Byrd Cookie Company is a bakery, store and restaurant located in Savanah, Georgia. The bakery has been serving cookies to the Savanah area since 1924 and offers guided tours and cookie tastings throughout the week.

Beautiful atmosphere especially for being a Cookie Factory. The food was very good & a very nice portion. The service could have been a bit better before I ordered but after I received my food the waiter became very attentive.
Excellent wine menu. Food was delicious. Love the feel of this great little restaurant. Can't wait to go back!

We had a very nice lunch before a big day of Christmas shopping. The restaurant is beautiful, the food was delicious, and we were anxious to make a reservation for dinner the following weekend. However, we were informed they no longer serve dinner, only lunch and the restaurant would be changing quite a bit... We were sad to hear this....
Limited menu compared to many places for lunch and dinner, but something for any palate. Shrimp and grits were solid.

We happened upon this place as we came into town without a dinner reservation on a busy weekend. They had availability, so we snapped it up. It was pretty empty when we got there and I was a little nervous, but B. Tillman's was very good!! All of my friends raved about the food, and the staff was super accommodating.

This was our first time at B Tillman, and we will be coming back. The service was excellent, the menu was interesting, and the dishes we ordered were very tasty and perfectly executed. I had the braised pork ribs and they melted in my mouth. My husband had the fisherman's stew with shrimp and mussels - he was very impressed with the flavors, and mopped up every bit of sauce with the bread from the table. It was a very enjoyable evening out.
We always have a great meal, good service, and no problems getting a table.
This restaurant was by far the BEST part of our trip to Savannah. We stumbled across it on Open Table and when we pulled up to the restaurant/bakery, we had no idea what to expect. The facility is gorgeous and well decorated. The food was out of this world amazing! We still talk about our entrée choices and wish we could go back every night to try something different. The Manager was present at the time and he overheard us talking about the Bakery. After dinner, he led us into the bakery (currently closed for the day), and opened up the gift shop for us where we could sample the cookies and shop for gifts for our family. It was completely unexpected and the experience will never be forgotten. The Manager also made me a non-alcoholic fruit punch when he learned that I was expecting. I have no idea how someone could make fruit punch taste so amazing, but it was delicious! The server was wonderful, she knew the entire menu and helped with our questions. Our experience was a breath of fresh air, I will go back to Savannah just to go to this restaurant again, it was AMAZING!
We were visiting historic downtown Savannah, but looking for something different for my husband's birthday dinner and found B. Tillman's. So glad we did! It makes an awesome first impression, is impeccably decorated, and a very cool front to the Byrd cookie business, but the food gives this place even more substance. Each dish that came out was not only beautifully served, but delicious! Don't forget to ask for the bread!
We always enjoy our experience at B. Tillman. The food is good and the management and workers are very nice. Since we live in Mid-town, it is a great location for us. We often invite friends to dine with us. However, if we can suggest one improvement, the service is getting to be slower than before, especially on a recent Sunday when it appeared that the servers or the chef were overwhelmed.
