Azie on Main
Took Granddaughter out for her BD , 5 people in out party
Food was good but service was extremely slow as I needed to ask for our waiter to finally order starters then again to order main courses. Then again for dessert, he certainly was not very
6pm reservation on Sat 3/16
Calming atmosphere with great food and the best brunch anywhere. Nice that there is usually no wait. Always recommended.
Azie's is one of my favorite places. The food is unique and excellent, the prices reasonable, and the service is very good. A member of our party left his hat at the restaurant. I was pleasantly surprised when the restaurant called me to let me know and the owner of the hat retrieved his hat the next day. This was an example of the care the restaurant gives its customers.
Always a great brunch place (relaxed vibe, not hectic). We find ourselves craving different items on the buffet - the filet mignon, the salmon, the amazing french toast, the bacon, the dumplings, and of course the sushi! Ambience, service, and food - all excellent!
The food was really good with many options. Creative menu. Service was good - kind of surprised we weren’t asked about coffee/dessert (not sure we had room!) I would go back -any things I’d like to try.
We love Azie on Main! We’re there often, and appreciated it being open on Xmas eve. The drinks are amazing, the food is fantastic, the ambiance is perfect, the value is very fair. Ann the manager is THE BEST. So accommodating and we love chatting with her. This is extra special service that’s hard to find!!
Outstanding brunch! Everyone found a favorite:)
Our server Jason was FANTASTIC! Our first time at Azie- the sushi was delicious!
Asked to have Kani in my California roll replaced with Tomago. I’m allergic to Kani. I was told that there would be an up charge of $2-3 to replace the Kani with anything else. Also, I’m gluten-free but they brought me food that wasn’t. I had to keep asking if what they brought was gluten-free. Server also had a bit of an attitude. Ambience was nice. Food was good.
Azie is one of my favorite places in the area for dinner. The sushi is always delicious and fresh. The other options on the menu are amazing as well. The chicken satay comes with some of the best peanut sauce I have ever had. You can't go wrong with their fried rice. The service is always great, the servers are very knowledgeable and attentive.
30 minute wait for our table
We really enjoyed our dinner at Ariel on Main. We were seated in a booth which was very private. The sushi is amazing and my husband loved the carrot cake. Service was excellent and we look forward to returning!
Great food and service! Awesome atmosphere. A bit noisy
We all really enjoyed our meals. The mussels were excellent. We had fish and sushi. Everything was delicious. It was my friend’s first time at Azie and she said she would definitely be back.
Very crowded, which was unusual, and service was slow. My go to place whenever I feel like eating out, but the food last night was not up to its usual high standard. All new servers as well. Will try it again next week, but unless it improves, will be looking for somewhere new.
The food forever to arrive, the filet mignon was requested to be medium but was very well done. A disappointment for a pricey restaurant. Best would be the bar happy hour menu which looked good and reasonable.
Excellent - always good service and food. Would be back and will recommend to friends
Food was absolutely delicious went on a first date and enjoyed ourselves immensely
Atmosphere, food, quality of service was excellent hidden gem, would recommend !! And will be back!!...
It was good
Sushi rolls - not recommended
Almost all the sushi is covered in sauce, Citrus Tuna had way too much wasabi
Probably should have ordered a hot meal
Great date night environment
Great, fresh sushi and seafood entrees! We enjoyed a sushi roll, Kobe beef hot rock (a must) and the seafood drunken noodle. Everything was delicious!
Arrived into a massive confusion at the front desk. It was chaotic enough that we opted to go to the bar and grab a drink while they sort it out. But that didnt happen because the bar staff took some time to greet us. And when they did, they didn’t offer a cocktail list. Why would you?!
Had the tuna tartare, the rock shrimp(which was good) the surf and turf and the bass. The food was not made with love, they all missed the mark on one thing or another. Server didn’t know how to open a bottle of wine, didn’t know the oysters that were served. Not much more than a warm body. Otherwise nice guy. Wine vintage was off by two years. They have great sushi rolls and I probably should have stayed with that. So for $220 for a couple, I’m not in a hurry to come back. Great spot for a snack but not so much for dinner.
Many better alternatives close by.
Valentines night. Husband and I both choose the same special. It was very spicy. Should have been informed. We don’t eat spicy. Wasted our money on the most expensive dish. Couldn’t eat. Although the desert was cute with a little heart in it, it was a strange jelly like thing, and was not very good, more show than flavor. Table rocked badly. Had to have it leveled so our glasses wouldn’t tip over. The service was superb, and our drinks fantastic.
Our waitress messed up twice and t
Great happy hour n very extensive menu, however only 1 bartender covering the bar n all seatings she was a bit overwhelmed
Food was amazing, service was great. Very clean restaurant
Amazing restaurant with top notch sushi and other Asian fare. I learned they have a weekend brunch which I will need to check out VERY soon!
Best brunch buffet on the Main Line! Asian-American fusion: Traditional American breakfast stuff, Asian items, all the sushi you can eat, hot dishes (both temperature and pepper), even fancy desserts. All the food was delicious, and the staff attentive and friendly. I did not expect such a wonderful brunch. My new favorite!
My son and I always enjoy eating at Azie. This time we had a nice corner table in the main dining area but in previous visits we also liked the seating in the booths. The waiter was attentive and we never felt like he wasn't paying attention to our needs. As usual, the food is always enjoyable with good selection of wines by the glass to accompany my sushi selections. I'm sure we'll be back regularly.
Nice place, good variety of food, visited few times. Service was below average. It was busy but they should be able to control "crowd" by bringing in more staff. We waited forever just to get water/asked about drinks. We were also charged for something that the waiter said he told us in advance (which we didn't but he claimed that he did nonetheless). Except for writing off that charge (small) he kept it on and kept trying to prove to us that we were wrong. What kind of service is that? Other people working there were very helpful and accommodating.
I'd recommend Azie on Main! Service was fantastic and the food was very good (a bit too salty, like in many restaurants).
We had dinner reservations for 4 people relatively early on a Saturday night. When we arrived, the place wasn't empty, but there were plenty of tables available. The hostess seated us at a table in the main dining area that under normal circumstances (or maybe later in the evening) would have been fine. But that time of the evening, the table was adjacent to two large parties of families consisting of mostly children. So we asked 3 times to move to another table, preferably in the bar area, which was nearly empty. The hostess walked us over to a very oddly placed table in the lobby area and when we requested one of the tables in the bar, she told us that the tables were "for reservations". When I pointed out that we also had reservations, she rolled her eyes, practically slammed the menus down on one of the tables and walked away in a huff. Major attitude. Once we sat down, we were approached by our server, who picked up on this unpleasantness and definitely saved the evening for us, he could not have been more attentive. We ordered drinks and appetizers--the kobe beef eggrolls were good, but a little on the greasy side. Lettuce wraps were great. I had a sangria, which was ok, but could have had a little more spark to its flavor. Our entrees were very good--I had a poke dish, which was light, fresh and delicious. Prices are a little high, but portions are sized well and the quality of the food was very good. The service was the highlight of the evening, our server was terrific. Overall, once we got past the unpleasantness of our greeting, we enjoyed our visit, and the food and service will definitely bring us back.
As always, Azie's delivered a wonderful meal from a menu with so many appetizing items it is consistently hard to choose. I can think of no better brunch within driving distance and have never left unsatisfied. As an added bonus, there is not typically a long wait for the table and the decor is relaxing.
The food was exceptionally fine, well prepared and presented. Our waiter, Michael, was attentive yet unobstrusive. We will return to one of your other restaruants without hesitation. Also, loved the modern
yet comfortable vibe of the physical place
Friends and I dined before an event, so we had limited time. The server helped us get out quickly (and even told us the time when he delivered our food). The food was delicious. I always enjoy the atmosphere there. While I didn't have one this time, their cosmos are amazing!
Food and service was great! Moderately pricey, but servings are large. Has a menu full of tasty options for foodies and average Joe's alike.
The waitress was very nice and good but she didn’t come to our table very often.
