Very creative cuisine. Everything was very tasty
Great apps. Great wine. Great waitress. Will be returning for brunch.
I had the crab cake..it was just okay..I felt like it had too much filler. The best part of my meal was the dessert.
Fabian is always wonderful and inviting. Great service today and every time I go. Thank you!
Extraordinary food, great service, comfortable atmosphere, overall quite friendly, a memorable experience.
The food was mediocre and overpriced.
It is convenient to the Studio Theater.
Perfect place for any occasion! I’ve been here multiple times and I always leave beyond pleased with the food, atmosphere, and especially the staff! Hosts, wait staff, servers, everyone is always so welcoming!
Always a delight!!!!
service was good. This was one of my favorite brunch places. This time the food was less good and less attractive- e.g. bits of broken wafers decorating the waffles, berries drenched in damp cream. Hopefully we hit an off day.
Service was great and the food was wonderful. Everything was very fresh and perfectly seasoned. We were not hurried through our brunch and enjoyed every second of the experience. Thank you.
I'm a simpleton from the South so roll your eyes if you must, but you can't get bacon and eggs unless it's "green eggs and bacon." Whatever they put in the eggs to make them green rendered them tasteless with a weird texture. I wasn't in the mood for all the uber-sweet menu items but the breads were wonderful. The location and ambiance were very nice too.
I wasn’t impressed, I had two appetizers, a tomato salad which was quite good, but then a mushy dark chocolate waffle with a variety of cooked mushrooms... not a good blend of foods. Plus the mushrooms came with a vial of some sort of mushroom liquor that you couldn’t pour over them as the plate wasn’t water safe (???) so you were supposed to drink it..... didn’t happen once I tasted it. 50% salt. The service was really off, had to go the bar to get my water refilled. When I left the staff were all hanging around the desk having a nice chat..... won’t go back.
Waiter was not paying much attention and slow. Could’ve used more waitstaff as it was restaurant week.
Cozy atmosphere but the fake candles look cheap. This coming from a European :-)
We went to B Too for this summer’s restaurant week and it did NOT disappoint. The food was excellent, the drink selections were endless, and the atmosphere was trendy and cozy. Try the duck!! The chef is trained in sous vide and it was amazing!!!
This is a fun brunch spot and worth the stop. You should make a res, but may he able to walk in on slow days. Try the donut/waffle sandwich!
This was my first time dining at B Too but it is definitely not my last. The food was wonderful!! And the service was equally wonderful!! We tried the Restaurant Week menu and the selection was great!. I loved the bar scene on a Friday night...not too crowded but enough people to enjoy the ambiance at the bar. I'll be back to try some of the other menu items. Thanks for a great experience!
Food was not good value. Definitely not on par with their regular menu. Go elsewhere for restaurant week.
Really like the rocks with the cheese
For the value and experience, definitely worthwhile. Staff is friendly, food was great, and atmosphere was inviting
Great restaurant week menu!
Each of the three courses was extremely satisfying - a lot of attention to detail and the plating was quite nice. Great mussels! The dessert was the highlight, a cheese souffle. Would absolutely recommend.
B Too never disappoints. I love that they don't skimp on anything during Restaurant week. The dishes were all delicious and beautiful. Our waitress and other staff were the exact right amount of attentive.
Great Restaurant Week meal!!
Small portions. Brusque waitress. Tiny table. Not a great experience.
Delicious food for a relaxed upscale experience.
A calm Sunday made special by the stellar service and SUMPTUOUS FOOD!!! A big thank you to the B Too team!
It took a very long time (7-10) minutes for our server to get to our table and she was not very friendly and then tried to upsell my boyfriend’s brunch which was odd. The food was incredible and I will absolutely be back but we had to ask to have our waters refilled and and the server was surly when taking our orders which was just disappointing at such a great restaurant.
Service was excellent, food was stellar, loved the 90s playlist too!
The brunch menu is really interesting and the food is excellent. The dishes are really imaginative but there are also dishes for people who may want the basics. The service is excellent and attentive. Really a nice restaurant.
I love B Too. It has the best brunch in DC. The wait staff is friendly and it’s very clean. Our waiter went out of his way to make our meal amazing.
A delightful service and meal from the starter of cheese croquettes to the Belgian Chocolate Garden for dessert. My moules mariniere with frites-the reason I made the reservation-was perfect and the cavatappi was beautiful and delicious.
Had to pay over 130 USD and left still hungry!
My dish had 5 steak Fries on the plate and 4 slices of meat each 0,5 inch thick :(
Great food and setting. One of the best brunches I had in DC!
Iv loved this restaurant for a long time but their food quality has gone down. The steak has been consistently bad and seems reheated. The manager was very nice and tried to tell us it is not but whatever they are doing it is bad. The salmon dish is on top of miso and not for every taste bud and the branzino dish is in a fishy mussel and clam broth... usually brunch is amazing with great breakfast and burgers but their dinner menu has gone down.
The place has a very European feel and our waiter who was from Portugal was fantastic. The Belgian draft beer was excellent but a bit expensive. The mussels and frites were good but a little unremarkable considering this was a Belgian place. The waiter raved about the rabbit stew and one of our party had this dish- i tasted - it was fine but not great.
I have a completely different experience every time
I am at BToo. This was a bad one. During Belgian restaurant week, I invited some interns from work to enjoy a Belgian meal. The service and good were so bad, i was really embarrassed. First, the restaurant was completely empty (Friday at 12:30). Maybe one or two other tables. Second, despite having no other tables to serve, the waiter would disappear for long stretches and could not really describe the menu. Third, and most importantly, the food was a mess. Poorly cooked and poor quality ingredients. I ate 1/3 of my mussels pot because they were completely over cooked and the broth had no flavor. The appetizers I had also were gross (cheese croquettes were lukewarm, which is gross). I have had bad experiences at BToo before before but I always assume it’s a one off. This time I will not be going back.
I have been to B Too at least 5 times and have been impressed by the consistency of the service and the food quality. The menu is varied and has something for *everyone*.
We were offered a free glass of wine after we were asked to move because a larger table was being formed. The food was very unique and delicious. We definitely plan on going back to try another dish.
Great service. Great food. Great ambiance. A little too loud for a Wednesday early evening.
The service was good and the chocolate dessert plate was great, but the chorizo lamb burger was nothing special.
