Azie on Main Ratings and Reviews
The restaurant is beautifully decorated and the Sunday brunch was a good spread of Asian and American food that was delicious. However we were seated in the main dining area, and it was very warm and uncomfortable to eat. It was crowded and I felt the tables were too close to each other. My glass of water did not get refilled unless asked. The sushi was good, but the trays were not regularly refilled. I feel the service could have been better.
Not a fan of buffet style dining but the expansive and interesting offerings on this table can overcome that bias! With beef filet, tilapia, chicken, assorted rice and noodle dishes along with usual brunch choices there are plenty of opportunity to over indulge. Added bonus of sushi, various rolls and nice dessert table assure an enjoyable experience.
Our first time dining at Azie. Food was very good. Good wine list. The party 2 tables from us were extremely loud which was annoying but other than that we had a good dining experience.
I would definitely recommend getting a booth for more privacy and less noise. We will request that the next time.
We were really disappointed with our meal. The sushi was of poor quality, the portions were skimpy and the rolls were tasteless. The fried rice had an inch of grease in the bottom of the bowl. The service was prompt but indifferent. And it was expensive! We will not return.
Consistently excellent quality of food. I have had many meals at this comfortable place where you can carry on conversation easily with well prepared dishes of all types on the menu: wonderful salads, fish, sushi, and meat. Outdoor dining is possible as well.
Last minute dinner out with my son who had a craving for Pad Thai. He thoroughly enjoyed the Pad Thair, while I enjoyed my saki and perfectly cooked salmon teriyaki. Our waiter was very attentive and we enjoyed his suggestion of edamame to share while our meals were prepared.
A really nice outing! I'd do it again...
The food and drinks were truly wonderful but the outdoor seating and happy hour rules pertaining to the outdoor seating was silly. If we were seated outside, we weren't able to order off the Happy Hour menu, UNLESS we were seated at specific tables in the same outdoor area where others COULD order for Happy Hour. Really? On a Wednesday night? You are discouraging outdoor happy hour? Our hostess was very gracious with accommodating us on the seating (we wanted in the shade) even though we still couldn't order Happy Hour. But don't miss out on the wonderful food just because of that.
The food was excellent and good value. Service was not great. The hostess walked past plenty of cozy looking open seats and seated us at one of those tables where the next table is 2 feet away...there was nothing private about our table. We were in the middle of the next couple's conversation and vice versa. We waited for a long time for the server to come for each course...a couple times I forgot we hadn't ordered the next course yet when he finally came back to take our order. To top it off, I had a terse email from open table when we returned home stating that the restaurant said we never showed up for our reservation. Between this experience and the one time we ate at Azie's other location (Media) where the smell of garbage was wafting through the restaurant we will go elsewhere when we have the opportunity to dine out in the area.
Service was horrible.
People left before anyone stopped by their table.
One waitress for the entire restaurant.
We were looking forward to going to this restaurant.
We asked if they were under staffed and the mgmt acknowledged it without an apology - like it's our of their control.
