Good quality is still top notch sushi, the portion size has been reduced tremendously but the prices are still the same. I love uni and compared to pre-pandemic the uni nigiri is about 1/4 of the portion size for a market price of $24 still. Everything about Azumi’s quality and service is still 5 star but reducing the portion size and keeping the same prices really rubbed me the wrong way.
The ambiance was perfect for a special evening out. Their cocktails are well balanced and it was an amazing experience for my mothers 72nd birthday
Food was beyond expectations!!
Service wasn’t great, after initial order took a full 30 minutes to get a basic California roll during which someone came over to see if we had gotten it. Music way too loud. Service was very average.
Everything was absolutely amazing! Our server ashley was so pleasant and helpful, she was great! Thanks for a great time.
The ambiance is nice, it’s a great place for any occasion. Whether it be gathering with friends, alone at the bar for a lychee martini or a date night. It’s kind of pricy but the food is good. I recommend the lobster fried rice, & sushi.
Comida Japonesa. Rico pero no es top
We love sitting on the patio overlooking the Inner Harbor. Carolina took wonderful care of us. Good service is hard to come by these days, but not at Azumi. The food was delicious. The pork gyoza was perfectly cooked and the wrapper was so delicate. The sashimi is fresh and sliced expertly. The rockfish tempura is a winning appetizer.
Some really great sushi! Everything on the menu is delicious and the ambiance is unique and exciting. Love being by the water, listening to house music, and eating sushi.
We had an amazing lunch for our anniversary!!
The food was delicious, very fresh. There was a hiccup with our first server but we were given a new one and he was amazing. I will be returning.
Excellent food, fresh and well executed. The restaurant is beautiful and the outside area a real plus. This place makes Baltimore look great. Service was not great as servers bickered with each other in front of us, could not manage to come by to deliver some water or to offer another drink/wine glass. Easy fixes! Otherwise a perfect experience and can’t wait to go back!
Other than Ambiance by the water and pleasant outdoor weather, Tempuras smelled baking soda fried rice was salty and not crisp. Izakaya menu looked too overpriced and as well as drinks menu.
The service was terrible, we had to flag down a waiter for service and then it took almost an hour for our food to come out. We ended up just getting our food to go.
Beautiful restaurant with nice staff and a great saké sommelier. The fish was amazing. We had great weather, so we sat outside, which made for a lovely evening. I’d go back in a heartbeat.
This one of my best dining experiences to date..Our server was so helpful and on point with every recommendation... We ended up ordering 7 courses and i mean not one missed...will be back very soon
Great food and excellent service! Will definitely be back many more times.
Nice outdoor venue with a good menu and excellent service
The food and service was excellent! Will defiantly dine here again.
The food was delicious and very fresh. Nice selection of choices and all were high quality. Our waitress forgot about us more than once and the music was too loud to have comfortable conversation with our guests.
As always Azumi never disappoints. I am from WI and travel here frequently. Sid and Diana…probably wrong spelling, have become my two favorites in Baltimore! Can not wait to dine here again. Thank you for the fantastic food and even better service.
Awesome, fresh, great atmosphere…
Great as always
The food was great, the view was amazing. Service was very detailed…the restrooms was not cleaned properly. Did not like the inability to separate the tab for a large party. This made for a lot of math to figure out each individual’s tab. But I would definitely come again. The host was very accommodating as well.
Beautiful table on the patio overlooking the harbor. Get there early if dinner is your desire. After 9:00pm service is absolutely horrible and the place turns into a club not a restaurant.
We ordered the A5 wagyu. We wanted medium rare and it came out medium/medium well but it was still delicious. All the sushi was 10/10. The yellowtail jalapeño roll was our favorite. Sit outside.
Ridiculously loud club music, who wants club music while eating sushi. Sushi was small sized & nothing to really write home about, def don’t have the spider roll not edible. Servers would disappear for long periods of time, had to call over the mgr to place our entree order after 30 mins
The one thing was the waiter came by the table too many times food and service was excellent
Service and ambiance was good. Overpriced, mediocre food. Will not be going back.
A part from the sushi, food is NOT typical Japanese. We had the 12-course dinner and every course was quite (pepper) hot. Waitress was very kind and attentive in the beginning but toward the end of the meal she "disappeared" and took a very long time (about 30 minutes) from the last course until we got the bill. In the beginning there was a very noisy table but after they left, the noise level went down to reasonable
Our first time and it was awesome! Perfect experience all around. Can’t wait to go back!
A great patio right on the Inner Harbor. The sashimi is incredibly fresh. I love the bluefin tuna/toro. The pork gyoza was perfectly pan fried with delicate light wrappers. A nice cocktail list complements a lovely selection of wines and sake. The tempura rock shrimp is delicious. Service is excellent.
Food was delicious, but sirloin wasn't cooked to requested temperature. Ordered medium rare and got medium to medium well. Didn't complain since the steak was still really good. May have been the results of masked communication.
It was an awesome experience! 5 Stars!
It was grand
Food was great! Very lively and energetic!!
Excellent evening at Azumi as always. The only anti climax for us was DJ Trakklaya didn’t play the kind of music we were looking forward to. Otherwise it was a great evening as always
Our reservations were to be outside. When we arrived we were told we would have to wait 20 minutes for an outside table. There were numerous outside empty tables.
We were seated inside, it was very dark and cold.
Our table was to be outside and that is what we expected, hence a reservation!
Ambience was great. Waiter, food and customer service awesome as well. Will be back soon!
Ungodly expensive for what you get.
