El restaurante Azumi está ubicado en el Inner Harbor de Baltimore, en el elegante Four Seasons Hotel, y fue inaugurado en 2014 con una reseña de 4,5 estrellas del Baltimore Sun. El Azumi ofrece vistas panorámicas y pintorescas al agua y auténtica cocina japonesa con un fuerte enfoque en el sushi y una sorprendente "cocina caliente". La carta de sake y whiskey japonés del Azumi es una de las más extensas de la región. The menu is priced at $225 at the Sushi Counter starting at 6:30 on the first Wednesday of each month. This event is limited to 10 seats, pairs or singles. RESTRICTIONS: Due to our style of cuisine, there will be minor restrictions that we cannot accommodate, including vegan, non-seafood eater, and gluten intolerance who cannot have regular soy sauce in cooking.

    Service was a bit slow for our group. The restaurant was not busy but the service had some delays. Portions of our main course was forgetten and had to be reordered. Then while waiting for dessert for a birthday celebration, we waited awkwardly for 20mins until I contacted our server.

    The food and presentation were great, if a little overpriced. We really enjoyed our meal. What we didn't enjoy was that once we left, our clothes smelled so bad and we sat nowhere near the kitchen.

    Don’t let the pictures fool you, this is a bustling bar/restaurant with loud music, not a fine dining experience. And when did business casual mean shorts and sweatshirts? While the food was quite good/not great, the service speed was very off. One minute we’re getting food before we finished our previous course. Next thing we’re waiting 20 minutes for the next. The staff was great, but at these prices the experience should have been much much better.
