What a find!!! The restaurant in our hotel was closed for a private event so we hopped on Open Table and found this gem. Exceptional menu and execution, great wine selection, and a proper bartender to keep us entertained. I understand Baccus has been there 23 years; I hope they are for 23 more!

As befitting a top-tier restaurant, everything about Bacchus is excellent -- from the tasty and creative menu offerings, the beautiful presentation, the expert service, and even the quiet, confident ambiance. Everything about our dinner was outstanding. It was on the high end of the local restaurant price range, but the dining excellence was worth it.

There were some new items on the menu, which we really enjoyed. I have the best beef carpaccio I’ve ever had and the seared scallops were wonderful! Our waiter Derek was terrific.

Wonderful menu with creative twists that were a culinary delight! While we don't live here, I would definitely go again. This is the kind of place I feel like I'd have to try everything on the menu. We had the Beef Carpaccio, Ahi Tuna and Lobster Bisque. So good!
