Still one of our favorites. The Chaat of the day was puffed rice and really good. My entree of crab masala was awesome with large lump crab. We also had the dal with goat, also very good but keep in mind lots of bones. Service is always great too!
The food is excellent and you can specify your spice level. Not a huge menu or buffet but excellent choices and the flavors are superb.
Good food, good ambience but there was only 1 server and one helper for the entire restaurant so it was slow service. The server talked very quiet so was also hard to hear.
Tasty and fresh tasting Indian food. Some dishes were not just the typical Indian fare.
Poor service. The food was good, but the service was terrible.
We had dinner here and it was so good! Very spicy (per our request), delicious and the hostess had excellent recommendations and extensive knowledge of the menu.
Best garlic naan I've ever had!
We had such a beautiful, tasty dinner on our first visit. I stated my dietary restriction then left it up to the kitchen to create. I was not disappointed. I will return again and again even if it is 19 miles one way. My only bad thing was the cocktail was quite expensive. It was vodka & soda, no frills!
Everything that we tried was new to us and everything was Wonderful!!
Excellent food and great service!
The server had excellent knowledge of the food and wine
We had no idea what to expect and were pleasantly surprised! Everything we ordered was served in a beautiful fashion and tasted extraordinare! Full of flavor and spiced to our liking, we will consider this our go to place for Indian food!
Food is absolutely amazing!! We love Indian cuisine and visit several other restaurants as well but Azitra is our favorite Indian restaurant in Colorado. Worth the drive to give them a try.
Good service. Good food. Fair price.
Great experience and food! The service staff were attentive.
The lamb curry and chicken dish were great! The Ghobi Manchurian was incredible..
Husband and I are fans of Indian food and moved to Broomfield recently, so we wanted to try this place out. I didn't love it -- service was slow and the food wasn't awesome. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't as good as I would expect for Indian food, and more expensive than most Indian places. The atmosphere was nice -- warm tones and updated, pretty space.
The Azitra team is very professional from the greeting point to the check. Food order was delivered quite quickly. Food was very good.
It was the first time for all 3 of us. 1 diner had food alergies but found lots to choose from on the menu. Service was friendly and very informative. We shared 3 dishes and barely had room for dessert. The desserts turned out to be wonderful.
The new Goan curry is a good add especially for most south Indians. The generous use of butter can make things very heavy and rich - some people seem to like it. Food overall is very good in taste and presentation - however, it significantly above the competition any more.
The service on the other hand has deteriorated severely. Making an Open Table reservation doesn't guarantee you a table - in fact we were told that they would like to hold the larger tables for larger groups - in case they came by (about 4 people came by totally in 1.5 hours). So for parties of 3 (or 4) - unless the smaller tables are available there is a reluctance to seat you even with a reservation. In fact, we were even told that they were full - with all those empty tables, only to be seated after the manager allowed it. In today's app driven world - I simply cannot excuse this - especially when this is an expensive restaurant (3 person meal without drinks can set you back $60+). Better still - don't be part of Open Table if you aren't interested in honoring the reservation.
The person serving us seemed to be unhappy working that day. When asked what the "Chat of the day" was - he said he didn't know and just stood there.... - until we asked him to go find out. Never had this happen to me in any upscale Indian restaurant. He brought out our order and then never ever came back - not once to ask if we wanted more water, not once to ask us if the food tasted good etc. Again, never happened to me before in Azitra or an equivalent restaurant.
I can only recommend this restaurant based on the food quality - overall service and value are poor.
Another great experience at Azitra. The service was slightly slow, but it was a busy night and the food makes it soooo worth it!
This Place was tasty! Loved teh Naan and Butter Chicken. Salmon was great too!
Delicious and authentic Indian food. Will definitely be visiting again soon!
We enjoyed a nice quiet dinner with our friends with snow falling outside. The Indian food was different delicious out of the ordinary meal.
We love the food and staff!!! The Goat Curry is to die for!!!
We have dined here several times and the food has always been very good and the wine list has many reasonably priced gems with many excellent bottles from around the world and the U.S. You can choose your level of spiciness and each dish is perfectly seasoned. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly and the decor is tasteful and well done. This is more of a fine dining experience and you may pay more than for some Indian restaurants but the overall experience is certainly worth it.
While we were seated quickly at the time of our reservation, no one checked on us to take our drink or water order, nor appetizer/ dinner order for over 10 minutes after being seated. Then, we had to ask a third time for lemon for our waters. Seemed as though the waitresses were under-staffed. The food order when it arrived was tasty, but small portion sizes for the cost. I will might return a second time. I hope that isn't their usual table service.
Excellent food and service please give it a try.
Excellent food and service! Love this restaurant!
This is our go-to spot for a delicious, as spicy as you want Indian dinner. We love the options for vegetarian and gluten free diners. The staff is friendly, the service is great, the wine list is very nice. They never disappoint.
The best Indian food in the Denver Metro area!
What a great place to dine! We all had different meals and everything was delicious. The cauliflower appetizer is delicious! I particularly liked the butter chicken, moderate spice. I will definitely come again on my next visit.
Great location. Excellent service and the food is delicious!
We were very impressed with the delicious Indian cuisine, nice wine and beer selections, lovely atmosphere, and delightful wait staff. I’ve been enjoying local Indian restaurants for years, and when I find one that’s this great I go back many times! Looking forward to my next meal at Azitra!
We love their food! Went for lunch again and had samosa, shrimp saag, and crab masala. They use quality ingredients and flavor is wonderful.
Had a delightful meal at Anitra. Will definitely return.
Appetizers, Gobhi Manchurian and Chaat of the day, both amazing. I usually order the Chicken Tikka Masala but decided to venture out this time and tried the Chicken Hariyali that had a creamy cashew sauce. It was incredible, equally as good as the Masala. A friend shared a bite of the Lamb Patia, the flavors of this were also very flavorful. I will try other dishes in the near future, since I didn't know what I was missing by always doing the same one. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Always fresh, flavorful and as spicy as you want it made.
Excellent service. Able to order dishes not on the menu with no problem. Delicious, though portions not large.
Ordered 2 entrees spice level 4..one was 2 at most. Burned an order of naan..they replaced it when brought to attention.
Very disappointed. Saag was overlooked and not very hot. The chicken dish was to be moderately spicy and we could barely eat it.
Yummy food, robust flavors - portions slightly small for price.
