divine!!! Bacco is one of our favorite places to go as a couple and to take our family and friends.
The calamari was SO good! As were all our entrees- the only negative comment from our party was lack of linen or paper tablecloths. The bare tables feel like a diner. Our server was excellent! We will be back!
The food was delicious but the waiter didn’t hear half of our order so only one of two dishes were brought out. We had to wait a very long time for it to come back and my dish was then room temperature instead of hot.
Great calamari and awesome place for restaurant week.
Came here to try the dine out Boston menu they were offering with my boyfriend. Everything from the food to the service was fantastic! Definitely would recommend and will be back!
The food wasn’t that great and I was expecting more from a restaurant in the North End
The waiter was super helpful, nice and attentive! Definitely plan on going back outside of dine-out week!
We came here for Dine Out Boston. We both started
with the Caesar salad which was very good (wish the dressing was on the side but still good). I had Chicken Piccata and my husband had the Veal Parmigiana and we both liked out entrees a lot. Finished with tiramisu (delicious!) and the mini cannoli. We had decaf coffee to round out the meal. Prices very reasonable even if it wasn’t Dine out Boston. Our waiter was very busy but also very attentive considering the amount of tables he was serving.
The food was delicious and we had parking validated which was key… also the host and hostess were super friendly…we even were entertained with a card trick by the host,(he is adorable) that I’m still trying to figure out… overall we had a great time!
We had a great table near the window over looking the north end. The waiter was friendly and knowledgeable. The food was flavorful and nice portions. Overall a great experience.
Disappointed! We have eaten at Bacco many times before. It quickly became our go to restaurant in the North End. Last night it was very crowded. I had asked for a table by the window in my reservation. We were a party of four and were stuck in the corner. The table had no dinner time table cloth. The table actually felt sticky. On a positive note, our waiter was very good! No menus. You had to look it up on your phone. We tried to order two appetizers. We were told that both selections were out. I ordered the lobster ravioli which I have ordered in the past and it was very good. It used to have a pink sauce. Now it has lots of capers and sliced olives. I wasn’t a fan. I didn’t eat the sauce. We ordered 2 pieces of chocolate cake for desert to share. It came . Instead of being a slice of chocolate cake, it was a tiny round lava cake, barely enough for 1 person. No cream, no ice cream, no berries. The noice level was off the charts also. You could barely have a conversation. It will be awhile before we return.
We went for the Dine Out Boston menu. Highly recommend, absolutely delicious
Great staff and food!
Our waitress was wonderful along with the people at the front to greet you. They went above and beyond to make sure you had everything you needed and wanted
The food was very delicious and plentiful
Definitely recommend if your looking for great food wonderful atmosphere and pleasant wait staff
Delicious and service was as great as the food. Nice night out.
Great food, drinks and service
Most amazing staff who are highly attentive and personable. Felt like I was dining with family!
Bacco is the best restaurant in the north end. Food is amazing
Sat for 20+ minutes without water or a greeting - waiter was unaware we had been assigned to him. Definitely a miscommunication with the hostess but also requested my leftovers in a box and they never came. Overall just frustrating and was a long evening.
We had an early reservation for dinner and sat upstairs by a window. We shared appetizers, including an artichoke dish that was phenomenal.
Main course dishes did not disappoint. Bacco offers fresh, homemade, authentic food!
Great as always!
The staff was friendly and courteous, the service was fantastic. Delicious food in a cozy 2nd floor dining room on a rainy night made for a lovely evening. We were fortunate to be able to get reservations that same day and were seated promptly upon arrival. The dining room was a bit on the "loud" side, but that to me was a sign of a busy restaurant full of boisterous diners. Not a bad thing after the pandemic we just experienced.
This place has the best raviolis in Boston. The service is fantastic, drinks are so delicious, and the dinner/dessert is outstanding! We will be returning VERY frequently from here on out.
I've been coming here for 11 years now, best Italian restaurant in the North End!
The food is always terrific. I love the ambiance. Service was good, though they were busy. I highly recommend this place. I have eaten here dozens of times.
First time, wont be the last time.
Wonderful food and exceptional service - Bacco is consistently excellent every time we dine here
We had 5:00 pm reservations and we were seated promptly at a lovely table upstairs in the corner by the windows.
Our waiter “Juan” was excellent and as was the food.
We highly recommend and look forward to going back for another great dining experience!
Thank you Bacco!
I always get the chicken parm and its delicious every time!
All the meals were amazing and our server was incredible!
First time at Bacco, food was delicious, service was great, window seat was nice and good music. Will definitely go back!
Food and service were very good.
The restaurant was very cold and we needed to ask management to turn on the heat.
The specials for the night were much more intriguing than the regular menu.
Carlos was an excellent server.
Such great food and great customer service
Very good food and amazing service! Seafood pasta and Chicken Piccata were excellent!
Did not have much ambience. The food was OK, nothing extraordinary. The tables, seats were OK, although we were separated from the table next by a plastic curtain, there was not much room left to sit there.
The staff was nice, the prices are really good within the North End. Overall We had a good time.
Such a great date night! We were originally sat near the ice machine, but the host helped us move very easily. The staff were very accommodating and kind. The food was amazing as well! The only down side was the noise level, but that’s to be expected at most places in the North End. Overall fantastic night! We will be back!
Bacco is one of my favorite restaurants in Boston! The food never fails to be amazing!! The espresso martinis are always my go too
nice place to dine in the north end! Fun energy and very good food.
